    M BELEM MOTORS
The prices and service from Belem Motors are always excellent. The owner is so helpful, gives truthful help and is realistic about your vehicle(s). They have serviced all (3) of my cars for quite a few years and have never disappointed. They will never offer a service you do not need and will have work completed very quickly if requested. Their pricing is always considerably less than other repair facilities and the personal service is excellent. You won't be disappointed!!

    Majestic Auto Repair
I've been going to Lee for over 15 years, and as usual, everything was repaired quickly and correctly. I brought the truck in, checked the AC coolant, saw it was not charging. He located the leak, changed the valve, charged the AC and the truck was frosty cool. This vehicle is a 2001 Ford Explorer with 170K and i've been bringing it to Majestic for all my repairs, including my other vehicles. As everyone knows, it's frustrating to find a good mechanic. Most are just not qualified, not very good or attentive. Going to the larger commercial shops, STS, Firestone, etc, is generally another frustrating experience where people are focused more on selling services, then focusing on what needs to be done. If you want a striaght forward, no BS person working on your vehicle, who shows what's wrong, what needs to be done and repairs it correctly, then Majestic is easily the place to go. Also, any complicated issue with your vehicle that no one can figure out, more than likely, Lee will figure out the problem. I've sent many friends, family to Majestic and they have always been completely satisfied.

    Honest-1 Auto Care Middlesex
I had a little pulsation from the brake pedal under certain braking conditions so I brought my 2011 Honda Pilot in to get checked. Mark and his team were very prompt and professional. I was expecting to hear that I would need all 4 rotors and pads replaced but was pleasantly surprised to hear that my rear brakes looked new and that they could safely resurface the rotors and replace the pads in the front. In addition to my positive experience, I live about 2.5 miles from this shop and Mark was kind enough to drop me off at home while I waited to hear the diagnosis of my brakes.
So far Honest-1 Auto Care has my blessing and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
I will definitely be bringing in my vehicle for any future issues.

    Cliff's Auto Repair
He's really reliable. The quality of work is very good. He is formerly trained as a Cadillac mechanic, he worked for a big company for probably 20 years so he has a really great background. He's very professional. I have another appointment scheduled with him.

They are fine. They meet my needs. The price is pretty standard. It is a very standard service and I think they do a good job. I am pretty sure they are going to do the same job with the same quality wherever I go.

BC Tire & Complete Auto Service
When I initially took my vehicle for service on July 25th, 2013. I knew I was going in for front brakes, a tune - up and a new battery. While my vehicle was in the service bay, Alex the service writer called me and said I had a light bulb on my license plate out, on the read. He had asked if I wanted it replaced and would cost $6.00 for the new bulb. I said, sure being the truck is on the lift go ahead and replace the bulb. Alex also proceeded to tell me  that I needed more work on my vehicle. He told me that I needed rear brakes, a tire - rod and wheel alignment. He said it would cost me an extra $849.98 on top of what I was originally there for. I said Alex, I am paying $932.71  right now and don't have the money to do the other repairs right now. If I had it, I would do the work. I will do it a later date. I go back to pick up my truck and pay the bill. I go over the bill when I got home and noticed extra charges on my invoice. I know I have to pay taxes and labor as well as parts. I didn't know that when I have work done there would be extra charges for labor. For example, and none of this was gone over with me when I took my vehicle in. Yes , I paid $6.00 for the new license plate bulb, didn't know that it would cost me $15.00 to change. I was also charged $24.00 to replace the battery, which I was not told would cost me anything . They also charged me $30.00 for use of their shop towels. Again , Alex did not go over this or tell me there would be extra charge for them using shop towels. I understand you have to pay for parts and labor, but feel they should have told me all of this before I let them do the work. I've gone to other shops to get estimates on what BC Tire and Alex had told me that other repairs I needed, the rear brakes, tie - rod and wheel alignment. I went to 3 other shops in the area, all 3 said they would not have charged me  $24.00 to change the battery , $15.00 to change the license plate bub, or  $29.95 in shop fees to use their towels. I feel I was taken advantage of way before they did the work, as they knew they charge extra fees. Now here is the real problem. I finally took my vehicle to get the repairs done that BC Tire and Alex quoted me that I needed done. The rear brakes, tie- rod and wheel alignment. I went on Thursday April 24th, 2014 to have the repairs done. While I was in the waiting area, the shop manager came out and told me , Paul you do need rear brakes and will cost you $194.99. But who told you that you needed a new tie- rod and wheel alignment ? I said it was Alex at BC Tire here in Piscataway, I showed him their written estimate. He said, I don't know why they told you this, as you do not need this work at this time. When I heard this, my 1st reaction was Alex and BC Tire had lied to me and I almost paid to have the repairs done . I feel they were trying to take advantage of me and have me pay for repairs I didn't need. I'm not a mechanic. so how would I know if I needed the repairs done ? I even e-mailed  BC Tire  a few days after I had my brakes done and haven't heard from them. I feel they are taking advantage of me and others and just want my money when I didn't need to have the repairs done. Something has to be done to them, as if they are taking advantage of me, then they are doing that to every one and the elderly. I just feel they are completely wrong and they deserve a bad name and review. So I joined Angie's List and hope they can pass the word about BC Tire Of Piscataway NJ I'm ready to contact my attorney, as I am really upset with what they tried to do to me. I do hope Angie's List can help me in any way. I appreciate you taking the time to read this.............Sincerely Yours,  Paul Grazyk

The experience was fine. They just call what is needed to be done and the price of it, then ask if you want to do it or not. They were knowledgeable with the job. What's great about them is they have free food and drinks.

The overall experience is very good. The service people are very friendly and they are very cooperative. They work with me, say for instance I have 4 brakes to be done. They probably say that they will do 2 this time. They will take the ones that are the worst and do those. The next time I come in I can budget for the other ones. They are pretty good and I like working with them. Also if they have courtesy car and the job is going to take longer on what they originally tell me. They will give me the courtesy car so I can go do my business and then comeback. They are pretty good and I like them. In comparison to others I have used they are the best. I think the price was average. They were about 10 percent better than others that I have visited considering where I live and what I have access to. The quality is good. If something goes wrong, they will tell me to bring it back so that they can recheck. This is to make sure it is not something that they have done wrong and it is usually of no charge. They are very, very responsive. It was a pleasure to find them. I am supposed to go back to them in another couple of days.

    Open Road Volkswagen of Bridgewater
I last used their services in early to mid January. I had a service inpatient car fixing appointment with them. I had two appointments with them, one was referred as first appointment and then they had to take the car in again. I am using my car with them, so I like to get the services done with the company that I am using the car with and I assume I am getting quality repair in there. On the day of the service appointment they did not have any record on me having that appointment, but they still took the car, so far so good. Later the day, I received a call saying that my car is ready for pickup. I came that evening and my car was not completely ready, they were handing over the car without having it being cleaned. I also found out that there was an issue that they strongly recommended me to see, but I was not informed of that on the phone, and they told me my car is ready. So, I came there to pickup my car and there I found out they actually would like to do something on it without telling me about it. So I did not like that at all. Then the manager took over and he apologized saying that they had changed the person on it, whatever. The manager was really great. So, further follow-up by them was done by the chief of customer services. He followed up with me very detailed. However, in the end they took my car, prepared it and in the end everything was good, but it was a very annoying process to go through, until it looked good.

The prices are good. They get the work done really fast. They don't talk much because they don't really speak English. They get it done in the same day, with in 3 or 4 hours. My car ran really good after they fixed it.
