AAll Weather GuardShowed up when they said they would... Erick the foreman was awesome. Took the time to explain everything that they was going to do. He even did a fast roof inspection while he was up there. The crew was fast, efficient and super clean . AFajardo General Contractor Corp.Erick Fajardo was responsive and knowledgeable. He worked with us to come up with a plan that fit our budget. We painted the stucco, replaced and painted rotted trim, replaced rotted decking on one deck with great-looking and long lasting composite. To save money, we stained but did not replace the rails that were in good shape and deferred more work on a second deck. When the rotted window, one of a matching pair, turned out to be no longer available from the manufacturer, Erick painstakingly rebuilt the window in his shop. While they were working on the house, Erick's crew cleaned the gutters and made some other minor repairs. The quality of the work was excellent and the cost very fair. AWildlife Tree & Landscaping ServicePatric came out on short notice to clean the gutters before a storm. Trimmed all the shrubs in front of the house and cut back some brush. CWhen I called them to book, I let them know that I had another lawn person who was unresponsive and stopped showing up. I explained that we need a leaf clean up and cut and then maybe up to two cuts after, because we were putting our house on the market, but when we move to our new house I would consider using them too. I was assured when booked that they didn't work like that they didn't work like that, and that they would get back to me. The initial leaf clean and lawn cut went well. Lawn looked nice and they stayed late to finish the job, however, one of the workers was on the phone a lot and standing by the truck while the other was working. I tipped them in addition to the price for the leaf clean up and cut job, which was not cheap. A comment was made of tip amounts that were given by other clients for their good service. It felt awkward, but, I was trying to figure out if this was going to be a good working business/client relationship, so I let it go. Called & texted them to schedule the lawn cutting after. They said they would be there the next week. Friday of that week came along with no visits and I wanted to let them know that we were having an open house on that Sunday and would appreciate if they could come before that. They texted me that they would try to get to me late afternoon that day. After that, they never came. They never responded to my texts, even when I texted again to ask if they would please let me know if I have to find someone else to do the lawn upkeep, no response.

AI called for a repair to my daughter's roof. The room with the wet sheetrock has a cathedral ceiling with no attic access to determine the source of the leak. Steve inspected the roof section and suggested that the wetness was due to condensation. Vents were installed and small section of roof was replaced at a very reasonable cost.
