  • I'm going to tell you something. I don't pay for oil changes. It comes with the car. It's 2 years old, so I haven't used up it's warranty or anything. I lease the car, but I've gone to them for years. Their guys are wonderful. Absolutely phenomenal. They're courteous, they're respectful, I have no problem getting an appointment ever. They keep you informed when they're working on your car. They'll take me home if they know it's going to take too long or if they don't have the parts. Rather than me driving the car back and forth, leave the car here and they take me home. I just love how they treat you. The waiting room is great. I tell my husband that it's like I died and went to heaven. And you know the service guys, I love them. They are really nice. They're like family. They know your name. I've gone to them for years so they know me. They're really nice. I just like them. I've been to some dealers and I've had some bad experiences. I said to my husband, these guys treat me like I have a brain and I'm not an idiot. That to me is important. You know, I've been to some dealers when I was younger and they didn't even listed to what you were telling them. These guys, they'll listen to you, they write down what you're saying. They'll go talk to the mechanic. If they don't understand, they'll come get me they'll say: "explain it to the mechanic". I've never had a bad experience with them. Maybe some people have, but I have never had a bad experience with them. I will continue to use them until I can't afford a Cadillac anymore.

  • My experience went great. You need to understand a couple of things too. My dad worked for General Motors. When I go in, I get a discount on a car. I don't have any bickering. I just go in and I tell them what I want. I have paper work from General Motors, I give them the paper work that General Motors has supplied me with to get the discount. I get the General Motors discount on the car. I don't have to bicker with pricing or anything. They kind of understand that. In the beginning, when I used to go there, I would just buy the car. I would pay for it. I didn't even want to talk about financing. I saved the money, I wanted to just buy the car outright, make it mine, and be done with it. The salesman that I had, I like him, he understood that. That's just what he did for me. I didn't even talk to the finance guy. I never did because I was paying cash and I didn't want to waste my time and waste his time. He understood that. I was paying the rock-bottom price for the car, I was paying what the dealer paid. The guy that I always dealt with retired. So, now I deal with the sales manager and they understand. My dad gets the discount, so they give me the discounted price. It's a very smooth function for me, it's almost like 1-2-3. It's that quick. When you get the car, they'll sit you inside the car with someone who understands the whole inside of the car. A guy who's trained to understand all of the electronics in the car. He sits with you, he explains it all, and then he'll tell you that if you leave here and have problems, to come back and he'll sit with you again. He makes sure you understand how to use all the electronics in the car, which is kind of amazing. The first time I had an electronic car with all these electronic gadgets and digital stuff, I had no idea how to use it. The guy was very patient trying to explain it and go over it and explain how it all works. I love how they take care of their customers. Sometimes they coddle them. I really like them. I love them, in fact. The service guys that I work with, one of them is named Victor and one is named Tony. These guys have been with Brogan for years. I really love these guys. If you call them and they are busy they call you back. You don't have to wait and sit for a whole day. They are really responsible and responsive.

  • I was suppose to get a $1000 rebate but couldn't find it on my phone, but that could have been my fault. The car is beautiful. The salesperson could not find my rebate, I went in there because they offered me the rebate but then they could not find it.

  • The service went fine. They couldn’t find anything wrong but it stopped making the noise. It didn’t cost me anything. They worked on it. They tried to find the problem but they couldn’t find it. They got me in right away. I don’t work directly with the workers. It’s the office guys that take care of it. I don’t talk to the guy that worked on my car. I’ve always found them to be very good.

  • They were good. The guy is very professional and very responsive to a woman which a lot of mechanics aren't. He doesn't blow you off and listen to anything you say about your car. He's very respectful. I would recommend him because he doesn't tell you to come in 3 weeks. He'll tell you to come in tomorrow for him to take a look at the car and then he'll give you an estimate. He seems to be very knowledgeable with the cars and he's not really interested in asking you to pay for a lot of stuff that you really didn't need. He seemed to be really working with me.

  • Decided at last minute to get oil changed in car. Went down early in morning and they were able to take me right away,car was done as promised an hour later. They were very professional and courteous

  • We have dealt with them for a very longtime.  They are very honest.  They are very responsible.  We had a problem that was just not getting fixed.  They kept trying again and again with all kinds of things.  They just kept saying to bring the car back and that they will check it again.  Ultimately, they were able to fix the problem without any additional charges.  We only deal with the owner.  The owner name is Mike.  We know him for a longtime.  He is very nice.  He knows our family for a longtime.  He is always very pleasant to us and he is very accommodating.  I would use their service in the future too.

  • I liked this car dealership. I used a female salesperson at my preference. I paid the price I wanted to for my car. However, if they were to improve something about their facility, I would say that they could try and make car buying a little more pleasant for females. The males can be a little predatory when you first walk in the door. Now the female I dealt with was very good. She knew I was a knowledgeable female looking to perhaps become a customer and she was very good with her sales routine. She was not overly pushy and offered me good guidance.

  • The representative answered questions about the need to service the power steering mechanism patiently. The repairs were completed within 3.5 hours of arrival. The alternator had to be ordered from a local supply store. The car starts and runs like it did before the battery problems began.
