When I went to pick up the vehicle, there was what looked like anti-freeze splashed on the driver side door. That was my problem with them. I did not say anything at that time because when I went to pick it up, I had to go to work. So, I complained through their website. When I finally got the manager’s attention, he apologized for it. At that time, I thought the rain would wash it off, but it had not. They did offer to clean my door. I am undecided if I am going to use them again.

    Elmwood Certified Auto Services
This was the best car service I've ever received. I was in the habit recently of going to my local Honda dealership, until I got smacked with a ~$3000 bill. Honda had told me I had to replace my catalytic converter, among many other things. They said $1500 was mandatory for my car, and the other 1500 was optional. This threw me into a scare given my car is a 2003 model and made me decide to buy a new car.
Then I had the idea of stopping by at this shop to see if my car could be salvaged. Lo and behold, Dennis and Tim told me my catalytic converter was found and only the transmission mounds were loose and needed to be replaced. In total, they charged me 880$ for a service that Honda asked for at least $1500, and up to $3000 (including unnecessary repairs).
I am so thankful and relieved to Denis, Tim, Jim and the whole shop for their honest and eager help. They're all very professional and competent in their work. I'm happy to know I've found a new permanent car service!

I am not happy with them. I have to go to a different dealership. I find that the dealerships make their money on having me come back for service and maintenance. When I bought my car, it was a demo, and they put the wrong mileage down for the bank. They gave me two free services and when I went in they tried to charge me. It could cost $700 to $800 for service. I am still paying for my car. They said that I needed an engine flush, it was a brand new car, why would I need a engine flush. They pulled a fast one when I bought the car. I told them that I didn't want a demo. It was a total rip off. Punctuality was all right. I will never use them again. They could be honest.

    Fanwood Taxi
Fanwood Taxi left me high and dry when I came back from Florida with two golf bags two sets of luggage and they refused to pick me up at the airport because of some snow. They didn't show any remorse and I was extremely inconvenienced.

There is no one better. I have never been able to so completely trust an auto mechanic. Some mechanics have literally ruined my cars! Peter is on the other end of that spectrum, so wise, patient, insightful, and on-target all of the time that I never have to
fret about auto issues again. What a great feeling! On top of that he's a real human being, personable, funny, thoughtful.
Peter also advised me to buy a car in 2000 that he had maintained for a customer since it was new, and that's been my car ever since. Now 19!!! years old. Prior to this he helped me with a Subaru and an even OLDER Honda. He has never steered me wrong. Not once. Not even in a small issue.

They are very reasonable, professional and are not your typical car auto shop. They are honest about the work they perform on your car; because of that I have referred quite a few people to them. The only problem is that they are not open on the weekends, but then again they are a small, family-owned business so they give their employees the weekend off; so I can't complain about that.

My car had started to sputter on my way home from work one evening. I took it Jack the very next morning and he was able to squeeze my car in that day even though he was very busy. Jack gave me a phone call later that afternoon and told me what the problems were and how much it would cost. I agreed andJack started working on my car. A couple of weeks later I started having the same problems again I called Jack to let him know about it and he told me to bring the car by the very next morning. He repaired my car again at no charge. I appreciated his quick reponse to all of my car trouble and that he stood by his work and didn't try to suggest that something new was wrong with my car as most mechanics have tried to do in the past. I was very happy with the service and will surely use him again in the future.

A NIGHTMARE!!!  When I realized problems my car was brought in for weren't fixed, my car was 1st 1 there again next morning.  After it sat there all day, at end of day, when I called to pick it up, I learned they: HAD NOT FIXED IT, CLAIMED MOST WORKERS NEVER SHOWED UP THAT DAY, & I needed to bring it back next day.  I told them I was about to go away on vacation, didn't have time for this nonsense, & wanted a refund before learning THEY DON'T ISSUE REFUNDS, EVEN WHEN THEY DON'T DO WHAT YOU'VE PAID THEM TO, & DESPITE THE CONTRACT I SIGNED SAYING OTHERWISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  No amount of reasoning with the manager Jose helped & the sorry owner Leon just stood back listening.  2 other customers were in there same time shaking their head & kept motioning to me that Jose was talking nonsense, especially about workers not showing up. As I was getting in my car, 1 said they'd done the same thing to him & another customer said same thing.  I learned to never pay in advance of a LONG-G-G-G test drive because they make a habit of doing this & only prioritize working on cars of people who haven't paid them yet!  THEY ARE COLD-HEARTED SCAM ARTISTS  & ALSO DON'T HELP THE REPUTATION OF AAA WHO ENDORSES THEM!!!  AAA REP SAID THEY WOULD HELP--IF I WAS STILL A MEMBER-- SO THEY SEEM JUST AS BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

His prices are good and he does not do unneccessary work.  He has a lot of character and is honest about what needs to be done.  I recommend him to my friends often.  He is usually very busy, but lets me know when he can get me in if it is not an emergency.

They were okay but the car was constantly in the shop. I no longer have the Cadillac. I have nothing against Brogan but they couldn't get all the parts for the clutch from General Motors. I eventually got rid of the car because General Motors couldn't supply all the parts until April. They gave me rental cars to try to keep me there instead of going somewhere else to get it fixed. The car was a world-class car when it ran but it was always in the shop. After the warranty ran out it spent more time in the shop than not but I couldn't blame the dealership for that. I had bought the Cadillac from them. They were prompt and professional. They did go out of their way to try to help me.
