    They said they could get the part on and it took a while before they found a replacement for the part. Rebecca Roy is the name of the service advisor, she told me that if you own a 10 year old card they no longer make replacement for the part even the cars they have for 10 years. They said I have to go to a Junk Yard to get a part. When I tried to call her regarding my card she told me that she has a personal problem. Finally I heard from her and said that they have found a replacement used part for my car however they need to bring my car to a different place with no guarantee that they can get the replacement part, they need to do some work on my car but I need to pay for it. They asked me to sign a letter stating that we are not responsible or liable for any of the work we do on the car. I told them to just put my part back in but my part and the new part disappeared. I cannot drive away on my car without signing the letter. I consulted my lawyer, and was advised to go back and get the car. They asked me to trade my car instead to other car they have. No! I will never get a car to them. I paid for the car then someone brought the car out with they key, I got my paperworks and I drive my car without signing the letter.

    I have a 10 year old card that is in mid condition. Kat is the service advisor, she told me that they will do point sytem and they need to check the car. They have the car for the whole week. She told me that her brother has the same car as mine. She drove my car for a week, and even said that she used to be a mechanic. The emblem on the driver seat was cut out. They said they will replace it with no additional cost and my car needs to be fixed on a different town. They said they can't find anyone to fix it. They messed up my car, didn't fix either. I asked for a copy of my point system on the car but she gave me somebody else's point sytem. They never do the sturt work, I paid for nothing but a headache and they had my car for a week. I will never ever go back to Tom's Ford again!

    They are excellent. They are very update, and when I go there they can take my car quickly. They get everything done in time. I bought my car from here, and have been going here for about 3 years now. The location is very nice, and the people are friendly. They have a very quick service, which is nice. They are also very good at communicating what needs to be done.

    The cost was $2100 but I didn't have to pay for it. I only paid $500. The work was excellent. The rest was covered by insurance. If they were cheaper, I would not have gone through my insurance. Their quality of work and punctuality stood out the most. They were on time and ahead of themselves. They were wonderful.

    They charged us for it but didn’t change it. We had to take another day off from work to go back. I went there recently and they did the same thing – they only put in a little diesel fluid. My wife was 100 miles from home and pregnant when the light came on and the car was close to ceasing to function. It was a disaster. I went back to them to complain, and they just gave me one container, which only filled the tank 1/4th of the way.

    I have had service done there and that too was tremendous. When we schedule with them they take us right away. Their waiting room is fun to wait. They have television and coffee. I have been buying cars for 45 years and this is the first time I am totally happy and 100 per cent with everything I did with them.

    Fred is always extremely efficient and polite. He provides you with a quick appointment and keeps your car for a the minimum amount of time needed for the job so you are ready to get back on the road. When you get his answering machine, he calls back within a couple of hours. In the several times I have used him for auto body work ( I previously had a side view mirror replaced and before that insurance claim work on another car) he always was priced fairly and did exceptional work. My car looks brand new.

    I was involved in a car accident where the other driver hit my car from behind and, in an effort to lessen the damage, side swiped my vehicle.  My vehicle, a Ford Escape, had damage to the left rear tail light, the left rear quarter panel, the rear driver door and the front door.  The damage basically consisted of a crease down the drivers side of my car.
    I was going to take my car to a different repair shop, but I saw Fred's Auto Body had stellar ratings.  I decided to give Fred a try and I am so glad that I did.  Believe me, all of the reviews are ABSOLUTELY well deserved.  Fred is attentive, polite, professional, and skilled.  He helps you to understand the whole process involving the insurance and car rental.  He makes sure that you are satisfied with the job done and he gets the job done in a very reasonable amount of time and guarantees his work!  My car looks new!  I am pleased and would definitely use his services again, though, I'm sure you can understand, I hope I do not need his services anytime soon!

    We bought the cars there they have the records on the vehicles the entire way across. In the past when they say it is due for an filter or this, that and the other or air filters or hoses or anything like that we fully trust them because I have all the service records going all the way back so I know that they wouldn't, and they know that they wouldn't be able to say that we needed a tire every time we go there. They are convenient to us. It is about half way between home and work so I can stop there on my way home and get it done. That's not what I did this time but that's what I have in the past. They have a nice waiting area.  I never go in with an appointment unless it is a major thing. If it is a major thing then it is fine. I am usually in and out quickly other times it takes longer. Its not that they are late or anything like that, if I go there and they are busy I will leave and come back. There have been occasions where it would take a lot longer than we thought because they have other stuff to do etc. and it is just going to be a long time but if it going to be long they will give you a courtesy car if it is going to be a day. Sometimes it is prearranged, other times they will come out and say it is going to be a long time and I say can I get a car and I get one. It has not been a problem to get a courtesy car.

    My wife got a flat. They gave her a window of when they would be coming and they showed up in that window. It was an hour wait. In fact it was at the gym. I couldn't tell you the name of the garage that was through AAA that AAA contacts and they send the car out and they do the tire repair but every time we have used them, which over 15 years we have we probably used them for tows or for flat tires or for other items maybe once a year and the response is always good. They give a time window and they show up in that time window and handle every thing perfectly well. To be members in AAA and give bad feed back, you are not going to be members anymore. It was professional, timely and the cost is annual so it is worth having for peace of mind. Especially with my wife and my daughter having the ability to call them and have them come and to tow them is a godsend.
