  • I sent a request for a quote last Wednesday and gave them the rooms that needs to be cleaned. Within minutes I got the price and was able to get it scheduled. I was scheduled at 2:30PM and Craig called and asked if he can do it earlier since he finished early on his other job. Craig was very professional and explained to me the process. He took his time to make sure that he covered all the spots and especially the spots with stains. He was able to get rid of the stains in our carpet and made it look almost brand new.

  • The rugs and carpet look outstounding. The technician came on time, explained the work, and completed the cleaning efficiently. We have 3 large and 3 smaller area rugs, 2 bedrooms of carpetting, and 1 staircase.

  • They were great, they were late, but the guy was squeezing me in so I knew that. They were very nice to work with, the carpet looks great. The thing is, they put too much water down in a couple of spots and it caused the rug to buckle, most of the buckles went down but a couple didn't so I had to have the carpet re stretched. I have done this myself, you have a difficult spot and you have a tendency to use too much water. I would use them again.

    He was a little late, but he did call me and let me know. I can't hold that against him because I know he is busy.

  • Everything went very well. Todd was on time, professional and friendly. Price was exactly what he quoted. I would definitely recommend him, and I will certainly use him again. My carpets look great.

  • They did a great job cleaning my Oriental rug. They were professional, wore shoe covers, and put a cloth on my hardwood floors so the hoses wouldn't scratch anything. They were able to get out all of the footprint stains that were all over the rug from a party we had. I also had a smaller rug about 8 x 5' which I asked them to clean as well for an additional $25. My only complaint would be that they did not call me early enough the day before to let me know what time they were coming. By 3:30pm, I ended up calling them to find out what time they were coming the next day. They told me they would be here at 8:30 AM. By 8:40am, no one had come yet, so I called the office. I was then told they would come between 830 to 9 AM. Other than the timing, they did an overall fantastic job.

  • He was able to get bleach stains out of my carpet. He also left me the supplies so that I can continue to maintenance the carpets on my own. His price was very reasonable and his work was fantastic. I would call them again in a second!

  • Two men showed up, John and Matt.  They called right before they got to my home to let me know they were on their way.  The job was done beautifully.  Because of the discounted price, I was told heavy furniture was not moved, but they moved most pieces anyway and removed some stains (rust and some other stains) left from the previous owners that I didn't think could be removed.  I was very pleased with their work, their attitudes and their friendliness.  I would definitely use them again!!!

  • After seeing the promo I contacted the company for a full quote and demonstration.  I was positively impressed by their process and their technicians, however I did not complete the order at that time.  After speaking with my wife, who was not home for the demo, I  repeatedly attempted to contact the company to initiate the order, calling the number on the business card left with me by the crew as well as many, many calls to the company as well as speaking with a young woman who answered the phone. Despite all of these attempts to order the service not one of my attempted contacts was responded to.  Ultimately I did not purchase the deal because it was clear they had no intention to provide the service, once they learned I was going to use the deal.  What if I had purchased it?  It is clear they still would not have provided the service.
    If the company responds in this manner I cannot imagine you're permitting them to again offer a deal though Angie's List.

  • When I made the appointment I explained about a water stain that was the primary focus of the cleaning.  Since I live in an adult community, I asked if driving directions were needed but I was assured that they had been in this community many times.

    I received a phone call the morning of the service to let me know the name of the man coming to clean the carpet and what time he'd be here.  Shortly after he was supposed to be here he called to ask for directions.  His GPS didn't work on my address.  He arrived about 30 minutes after that.

    As soon as he arrived I showed  him the stain.  He said that if I ADDED an additional service to my prepaid e-mail "deal" he could get the stain out.  I agreed to it reluctantly because I believed that the extra charge should have been mentioned when I called initially.

    The man cleaned the hallway.  There was an additional fee to put a stain prevention solution on the carpet.  Since I have two cats I agreed to the additional service.

    After he was done I noticed that the stain that was the primary reason to have the carpet cleaned was still visible.  I mentioned this to the man.  He didn't say anything.  I asked why I paid extra to have the stain removed and it was still there.  He just said that when the carpet dried and I went over the stain with a vacuum, it might not show as much.  Refunding the  charge for the service that DIDN'T work was not offered.

    The man cleaned up his equipment, thanked me for the opportunity to clean my carpet and left.  He was always pleasant and professional.  He told me the carpet would be dry in six to eight hours.

    After he was gone I went into the bathroom, where he used the tub faucet to fill one of his pieces of equipment, and nearly fell because the floor was covered with water.  I got that cleaned up and then found the kitchen floor covered with water. 

     The carpet was soggy-wet.  There is no way it would dry in six to eight hours.  I sopped up all the excess water from the carpet and then set six fans aimed on various parts of the hallway.  They have been running nine hours and the carpet is still wet.

    I'm not at all happy that this vendor was used in an e-mail promotion.  The "extra" services felt like a scam, especially since the stain remover didn't work and we'll see about the stain protector..
