    I've had them for probably close to fifteen years. They have been my main provider for getting annual physicals or for anything else. They are covered by our insurance. That's kind of the main reason we use them. They are covered by our primary. We've been happy with the doctors and have been happy with the appointments. We've never had long waits. For the most part, we've done routine.

    My experience with her was good. I really like her a lot. She is very thorough. She is a great doctor. She listens to concerns and responds to them. I would definitely recommend her because I feel she is very professional, caring, and not neglectful on anything. She does not disregard anything that you are concerned about. I would use her again in the future if I still live in New York and I would recommend her to anybody that lives in New York.

    He is just the best! I have been seeing him for 30 years. He recommends the best doctors. Sometimes, you can wait for a while in his office because he takes his time with his patients and is very thorough so I don't mind.

    He is down to earth. I have been seeing him for maybe 8-9 years. I like him and would recommended him. I am comfortable with him and think he does a great job. The only thing that's difficult is that if he has an emergency, the wait can be long. He gives you the time you need though in every visit.

    I cannot more highly recommend Dr. Cernadas. I have been seeing her for years, and I typically go to her East Brunswick office. She has been my OB for the birth of my child, and she has been my Gyn, including a surgery I needed to remove a fairly large fibroid in my uterus. She has excellent bedside manners and always puts you at ease.

    The visit went well. It was my first visit, and I saw Dr. Sarika Sanghvi. She asked a lot of thorough questions, to get an understanding of my medical history. And any needed prescriptions would be sent directly to my pharmacy. They would call it in for me, and I would get a call from my pharmacy to come and pick it up. I found the office to be very professional and thorough and organized. The wait was not very long before I saw Dr. Sanghvi.

    She is very good. In addition to being knowledgeable, she is very caring and compassionate. She really listens to you. Her availability is fine. I am actually seeing somebody else, because I may need surgery and I think this other doctor may have more experience that way. He is older. That is the only reason why.

    He is ill informed about some medical care, about side effects including death, of at least one medication. His reaction to my complaint of leg pain was to suggest this medication. Later when I asked for a referral, he referred me to the wrong kind of orthopedic specialist.
    When I walked in the office to get a copy for myself of tests done by another doctor, which I had handed him and he kept, he asked that I not walk in the office without calling. His office is next to the only grocery store in the area where everyone shops.
    He has no one, no staff doing billing. He said they are too expensive. His front desk staff are nasty much of the time. I was asked for a payment of $60, $20 for this current copay, as she estimated, and $40 for the prior 2 appointments. I have Medicare and a separate Medigap plan. I have now learned that It takes them 3 months to inform me and the doctor what they will pay and to say what my copay may be if the doctor bills me.
    I asked Dr Sherrow's front desk staff why I had not been asked for the copay at prior visits. She said I had been, but I had refused to pay. This was not true.
    I asked to see some evidence that I owed $60. She printed out and gave to me the form my medigap insurance company had sent the doctor that listed a good number of the names of other patients with additional info, and my $20 for my first appointment. She said that was why I owed $60. I asked twice to see what Medicare had paid. She said twice that she didn't have time to find it.
    I paid, charged $60 by charge, for which they are not set up. Getting no receipt, I asked for a detailed receipt. I got a handwritten generic receipt. I had to sign a blank iPad.
    At home I had in my mail, the Medigap Insurance Company statement for two appointments. DR Sherrow had overcharged me.
    I called, left a message and asked to pick up the overcharge. I received a nasty message, and to come on Tuesday. I did and got angrily criticized for wanting my money, and was told twice I was free to go to another doctor. She showed me a hand written ledger where they supposedly listed overcharges, which she said would be returned at your next appointment. Apparently the doctor checks the insurance payments and puts a note, if a correction is needed, in a box for the staff and they write it in the ledger. I did not come back. Most patients are old. Do they all come back and get their refunds?

    My appointment went well,  but my big complaint with the office is that it's very hard to get appointments in a reasonable amount of time and when you have a question the staff never returns my call. I usually have to call 3 times to get an answer.  I think Dr.  Stroh is very good but because he is so busy he could use more staff.
