  • Everything went very smoothly. The work was done efficiently and precisely. They were very communicative with us if we had any questions or concerns they were addressed right away and they made sure that we were happy with each step of the process. This was our first big home renovation and we were very nervous about it but Vinnie and his team made us feel at ease explaining everything to us and helping us find the materials we needed. They were extremely accommodating and professional and the pricing was very fair. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone. We are very happy with how the work came out and are so glad we found Cousin Vinnies to do the work for us!

  • As always, absolutely excellent. We've used this contractor several times in the past and have always been very pleased. First, the work is excellent. Second, they conscientiously clean up EVERY DAY! Third, the personnel are very easy to deal with - we were involved with every decision.

  • Awesome job RMB!!! The staff was extremely professional. We would recommend them to everyone looking for affordable, quality work. We were advised upfront what it would cost and how long the job would take. Our project was a bathroom remodel consisting of a porcelain tile bathroom floor, vanity with personalized backsplash and a water efficient toilet. The owner/staff were respectful of our home (by covering our carpet) before the work started and they cleaned up when finished. We are thoroughly pleased with the work and look forward to working with RMB construction in the future.

  • This company provided a timely analysis and a quoted my job at a very competitive rate. The work was done within the time specified in our contract. I was also impressed that every task was completed neatly. This company pays so much attention to detail. There were no complaints, just excitement to use my new kitchen.

  • The first thing I want to say is...if attention to detail is important to you; DON'T hire this guy.  he is very personable, has a professional demeanor, reasonably priced and easy to deal with.  But if quality is what you are looking for.  Jerry is not your man.   Jerry never put in a full day's work in my house.  meaning he was out and about constantly and left a lot of the work to other people who, frankly, did not do a good job at all.   My master bath is very, very sub par.   He admitted to me that he was not happy with the results either.  I did get a $100.00 credit. I bought all the fixtures, the tub, sink, toilet.  he allowed me a 2.00 limit on tile as he bought the tile.   The tile on the floor and in the shower/tub stall is uneven, not leveled, high tile, low tile.  the grout was filled uneven and cracked, had to ask him to fill it several times.  is still cracking and not filled in spots.  Tiles are cut very rough, used caulk to fill the mistakes.  (bad or old blade??)   where the ceiling and tile meet is a complete disaster.   I could have done a better job in that respect.  He put little shelves in the shower/tub stall that are way too high for me to use.  I had rotator cuff surgery, so those shelves are useless to me.   he installed them without consulting me first or I would have asked him to put them lower.  He installed my new mirrored medicine cabinet WAY, WAY too high.  I looked in the mirror and saw half my face.  Couldn't reach the top two shelves.  He did however, lower it for me when I asked him too.  But the refinish job on the wall was horrendous.  Had to be re-done twice.   When re-installing the medicine cabinet, some tools must have dropped onto the new faucet and sink and left multiple scratches.  Of course, he denied he or his side-kicks did it.  But he did replace the faucet and offered to replace the sink.   kitchen is OK.  some cabinets are still uneven and some make noise when opening and closing.   Again if you have an eagle eye....don't hire this guy.  but if you want a half way decent job if your gonna sell your house or just don't really care about detail.  Jerry's your man.

  • A 6 ft piece of trim on my house was coming off and blowing in the wind. The flapping piece was banging against my window and ripped the screen. I called Fleetwood Property Restoration as I had used them before. They came out immediately and IN THE WIND, climbed up to the peak of the roof to remove the piece. He then came back 2 days later with a new piece of trim, painted to match the other trim and replaced it. While up there he also fixed some of my gutters that were pulling away from the house. My kind of guy!!! He said because it was a small job and I am a repeat customer...he only charged me $ 70.00

I had this company also in October of 2014 when they created a living space from existing screen porch. Put up insulated walls, all new Windows, beautiful tongue and groove wood ceiling with a ceiling fan and new outside door. It's now a beautiful sun room!!
Size of room....12x24. Cost.....$3900. I love these guys. They are always on time, easy to work with, listen to what I want and get the job done. In and out. No mess, no fuss and when done, everything is clean!!

