The areas in scope included besides open living room, kitchen and bedroom spaces a staircase, some vertical wood sections and walk in closets. All finished perfectly. I also went from a very dark brown / nearly black color to a more natural oak color - worked out very well and looks like we have brand new floors (better that the original - also went with 3 coats of TrafficHD poly). ARussell is a true craftsman. The flooring in this room was severely buckled. He meticulously cut some original flooring and added a new piece (or maybe more but his work was so good I cannot tell). He did a beautiful job. He was prompt, professional and he did not over charge. I will absolutely use his services in the future and I highly recommend him!

AExcellent work! Steve is a stickler for perfection and won't leave the job until all the details meet his high standards. I own a old house so the floors were far from level, however Steve navigated through this perfectly and the floors look great. I would recemmned to family and friends and plan on using SCL Flooring again.

AEverything went very well...the floor looks beautiful! I'm so pleased and so is my tenant. The whole apartment couldn't be done because the bedroom and office were already set up with furniture and it would mean taking furniture apart after it was just put together. John and his crew were able to show me samples of stain and they got it pretty close to the rooms that were not done. And John suggested doing saddles so the transition between refinished floor and untouched rooms wouldn't be so apparent. I'm a stickler for detail and I'm very happy. Someday I will do those rooms and use John. I highly recommend Floormaster...John and his crew were very professional. A+++

AThe carpet looks good. The installers did a good job. They also cut the bottom of some doors due to the carpet rubbing on the bottom of the door. This cost extra and was paid directly to the installers. Both Bogart Carpet and the installers were easy to work with. They kept commitments on scheduling.
