    I have used Comcast several times and they put the service in 6/26/17 and he informed me that he would have to put in a temporary cable but it has a weaker signal. They came back to replace the temporary cable with a thicker cable. I knew they didn't know what they were doing and I didn't have any signal. I went outside and they were gone and they came back four separate times and still could not fix the issue. I had buffering and weak Wi-Fi issues. They are providing a deficient service and are charging me full price and I am waiting on resolution from BBB.

    The experience and knowledge of the tv wiz helped to design a system to meet all my demands.The installation of the equipment was meticulous right down to hiding all the wires! The most important part was the time the technician spent with me and my Family after the installation to show us how all the features worked. I highly recommend TV Wiz to anyone thinking about an entertainment system.

    I have used Darren Weger's services before... quite a few times in fact! He is completely at ease with anything having to do with TVs and Home theater systems. He has installed three TVs for me. Not all at once but as I purchase them. He programs the remotes and sets them up to work with cable.
    My family room has a Home Theater system he installed. He provided everything for me ,from the sound bar, to the TV set, to the receiver, to the home theater system, to the remote.... and it was all done exceptionally well.
    He arrives prompts and works neatly and quickly. He will bring the wires through your basement so they don't show.
    The cost shown above is for the installation of the Sony TV he purchased for me as well as the receiver and the labor. He has also installed several Apple TVs and a snazzy new remote system.
    I love my fancy system. It is the nicest setup anyone has seen in my 55+ community.  But it is almost time to call Darren again. My receiver is only good for 4 devices. With the new devices made, and added, everyday I find I need more space.
    So I will call Darren, again, and replace the receiver unit I have for a bigger unit.
    Everything he has installed still works great! Everything he provides is top drawer!   respect this business and this owner very much.

    The installers arrived on time. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and  professional. After the job was done they cleaned up very well. I would definitely utilize the services of this company again and recommend them highly.

    'It was terrific.  He spent at least an hour on my computer and simultaneously talking to me on the phone (i recommend a head set for the call).  He works at lightening speed unchecking and deleting all of the junk that the manufacturer forced on you in and all the junk that comes with whatever you download.  Those free programs are not really free.    He then added some malware and virus protection software that runs unobtrusively. 
    The machine now boots up quicker, shuts down quicker and loads programs quicker.  I was just about to have to purchase a new antivirus subscription but he included one for free.  He buys bulk licenses and includes it in the package of services he provides.
    One last thing.  When i bought the package on Angie's List, i just didn't have the time to invest the hour with him.   Then i was traveling on business for a couple of weeks.  Chris would periodically touch base with me to see if i was available.  He called me yesterday and I said, let's do it.  I was quite anxious to get it done as my computer was so sluggish, but my time is tight.
    The point i am making is that  he had the money.  He could have ignored the situation until i woke up and contacted him but instead he periodically reminded me that he owed me an hour.  I was very appreciative of his not letting this purchase slip down the drain.

    The computer was working extremely slow so that it was a big problem even to set up remote access.

    Once it was set up - the cleaning for about 1-1.5 hours have been perfomed. The computer started to work better, but in couple of days the problems returned.

    I had to call once again and the cleaning procedure was continued ( without additional charge). Since then my computer works fine.

    Firstly, I received no confirmation from Angie's List so I do not have an order number. Secondly, before I placed the order which was mounting a TV and putting the wires in the wall. I live in a Co-op and am not allowed to break the walls. I do, however, have a TV mount cabinet which I asked the representative from Angie's List if I could trade out for the wiring for mounting the cabinet. She put me on hold to call the company to ask them (or so she said). When she returned she said yes. Three days later the company called me (the job already being paid for an on the interest clock) when I told him the situation he said that Angie's List never called him and he wouldn't do it. He would, however, come to see the job and re-evaluate the situation and then recompute a fee. I said that would be cost-prohibitive as the service would exceed the cost of the cabinet. I said no and he said goodbye.

    Geoffrey and his company's services were selected by a Chief Information Officer on behalf of a Sr. Corporate Executive. Geoffrey was initially screened amongst many other reputable computer service providers servicing the greater Greenwich, CT area. What stood out with Geoffrey was his responsiveness, and ability to attentively listen to the needs of the client. He is very gifted in helping educate Luddites on technology matters by providing meaningful recommendations that produce the best possible outcomes to their technology needs.
    Within this particular engagement Geoffrey made several planned trips to the executive's home working with his entire family on designing a stable network design, computer design, and introducing newer Prosumer technology the family was interested in incorporating into their active daily lives.
    Geoffrey did not simply recommend replacements to existing computer equipment, instead he went through elements of the existing design that were worth salvaging and upgraded them instead. He was able to make incremental changes to the existing equipment by upgrading memory, introducing solid state memory, upgrading and patching software, and incorporating new peripherals such as new monitors and printers. His knowledge equally spanned both Mac and PC based operating systems and devices.
    These simple, but prudent recommendations have made a night and day difference in the functioning of the computers in the home. The new wireless/wired network has allowed for a more seamless availability of printers and scanners to all the computers in the home. Geoffrey was also skilled in setting up necessary firewalls, end-point protection software, and most importantly, he effectively setup the parental controls on the computers to help filter unwanted content from accidentally being viewed by the children in the home.
    Once all the foundational technology needs of the residence were addressed. Geoffrey was hired to assist the family with incorporating GoPro video cameras into their active lifestyle. Geoffrey provided not just the installation and configuration assistance, but took the time to educate the family on how best to use the device and helped walk them through the accessories they would need to match their intended  use case.
    In summary, the family is very happy with Geoffrey's services and continues to utilize his services on a broad spectrum of technology matters.

    Contractor provided me with email receipt without any terms and conditions. Contractor was going to finish the rest of job couple of weeks later in which I decided not to get the job done. Contractor was courteous enough to agreeing to return deposit money but on second thought was insinuating of giving him consultation charges. I offered him to keep 50 dollars and return me 150 to which he said he lost 2 days worth of job (This job was not worth two days). On this I tried to have him install fans for which he quoted 150 each. I already had a quote of 80 dollars on fan installation so I declined and asked him to run electrical outlet. He agreed and kept giving me dates and times which he never made. After about 5-7 attempts I gave up and asked him to send me the deposit money. He said he will and after lot of following up he said he has sent the check. I assumed he sent check for 150 but it turns out it was only for 100. On inquiring why he sent only hundred, he gave me all the reasons to not send remaining money and asked me if I still think he owes me money. To this I said Yes, I gave him enough chances. Till date I must have sent him 100s of text messages asking for the balance and he keeps saying he will send it. I will not recommend this contractor to anyone.
