    Very well. We'd discuss what I wanted done and Mike would offer alternatives. I'd pick the best and PowerTech would then do it - on time and professionally. Results were perfect. Car looked good, handled great and a dream to drive.

    They're very professional. They don't push and you can negotiate a good price. I belong to something called USAA, it's a large insurance company for retired military people and active duty. They have a hotline/buying service, and you can go online and figure out what the prices are and you can say, "I can buy it online for this price, can you make it work for me?" And they come pretty close.

    He's very honest he'll tell us what repairs he thinks are needed and if they should be done right away or whether we wait a little while with them he doesn't try to convince us to do repairs that aren't necessary.

    I have been very happy with them. They have been around for probably 100 years. It is the third generation and they are fair. They are a good company. They are not as fast as some, but they do it right. It is worth the quality of the service. They are very professional. They are great. Generally you can't wait, but they give me a ride home and pick me up if I need to be picked up. It is all part of the service.

    I was satisfied with the speed and quality of their work (though only time will really reveal this). Some staff were unhelpful and did not communicate very well about problems revealed in the multipoint inspection. However, I spoke to another staff member about this and they were apologetic and quickly resolved the issue. The price for the oil change was very reasonable. I am not familiar with the prices for repair work but, like most dealerships, they are probably higher than an independent shop.

    Drama free - square dealings fair price had special safety add-ons installed by a third party handled by the dealer.
    All went well - easy and a pleasant experience.
    Subsequently - had two oil changes and a tire replace - New Jersey pothole.  The oil change is a bit pricey but that is due to Subaru's running 0W/20 synthetic oil - but that is an expensive light-weight oil. The tire - competitively priced! including The Tire  Kudos.
    Most importantly everyone I've met their or spoken with is great!

    Job well done, as usual.   They are a small local business that takes good care of their customers.
    I have used Kingston garage for at least 10 years for two cars.  I appreciate the quality of their work, and their clear expanations.
    They have been especially helpful in telling me what work needs to be done immediately and what work can wait for a later service.  
    One of my cars that they service has more than 200,000 miles and their good service is one reason I am comfortable keeping it.

    Wow.  They yelled at me -- repeatedly -- because I parked in what they considered the wrong place!  Holy over-reaction, Batman!!!  Never again.  I had even turned the keys back to them before they threw a nutty.

    Since this place is close to where I live, I took my car there for an oil change, and ask them to take a look at my rear wiper blade to see whether they can do a rubber wiper blade refill. I just ask them to TAKE A LOOK. However, the REMOVE the wiper blade and the blade arm, and during the procedure they BREAK the arm. Now, they suggest me to get a full replace at dealer which might cost more than $80. They blame the arm is too fragile. I do not really understand why they cannot just visually examine it and give me a call. That is what I asked for. I have not asked them do the work yet. Their oil change is not cheap, which cost $68. I expect a decent service, since the previous garage I went to only charges half of the price. Given they really mess up the situation, I highly doubt the quality of their fix in general. Never recommend anyone to go there.

    Two words to describe the work product of Gino's Auto Body: Integrity and Excellence.
    My family has exclusively used Gino's for all non-mechanical auto repairs for over 15 years (and including mechanical as part of 2 extensive collision repairs). They're a family owned and operated business. The brothers who started Gino's many decades ago oversee the workshop while their sons (who are cousins) run the front office. Their operation is top quality in communication and managing expectations. They always do the work exactly as promised, contact if there's a delay from parts supply, or uncovered a complication. Rich, the primary adjuster, always works with his customers to find the scope of work appropriate to the vehicle and budget. My parents, who are not car people, have been 100% loyal to Gino's because they've always felt very well advised of their options by Rich and never slightly pressured in any direction. He will turn down work that he feels is not in a customer's best interest or otherwise less than effective.
