    On Monday November 12th, I brought my Tahoe in for service for an appointment scheduled at 7am. I had to take off of work for this which is ok and I did not mind. There were several issues, one of which was rear climate control would go to low automatically, which in the two years I've owned my vehicle it has never done prior to two weeks ago. Around 430 I had not received a call regarding any work needing to be performed on my truck so I called. I was then advised one item could not be duplicated which is fine, one part was put on order and the climate control was "supposed to do that". I was also advised they checked on two other Tahoes and it was the same. So all day they had my truck no call to come get it even though no maintenance was performed, then an obvious problem, the climate control, is "supposed to do that." When I arrived to get my truck I asked to be shown on the two other vehicles that they used to verify this problem, which was then told "oh they aren't here anymore..." Now fast forward to today Nov 14, two days later, my rear climate control is completely not working, its 39 degrees outside and I have two small children that I have to put in my car. Moral of this story is find a different service department because I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as they said they would talk to their shop Forman and get back to me the next day as they were going to dig further into their books to try to see if it was actually a problem, helping to cover their own butts by writing on my ticket(need more time to diagnose), but what do you know, no call. I do have a mechanics background, so I am by no means dumb when it comes to cars but my car is under warranty therefore I am not going to work on it myself. Please when you read this feel free to call me as your service guys working the counter know exactly who I am, I'd love to discuss this further as you not only wasted my time but were incapable of performing your jobs.

    The guy is very reasonably priced. ?He is not going to fix something just because he should, if it's not going to change anything. ?So, I trust that he is not going to rake me over the coals. The owner's name is Fred, he is great to work with. As the name states, they work on imports of all sorts. ?They are reasonably priced and honest.

    Last weekend I went to Mall Chevrolet for maintenance service. I told them I wanted the car totally checked out since we are doing a road trip to Florida. They told me I had about 8,000 miles left on my tires and that they were good for the trip. My salesman told me to check with him when I got back because he would hook me up with tires! Said, don't buy tires here...too pricey! Wow and he works there! I went to Tires Plus for a quote but they would only quote me on one particular brand. Must of been the flavor of the month! I called Creighton's Auto Repair! The owner, Joe quoted me on several brands for large SUVs and took into account our driving habits. Had the tires installed and we are good to go for our upcoming road trip! Joe was shocked when he saw my tires! Shame on the dealer! So....for all my PA and NJ friends looking for a reputable auto repair shop, please visit Creighton's Auto Repair in Newtown, PA! The owner Joe and his staff are exceptional! They have received numerous awards and are listed on Angie's List! They have been named ?Best of Philly?, ?Best of Newtown?, and the prestigious Angie?s List ?Super Service? award multiple times. Creighton's Auto Repair, Inc. is a full service auto repair shop and Official PA Inspection and Emission station with customer service and satisfaction the number one goal! Had to give Creighton's a shout out! So worth the drive over the Bristol Bridge from New Jersey! Bonus...the price was awesome too!!! Thank you Creighton's Auro Repair!!!

    I bought a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder with 30k miles from Faulkner Nissan and it wasn't very clean the dealership said their car wash was broken, because they are about an hour away we could come back or they would reimburse us for a full detail on the car for $150 because that's what they charge. Decided to try the dealership close by, Classic Nissan in Hainesport,Nj. I called on Tuesday night to setup an appointment the phone service set it up for 2:30 the next day. Showed up at 2:30 no one had any idea of the appointment and they couldn't detail the car before they closed at 5 and of course they charge $225 for a full detail on an SUV. The detailer was nice, he checked with the manager and they said they would do it for $150. Dropped it off Thursday night for Friday, at 5 o'clock they call to say it will be done in fifteen minutes. We pick it up and they washed, waxed, vacuumed, armor-alled the tires, and through a few air fresheners in it. I've never paid to have a car detailed and if I didn't have a credit I would not have gotten this service done. I wrote on the service slip shampoo the seats, especially the drivers seat that had a stain, and that the previous owner had a dog and smoked so there was a small amount of dog hair plus every so often we would smell a little hint of cigarettes. They didn't wipe the dash or clean any of cup holders or door cubbies and the drivers seat stain was still there. We cleaned with a wet wipe. Aside from the wax, I think the regular car wash does a better job, it would have been done in 10 minutes and cost maybe $30 with the works. I wanted a wow, clean, brand new car feeling for a car that's a year old and only has a few miles. So, on Sunday I'm going to shampoo the seats with my carpet cleaner and I have a feeling the waste water will be black. I'll clean the dash, steering wheel, and cup holders. If you want your car cleaned try somewhere else.

    We have used Vaughan for several years for regular maintenance of our heater and air conditioner units.  We usually take advantage of their pre-season service specials which are extremely reasonable.  They are a pleasure to deal with from their technicians (all have been good, but we especially like Dave) to their office staff.  It is easy to schedule an appointment (they give a 4-hour window, but can usually narrow that down on the day of service).  Technicians arrive on time, explain things thoroughly, and keep things clean.  Very competent and very honest company.  Nice clean trucks too.  I highly recommend!

    The service was excellent.  It took a couple of hours.  I had them give me a call when the car was ready.  They do have things to entertain you if you have to wait.  I would grade them highly.  Excellent quality work.

    They did a lot of work that they really didn't have to do. They went the distance to get the car working right, it was a makeshift when Dodge put the car together.  After they fixed it, it ran fine. They had to call an engineer from Dodge down from Detroit to figure out why, Dodge ran out of the parts and put random parts together and did not tell anyone.  They are very good.

    Their service was okay. I had my son-in-law check out the things that needed to be changed, and they didn't. They put balancing metals there, and I think they took off the balancing metals because they wanted to charge me for balancing. If you rotate the tires, the balancing should be synced. They do good with the oil change, but they try to get you on service. Even though I madean appointment, they didn't' write it down, and they do that all the time.

    They were nice guys and knew their business. They knew specialty automobiles. However they didn't finish want I'd asked to do, they  kept putting it off. The main things I wanted done, they could never fit them in.  They just weren't well organised and couldn't get their scheduling done very well. I won't use them again because they lost my confidence.

    They did an excellent job. The bottom line is how the mirrors look and how they match with the car. The car was actually painted, it is a special red so the challenge was to match that red with the paint on the mirrors and they did it so perfectly. They repaired the mirrors well, the surface was smooth and cleaned before they applied paint. They patched into the doors as well, they thoroughly patched and they did it all in about 4 days which seems to be great because they took the car to a shower after that.