I first called them a few years back when we were expecting the hurricane. My shed roof was leaking really bad and the shingles were flying off. I was afraid I was going to lose my shed. After several calls to different companies I finally called Fleetwood Property Restoration and explained my dilemma. They came out immediately and put a whole new roof on the shed and fixed some of the rotting wood inside from the leak. We beat the hurricane by one day and I still have my shed!!! Yay!! Cost.....$300

Shortly after this I had a water leak outside my house. A huge mess. I called them again and although it was not a problem they could fix, they guided me through who I had to call and what to do. They were such a huge help to me! They didn't have to...but they did!!
Awesome guys!!!! They truly are the kind of people I feel so comfortable with to be in my home! Trustworthy, reliable and just plain good hearted!!!

I WILL hire them again for future work....remodeling of my kitchen.....Whoo hoo!!! I would and do recommend them....no job too big or
Too small. They also did some work for my daughter!! For great work and reasonable prices..call.....

  • I contacted Enver through Angie's List several weeks prior to coming to Myrtle Beach and asked him to follow up with me when we got closer to our arrival date.  He followed up with me to the date exactly. We met and he gave us a quote right then. We thought the quote was fair but weren't quite ready to start.  Once we realized that our needs had changed we called him and luckily he was available within a few days' time.  Enver showed up promptly and in good spirits everyday, excited to create a new bathroom that would not only look beautiful, but would last a lifetime. Enver soon became a welcome addition to our family and friends visiting here in Myrtle Beach. Enver is a master craftsman when it comes to tile work.  I think we were exceedingly lucky to find him.  Not only did he do the job for a fair price, he did it in exactly the amount of time he stated that it would take to complete.  He is a fast and efficient worker.  The only drawback is that we had very little space in our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo to accommodate all his tools and materials comfortably. But he was patient and extremely understanding and accommodated my changes.  Overall we think Enver's work is amazing. He is exceptionally talented in tile installation. We plan to have him come back and remodel our other bathroom as well as our kitchen and hall floors. We cannot say enough good things about how our bathroom turned out.  It is truly a miracle how he transformed this 1980s condo bathroom, that had been beaten by the lack of maintenance and the effects of extreme humidity over the years, into a modern, spa bath.  We love it!

  • They were very good at their job and very understanding and patient. The owner came out first and then his helper Mike came out and did the rest of the work for us. They were very punctual and professional with us. The girl who does the phone work is also very nice. They get good work done and their honest and patient workers.

  • When I originally called there appeared to be no issue as an appointment was made to come to my home and provide an estimate. I was then called a few days later telling me that they had to cancel because Bryan is not an electrician and I would be better off just getting an electrician to do the work. I then stated that I was a little confused since I found them on Angie's List and their profile clearly states "Electric". The person I was speaking to said that they were just overwhelmed by the Angie's List response and would not be able to come out to provide an estimate.
It appears from their cancelling their appointment is that the job I needed done was too small for them to waste their time on. That's really unfortunate because what they didn't know is that there are a number of jobs around my home that I would have considered hiring them to do had this worked out. Just to name a few, I have masonry  (fixing brick stairs), carpentry (fixing/rebuilding stairs in my home), fixing thresholds between rooms, replacing three ceiling fans, replacing a chandelier, etc..
There is also a bathroom that needs remodeling in my home. In summary, they lost out on possibly earning tens of thousands of dollars on the jobs in my home. So now I'll just give these jobs to someone else whose time I won't be wasting with such a small job to start with.

  • This is the third time we've used this organization.  First was several years ago when we had minor ($800) hurricane damage.  We were impressed with their professionalism and contacted them again six months ago.  At that time, they did approximately $4000 of work downstairs, primarily in the kitchen and the powder room.  It was especially noteworthy that we were ALWAYS kept informed of any issues.
This time, of course, they're doing the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms and they're continuing with their very exceptional professionalism.
They plan ahead well enough that each day they have time remaining to clean up and make the house as presentable as is possible under the circumstances.  It's weird - I never see them rush but, at the end of each day, I'm surprised at how much was accomplished.
Hopefully we're at the end of our home improvement activities for a while but, if I need anything again, I'll call them without even discussing the work with anyone else.
