ATri-State Window Factory CorpI've used tri-state in my Home for years. We've replaced every window, and had new sliding doors installed. Most recently we had a new storm door put on the back of the house and replaced our last "old window." Andreas and team were fantastic (as they have always been!) the measurements were completed at the time they indicated (and the gentleman wore mask and gloves without question) and the day of installation was seamless and clean. AMagnolia Home Remodeling GroupWe worked with Chris from Magnolia on a second floor remodel and were extremely happy with the process and results. The reno included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, wood floor and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Chris is a great guy, very easy to work with it, trustworthy, and responsive. He hires skilled subcontractors and kept the reno moving at a good pace. There were no surprises with either the budget or scope of work. Magnolia made our dreams come true with this reno and we would definitely recommend them for your job.- Beth H.

AFlying Colors Roofing and PaintersThis is the third time I have hired Flying Colors ... their work is impeccable. My most recent project involved interior painting although one of my prior projects was for exterior stain and painting. The job could not have gone better. Steve showed up on time to inspect my house and followed up with a clearly written quote. He had a large backlog of work and couldn't start the job for a few weeks which was not a problem for us. He did start the job when promised and was always easy to reach. His painting team (led by Alex) always arrived on time and were extremely careful with every aspect of the job - prep, painting, and clean up. Their attention to detail was incredible - my walls and trim looks like brand new. I don't know of a better painting contractor than Flying Colors.- James F.

The owner and his subcontractors were professional, and top notch in terms of skill and quality, but most importantly efficiency. They completed a 2.5 story full siding job with window wraps and underlaying insulation for the most competitive price, and in the 4 day window (one day off for rain). AJ & S Painting Plus IncWe chose J & S Painting Plus, Inc. for four reasons: Jay got back to me immediately. He had a quiet, positive can-do demeanor. He made us feel completely comfortable; our gut told us this is a trustworthy gentleman. On the first day of the job, he arrived with this team. He introduced us to his workers and explained that the job would take 5 days to complete painting our kitchen cabinets. At the end of the day, he returned to see the progress. On the third day, Jay came back to see the wonderful progress. On the last day, he came again to do a walk-through with me. Truly amazing! His guys were very professional. Always arrived on time. Really great guys. I might add, they arrived in miserable snowy weather ON TIME. They worked non-stop each day, quietly, listening quietly to some great music. We did a walk-through each day and they addressed every single one of my concerns. J & S Painting Plus, Inc pricing was the most expensive of all the estimates we received, but it was worth it. AGreg did many jobs in my house- removed a load bearing wall, lay tiles for a new floor, drywall, removing a door, custom building closet cabinets, custom building a kitchen island. All of it was done with professionalism and satisfaction. The last job he did for me was to paint existing kitchen cabinets which ran into a problem with the paint colors not coming out right from the store. It took some time but he came back to the end with the last being the 6th time to make it right. I would definitely hire Greg again because he produces jobs that are high quality and long lasting solutions.

AWe were entirely happy with all of the work that was done at our home. The work was started a little earlier than anticipated and it was completed when they said it would be. Everyone was extremely polite and at the end of each day, everything was left clean and neat. Any inquiries or issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. ASK Construction was hired to install new sliding glass door, that were replacing a double hung window. Sean was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the Anderson sliders that were being installed. He was creative and gave suggestions to help enhance the moldings around the door frame for a custom look. The project was finished quickly and neatly and the crew was very easy to work with. Would definitely hire SK Construction in the future!
