    He is very good, and he knows his staff. The office is very professional, it was clean and neat, and they catered to your needs. He knows his medicine, and he also knows the diseases. He spends extra time with the patients to make sure he covers everything. I have used him for years.

    Going in - they asked me to fill out a form and then the medical assistant acted like I was trying to steal her pen, which I wasn't. Medical assistant acts like you are wasting her time; don't introduce herself or tell you what is expected. You just have to blindly follow her. I really hate with these doctors offices that you have to explain everything to the receptionist and the medical assistant and the doctor. The doctors don't seem to read the charts because I had to explain everything all over again even though it was in the chart and even though I had delivered my son through them in 1992. No body wants to bother to read or listen beyond 5 seconds so you have to think in advance what point you would like to make in 5 seconds. Then, during the gyn exam, the doctor did a rectal exam without any warning or asking me if I wanted to decline. I would have. They treated me like I was bother them. The episiotomy that they did when delivering my son in 1992 was done poorly and to this day, yes, this is 22 years later...! I'm still having problems with the area. One of these days I'll have to go back and get the episiotomy done all over again but I won't go there.

    She is great! She's very thorough and has good patient attitude; she'll make phone calls and she's really dedicated for what she does. I would say that she is one best surgeons in the area, I highly recommend her but it's not easy to get an appointment with her. She doesn't take insurance, you have to pay them in cash.

    I just relocated from the West so I guess I'm used to Doctor Offices in the Western United States.
    I selected Haddonfield Family Practice because the were rated Well on Angie's List and they
    were accepting new patients. Upon arrival I found that parking at 8:30 in the morning required
    me to park on the street. The office is actually a small house. There appeared to be adequate parking
    on the side but was restricted to employee's only.
    Upon entering I was greeted by a less than enthuiastic receptionist. She indicated that the office
    only accepted cash or check for a co pay niether of which I had. I was told I would need to leave
    seek out the closest ATM and return with $20. Really in the 21st century and they dont accept credit cards?
    I left the office walking severa blocks in the rain to my car to find an ATM.
    Upon return I was directed through the office by a nurse with un finished paperwork in hand to be weighed,
    I was seated in a room and was greeted shortly by the doctor. I went to shake the doctors hand when he cringed
    and indicated he does not shake hands. The Doctor spent about ten minutes with me. I had visited the prcatice
    as follow up to surgery and to become established as a new patient. In the past usually a new patient visit
    involved a physical and some lengthy questions. I felt as though I was being rushed through the appointment
    to simply allow the practice to submit a bill to my insurance company.
    The Doctor told me to not remove the bandage on my surgical site since he did not have any bandages to replace it with.
    I was very dissatisfied with this experience and will seek out a real Family Practice

    I have used Dr. Donna Mcanespey for a couple of years. She did a beautiful job with the surgery and I recommend her highly. She has an office with a physical therapy company and her staff is always very polite and I have never had to wait very long. Usually they take me in right away.

    He is very personable and caring. He is very thorough. They give me print outs about what they talk about at my visit. The experience was very pleasant. Initially it takes a little while to get in for an appointment, but after that it's easy to get in. The office is great.

    He is fantastic and I've been going to him for 20 years. He takes 20 minutes for every patient and he's not in and out in five minutes like most doctors. When you see him, he remembers everything you said the last time you were there. He is very caring and helpful. I think he is a good doctor and he's even diagnosed things before they test have came back. The staff is very nice and friendly. There are also other doctors located in the building with him. The punctuality isn't that great but it's because he takes time with his patients. I will continue to use him till the day I die.

    Delaware Valley Urology
    We found them wanting in the service they provided.  Dr. Linden didn’t follow-up after my husband had a real crisis situation.  I think it was a scandal that the urologist didn’t take him seriously during the first hospital stay and take care of the stone.  I think the hospital called Delaware Valley Urology to complain because after the second hospital stay, Dr. Linden called to apologize for not getting back to him right away.  Even the office didn’t know when Dr. Linden was going to be in.  Dr. Linden is nice enough when he’s attentive but he’s not that attentive.  The stone actually came out about a month too late.  I wouldn’t recommend this group to anybody.

    He is good, and was referred by my family doctor.  The wait time for an appointment was forever, and then you were only in there for about 10 minutes. That was the only complaint I had.   If I had a problem then they would get you in right away.

    They are always prompt; I don't wait. They are courteous but professional. The staff is friendly. I am satisfied with this practice. They are very available, though they aren't taking new patients.
