ABella Brothers Construction IncDO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE BELLA BROTHERS!! Bella Brothers is top notch when it comes to home remodeling. I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! ABasic Basement CoAfter receiving multiple quotes, we chose the Basic Basement Co. to finish our basement including adding a 1/2 bath. Right from the start, they were very professional. The overall process was extremely efficient and well-coordinated. Gail, our project coordinator, was superb. She kept us informed of next steps and was very responsive to any questions we had. AatticrawlI used Atticrawl for one of my historically old buildings, thought raccoons where entering to the attic. the smell of death was horrendous!!!! Luckily into the incredibly thorough cleanout and removal down to the insulation they found it to be squirrels . they sealed all access points and shared photos. Fantastic customer service communications with Ryan Abraham before during and after the job! He even shared photos of the chimney seal so my husband didn't have to go on the roof !!!! AMr. Contractor IncWe were connected with Steve @ Mr Contractor through our realtor to fix a buckling stucco wall, replace two lintels in the front, and install star bolts. When they opened up the exterior wall, it became clear that the scope of the project wasn't merely cosmetic, they would need to reframe the side of the house. Steve very patiently walked us through our options, explained the extent of what needed to be done and why, and made helpful suggestions as to how to proceed. The work itself was extensive and took about a month but the side and back of the house look incredible. We're very happy with their professionalism and the quality of the work. ALast Detail Custom CarpentryLast Detail supplied a comprehensive list of all phases of the project and outlined what was to be done by each trade. All construction workers were experienced, skillfully carried out their jobs. Even the subcontractors had worked with Last Detail for years. AMr. Contractor IncWe hired Mr. Contractor to remodel our basement and are very pleased with our choice. It is clear that good communication is a priority for them – they always respond to questions promptly and never disappear for long periods, as was often the case with other contractors with whom we have worked in the past. Mr. Contractor employs a whole team of skilled specialist who obviously truly take pride in their work. At the project’s conception, they demonstrated great innovation and creativity in finding solutions to various particularities posed by an almost 150 year-old basement. A general openness and flexibility allowed for crucial adjustment to be made as the project developed. A particular plus is Mr. Contractor’s know-how in doing construction work in a city like Philadelphia. Oftentimes in the past, people we have worked with have complained to us about parking and other complexities that come with doing work in an old city such as Philadelphia, with its crowded, narrow streets. That was refreshingly not the case with Mr. Contractor. AIt went very well. Jon arrived on time and spent a good bit of time looking all around the basement and attic, even performing a home leak test which revealed that our chimney's damper doesn't perform as it should (already called for service) and that the insulation in our attic is up to code. He made useful suggestions about potential upgrades to our HVAC and water heater, as well as our thermostat. He installed energy efficient light bulbs in the few lamps where we didn't already have them. All told: a very useful expenditure of time and limited funds (the state of DE covering 3/4s of the cost!

AWhen our refrigerator was leaking he came out the same day to figure out what was going on and give us an estimate and remediate the immediate problem. Then they started the job only a few days later and got it done very timely. They had to pull out all the drywall behind the fridge and some of our kitchen cabinets and the wood floor and remediate damage from water leak including severe black mold. They did a great job communicating everything the entire time and helping us navigate the home owners insurance claim (made this process a breeze) and I really feel like they were fair with the pricing. I would highly recommend them! They were also always available for questions with speedy response time!

He walked me through the process and science. I accepted the quote and contractors were on the scene within 3 days! Completed the job, despite high temperatures. Cleaned up well afterwards. Really notice the difference already. Great job!
