    It went great. After I saw the work he did with my husband's shirts. I decided to use him for my new business cards. He converted a logo I already had and was able to integrate a new font for the cards. They came out great! I will always use him for my branding.

    MVP has done a lot of work on my house over the years. They have installed Pergo flooring in several rooms. Ripped off old roof (3 layers) and put on new roof. Installed replacement windows. Painted the entire interior of my house, and fixing cracks in walls. Installed new storm door. Repaired gutters and bilko door.
    Mike is a great guy and very helpful. He's helped me out on many occasions. He and his crew are neat, honest, and pricing is very fair. I trust them implicitly and have recommended them to neighbors and friends.

    Prompt and friendly service! We were able to bring the TV in right away & they had it done before an hour's time, which is what they had quoted. The TV worked perfectly after that, which they demonstrated for us before we left so we didn't have to worry about anything once we got the TV home. They even went above & beyond by programming the channels for us which they did not have to do, and gave us an extra connector piece for the cable in order to prevent the same thing from happening in the future. We also felt that the price was very fair considering the parts, the repair itself, & their time. We were extremely satisfied customers! Would definitely use them again without hesitation, & highly recommend them!

    The delivery was within the agreed window of time.  The delivery men were not willing to go around the house (all level ground) to deliver the appliances directly through the sliding door into the kitchen.  Instead, they removed 2 doors in the house to fit through 3 rooms to get to the kitchen.  In the process they split the wood molding on the hinge pins with their method of using pliers to remove them; i offered to remove the hinge pins myself (with an awl and hammer), but they refused.  Then during installation they were using my mat in front of the sink as their protection from scratching the hardwood floors in my kitchen.  Well it is not ample protection and as they were removing the old refrigerator from the kitchen they pivoted the unit, it slipped off my kitchen mat, and scratched my hardwood floor.  The delivery men argued with me on the fact that they caused the damage.  Thankfully i had taken pictures of the old kitchen appliances prior to their delivery in which there was no damage to the floor; so i had proof they did it.  So they went on to say that they would have to personally pay for it (arguing didn't work, so now sympathy tactic).  I didn't care, they needed to make this right.  So i refused to sign their paperwork and they simply left without finishing unpacking the refrigerator.  I immediately got on the phone with Best Buy about a deliver claim and spent the next hour on the phone with them and removing the packing materials from the refrigerator and moving it in place.  A few days later Sprint Delivery contacted me about the damage and gave me instructions on resolving the damage with a claim directly with them.  The process put the burden on me to find a contractor (thank you Angie's list for helping me do that!) to repair the damage.  Bottom line is that my experience was terrible, but I suppose it could have been worse if they didn't fund repairing the damage they caused.

    Not only did they remove the furniture items I could no longer use, they brought all furniture to my new apartment and to my storage center. The men were courteous, efficient, and so very pleasant! I used them previously to remove "junk" from my basement, and had a similar experience that was just as good. Would not hesitate to use them again!

    The experience was great. I don't have any complaints about the service or the bank. They are reliable and provide great service. The bank is fast and they have helpful people. I did not have to pay for the notary service.

    Older Pfaff sewing machine with a broken pin/power cord connection. Brubaker's assured me that it could be repaired, using either a new part or a salvaged part from their sewing machine graveyard, if new was no longer being manufactured. Provided instructions as to how it should be packed so that it would arrive at their shop in one piece. Turn around time was about ten days, but that includes shipping both ways. They called to say that it had arrived at their shop and to apologize that it would be more than the usual two to three day turn around. The business was closing their brick and mortar store for a few days to set up shop at a quilting convention. I thought this was very thoughtful of them and did not mind waiting. The machine was repaired, checked for wear, carefully boxed and shipped back to me. They did a great job and my machine runs perfectly.
