Excellent job. Crew was terrific. Antonio is wonderful and professional. They went the extra mile. Loved that I didnt have to hire 3 separate contractors to get the work done. Antonio has all the trades on staff.

It went really great! This is first house and we had heard a lot of stories about contractors taking forever to do the work but Antonio and his team were the opposite. They did everything very promptly and always consulted with us when any significant questions came up before they moved ahead. The foundation work they did was the most extensive. They used earth moving equipment to dig everything out and then did extensive mortar work. They then protected the mortar work with a coating of rubber that adheres to the foundation and another layer of thick black sheeting. Very thorough. They also dug a big trench around the base of the foundation and installed a buried drainage system that captures any water near the foundation and diverts it away from the house and out into the back yard. But that's not all by a long shot. Right when the renovations were being completed we had a really bad flooding incident unrelated to the work Antonio was doing. There was major damage done to the living room and kitchen. It was heartbreaking. Luckily, our insurance covered it. We were so grateful when he immediately pulled his crew from other jobs to get the water immediately pumped out and all the demolition done before any mold could set in. It was only two weeks before we were supposed to move in and Antonio made sure all the repairs were done in time. That included drying out everything, replacing sheetrock, damaged cabinets electrical repairs etc. He was AMAZING!!! Thanks so much Antonio!!! We have plans to use Antonio again in the future for a list of projects and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who needs a contractor.

My main problem was that I feel way overcharged. These were the only people to use the "black mold" scare on us and frankly you could have told my wife any price...they said they could be there she was sold. As far as the work, it went okay. I'm not saying they're derelict or unskilled at what they do. But they misrepresented themselves and their work crew, and failed to setup a negative-air containment system despite describing to me the bubble my house would be in during the sales meeting. My kids were home while this was going on so who knows the health repercussions.

The job went very good...the workers were punctual, very professional, great attitudes, knowledgeable about the work that was needed and they were neat. They used quality material and were detailed in the design of the work according to the specifications of the job. I would strongly recommend them to family, friends and local churches in the area. Thanks to Strongmen Waterproofing we do not have worry about water in our basements any more.. Great Job!

    United Waterproofing Corp
They are a highly skilled and professional firm. Execution of the job was a whirlwind. Took just two days because of the crew they put on it. Alot of engineering I didn't expect went into the job, and every single element was done well from my perspective. Put United in the "expensive but worth it" camp.

Excellent service all around. Having a French Drain installed is disruptive, but the work was done quickly and expertly. When I had some questions later they sent some one out to take a look and help me. I'm very pleased with Arid.

Ben was able to come to the house for a quote in a very narrow window of time that I had available.  His prices were below two other quotes that I received.  We coordinated when the work would be completed.  It was a two-day job and the workers arrived on time, were very courteous and efficient.  They even matched the color of the existing concrete - something another contractor did not do when other sidewalks on the property were replaced.
There was an issue with the original drain pipe that was broken under the city sidewalk that could have cost me a lot more money and time to go through city permitting to replace.  On his own initiative, Ben found a low cost solution to the problem which avoided the issue saving me that extra cost.

In all it went very well. When my wife and I spoke with Ed, the owner, prior to signing the contract we expressed our dissatisfaction with contractors in general. Mainly due to experiences we have had in the past, especially with hidden and surprise costs and the lack of professionalism with. Ed ensured us his company was not like that and they are looking to set a new standard. We took this with a grain of salt. However, during and after the project I got to see first hand how passionate Ed was with his business and how hard he and his staff are working to ensure every customer has a great experience. I think this company will do an excellent job with your project, however large or small.

We had a major basement flood in May 2014 after several days of heavy rain. We obtained 3 quotes for the drain & sump system and Weather-Tite was the best by far. The price was in the middle of the range, but they include the backup battery in their price, so the value is better. Since our house is one side of a duplex and the basement floods on both sides, it didn't make sense to only install the system on our side. If we had only done our side, it would have been $7,500, but since we did both sides, it was $5,200 (per basement).
Our neighbor agreed to do the installation, but was a little flakey about getting back to me and the owner, Bob, to schedule the work. Bob was patient and persistent in getting a response from them. Bob is friendly and knowledgeable - I called him a few times with some questions about the installation (permits, where to discharge the water, etc.) and he always got back to me with detailed explanations.
Once the work was scheduled, everything was a breeze. The crew showed up right on time and the job was completed in 3 days. Bob was on-site to check in with the crew and to make sure we were satisfied with the work. When they finished, they cleaned up after themselves and left the basement cleaner than they found it.
Our basement has been dry since the installation.

Initial estimate was fine but didnt feel it fully delt with the complexity of my job. The iwner reassesed upon my request which significantly changed scope and content of job. The job was done, well, on time, clean, thorough and threw in couple of extras to help out. Would definately use them again as need arises. Final result will be clesr after the next big rain storm but feel very secure about there work! Thank you!
