AAmerican Home Remodeling IncI’m so happy with the job American Home Remodeling did! We had our steps/porch, walkway, and garage floor done. The workers were always professional and courteous. Plus they did an amazing job! Unfortunately, an hour after they fully completed the job, my dog made paw imprints on the new garage floor before the concrete had dried. I contacted the owner and he sent his foreman back to fix it that night! I plan on using them for more work in the near future. Thank you AHR!- Stefanie G.

AMagnolia Home Remodeling GroupA nice experience overall working with Vic and his team. The team was punctual and professional throughout the project. We had our front steps rebuilt from brick to stone and new railings were installed. A few adjustments were needed but the response was quick and things were addressed adequately. Vic's accessibility and responsiveness was a big plus as well. He and his team gladly offered suggestions and solutions during discussions. We are pleased with our new steps and railings. AImperial Contracting of NYC Corpi hired imperial contracting yamin renovator to redo my flat roof and waterproof my side wall cement stucco yamin estimate followed up with proposal price is correct papers later in the week they arrived crews 8 people tearing off the old roof and rebuilding it from scratch installed play wood insulation roof and silver coat paint installed gutter they compelet stucco cement side of the house and concrete waterproof great experience highly recommended roofing and waterproof thank imperial contracting yamin for wonderful job- Farzana D.

AGENERAL BRICK DESIGNSFrom the initial phone, Eddie was our guy! His knowledge on home repair, structural issues, water damage and more is second to none. But it is not just his craftsmanship and expertise that stands out, it's his personality. Eddie is exactly what I am about to say and more. Honest, humble, trustworthy, caring, communicative, transparent, and so on. For years I paid contractors to solve my water issues in the basement. And year after year after being fixed, the issue would come back. Eddie explained the reason why year after year I had these issues. He took the time to really make me understand, veins, footings, cement mixing, cracks, water damage, building foundation, wood and moisture. His crew follows his lead! Eddie stays on the site until the job is done. The only part that was difficult, was saying goodbye. Sounds corny, but if you meet Eddie you made a friend.- Keith P.

AETC Home ImprovementEddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level.- Joann L.

AGENERAL BRICK DESIGNSI had a leak in my foundation in my crawl space and found General Brick Designs on Angie’s list. I had other contractors look at the problem but found Ed to be more thorough and knowledgable when he came to evaluate the problem. He came in with his crew, was on site the entire time and was able to complete the job in less than 1 day. The work area both inside and out was left spotless. It has been a few weeks and we have had heavy rains and not one drop of water has come into the basement. Ed is a true professional who is a master at his craft. AKeystone Custom DecksKeystone just finished the first deck I've ever had built. This company runs like a well oiled machine from sales to installation. The showroom is great and shows lots of options. The quote and design were detailed with a quick turnaround by Ron Yoder the sales rep after his visit to our home. He even gave us great suggestions, which we ended up incorporating. From there we had to wait a few months for the build to start, but they stayed in touch through the scheduling team. The installation team (Jonathan Esh, Steven Beiler and Willie...who last name escapes me) were here 7AM on the dot, and wrapped up around 4PM. These guys completed a roughly 450 square foot deck in 8 business days, including a curved bar, three stone columns and a built-in grill with stone around it. Really nice guys, can't say enough about them. Once we get around to the patio underneath the deck, we'll seriously consider Keystone again.- Jason B.

AMottern Masonry DesignMottern just completed a beautiful flagstone entryway for us. Their price was fair compared to others and their workmanship was outstanding. They were not reluctant to accomplish our curved design and they were very attentive to drainage issues. AI had contacted a few fireplace design companies to have service performed on the gas fireplace in the home I recently purchased. American Chimney replied promptly to express regrets that they did not service the gas-fired type. It's hard to get a reply from a tradesperson even when they can do the work, so I was happy with the reply. The best part is I wrote back to ask if they could recommend a company that does service gas-fired, and they did come back with a name promptly While I will not need to use American Chimney, any company that takes the time to help someone just out of their good nature deserves a good rating..

AWe worked with Chris from Magnolia on a second floor remodel and were extremely happy with the process and results. The reno included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, wood floor and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Chris is a great guy, very easy to work with it, trustworthy, and responsive. He hires skilled subcontractors and kept the reno moving at a good pace. There were no surprises with either the budget or scope of work. Magnolia made our dreams come true with this reno and we would definitely recommend them for your job.

AEverything went smooth. I've used them in the past and was very happy with the work. When a leak formed in my chimney, I first had the flashing sealed. When that didn't work I figured it might be the masonry. I called Antonio and he can about about a day or two later to take a look. Noticed crumbling mortar and some cracked bricks. He recommended repointing the chimney. They also resealed the flashing with a rubber like compound and sprayed a sealer on the entire chimney. So far so good. I would hire again, they have great customer service.

AMilestone did a very good job at repointing (removing the old, crumbling mortar and replacing it with fresh, new waterproof mortar). Mik is very professional and is fair in his pricing. Communication with him was never an issue. His crew are very nice guys who did an excellent job. The finished job did not look like someone fat-fingered the mortar into place. Instead, the mortar lines are straight and clean. I would absolutely hire Milestone again.

AJoe arrived promptly as scheduled, and completed the work in a clean and aesthetically pleasing way. I had initially expected to do a more complete concrete overlay, but Joe indicated that would be unlikely to last, and so suggested 2 alternatives. I went with the less expensive alternative as a trial. So far, so good!
