  • I needed furniture moved from my home to a rental right across the driveway. No truck was needed, but padding, straps, dollies, etc. were. I had gotten a recommendation for the company, but I discovered later that this was a different franchise (though same company) from the one recommended. I was unaware that the number given to me was not to the actual franchisee, but to a call center in Florida. I gave specific instructions, detailing the exact pieces (some very heavy) that would be moved and to where, got a price, and set a date. Two friendly guys showed up on time, but empty-handed. They didn't even have their work order with them, and had to go back to their truck to get it. They were confused - they had been told only that they were going to be moving furniture around my house. !!?? The main guy was very apologetic, and said I should have called the franchise directly. That number wasn't listed ANYWHERE online, just the main call center. When I pointed that out, he agreed, saying the number was painted on their truck. I didn't even need a truck! He gave me a card with the franchisee's name and phone number, even contacted the owner while still in my house, and assured me that the owner would contact me that evening. I never heard from him. What a way to run a company. Lucky for me, I was not out any money, but this company is a solid F. I will need a junk cleanout soon, but wouldn't dream of calling them. Oh, and they were going to charge an additional $75 travel time to drive the truck I didn't need two miles down the road to my house. They had a two-hour minumum plus that travel time, but after seeing the movers, I know that there was no way they were going to be able to wrap and move those heavy pieces in two hours, and it would have ended up being much more expensive than it had seemed.

  • I was going absolutely crazy having to deal with so many tasks before moving to Ohio from NY, I just had to hire a moving company to share the load and TDY Moving And Storage entered the scene. Thank god for the good people from TDY Moving And Storage. They made my move so easy! The movers were very capable and friendly. They packed up my whole apartment so fast. They were very efficient too. They were carrying big pieces of furniture while cracking jokes. Never did I see such friendly and apt movers in my life. They really were the break I needed while dealing with the stress of relocation. All my stuffs were delivered safely . They did me such a huge favor.

  • It was complete professionalism of TikTok Moving. I couldn’t have asked them for better service. Their schedule maintaining was excellent. I was very glad getting their quotation. That was almost one third lesser than the other movers’ rate. I found no extra bill at final payment. The TikTok folks completed their perfect wrapping with blanket and plastic. They broke not a single piece throughout the moving duration. I am happy. I would suggest, all the guys who are planning to move, to hire TikTok Moving for a secured relocation.

  • Big G Movers were the best. Moving is stressful, and they made it easy. I have hired movers for 4 moves in the last 5 years, and this was by far the best experience. Gary was extremely responsive, and his crew delivered and reassembled my items in even better shape than when they were picked up. I would recommend (and already have recommended) them to anyone!

  • First off they were over an hour late. I was told the service would be $85 an hour. min 5 hours. I also was told that I would get a 10% discount because they wanted me to change the date to one day earlier which also meant I had to pay for my unit a day more which was $75 out of my pocket because Admiral overbooked. They movers were not aware of the discount so it took 25 min to get that figured out yet I'm getting charged by the hour while their guys are sitting waiting for their boss to call them back. I was also told that their guys are local. The guys that came said they came from NY I am in Jersey, so I have to also pay tolls they had and 10% of the total price would also be charged extra because of truck travel expenses and gas which was not in qoute. Their quote said I would only pay for what they paid to go back not off the complete total price. There were other cost that was included even after I was told by phone that there are no addidtional charges besides the $85 an hour and the travel cost returning to their home location. They sent out 3 guys, one guy stayed out in truck talking on his phone for a lot of the time. YEs while being on the clock... which of course makes them take more time. Before leaving old home he told me how long it would take them to unload because you have to pay them before they unload the truck and pay based on the estimate. Once we arrive at new location he tells me it will take an additional hour.I said ok and paid them for the additional hour. I later told them not to do certain things that i would do it because they were running out of time. They didn't seem to be trying to get done in a timely manner. They wound up going an additional 30 min over the estimated time which was 2.5 hours over the time they estimated initially. The main guy then asked me for additional money for the extra hour. I told him no that he was on the phone for a lot of the day and I shouldn't have to pay for that. He then asked for a tip. Who ask for tips...? I told him no to that too. He said he needs to pay his guys this was before they were even done. I told him you guys aren't even done yet and you are asking for more money and tips. I said you were over an hour late, you were on the phone for a lot of the day, we wasted almost 30 minutes due to lack of communication between you and your boss. They then just stopped and left everything. Tv's not taken out of the boxes nor put up, The left garbage in hallways and in the house, They opened a door and tapped open and left it taped open, they took one door hinge off so it wouldn't open and left it that way.

  • It was obviously pricey, considering the pianos and the multiple locations. But the price was very fair, and the service was impeccable in every way. This is a very professional company. They use vans, so they can get in and around the city. Very polite and responsive. Thanks!

  • Perfect. From the very beginning we found Bohren's Moving to be professional. We were given a thorough estimate, and a point person to contact with any questions. Lisa responded to all of my inquiries in a very timely manner. The movers showed up on time, walked through the house, and got to work. Everything was handled safely, and fragile items were wrapped tight. We had an issue with our closing date, so our belongings needed to be stored two extra nights. Bohren's worked with us, and the delivery was also on time and efficient. moving is a very stressful experience, we were happy that Bohren's was such a positive experience.

  • very easy stress free move. Even though we we moving from a huge house with very narrow stairs, Jay  his team did a great job!
    They worked so hard and were very nice and professional. They helped me to disassemble my furniture and packed everything very well. i did not see any damages so far. 
    Price was not the cheapest, but I guess you pay for what you get, so no complaints. 
    i'm really happy with the services, Thanks Jay, and everyone else, you made my life easier.

  • The only issue I had was that there were some pieces missing and I couldn't find it and the kitchen table was scratched up. I ended up paying an extra $600. It was close to $1,000 all together because they needed more people to do the move. I think I paid him $650 on top. They were quick and they knew what they were doing, but the problem was the furniture got damaged and then I lost some things. They were responsive. I would tell whoever uses them to be careful when they unpack the furniture and make sure they tell you where they have put all the furniture and the screws. It was a big puzzle. I don't know where they put it. They weren't organized in where they put pieces of our furniture. I had to go and buy screws at the store but the table is still missing its leg.

  • I needed somebody that was good at assembling and dissembling furniture and that's why I went with them. They were very good at taking apart our furniture, but some of the reassembling was a little off. We did not see these slight issues until after the move was completed and we were unpacking, etc. We did not have any damage to our furniture or other possessions. They were very friendly and courteous. They promised that they would be at our home between 9:00am and 11:00am on the day of the move, and they arrived before 11:00am. They are very good at following up and working with you to rectify any problems/complaints you may have during your move.  I find that is very important to know that your relationship does not end when the moving crew leaves your premises. I would recommend them - because I like working with a company that delivers what they promise and if you have a problem will work to make sure it's fixed.
