My timing was perfect. John came right over. Through careful analysis and meter readings he determined that a relay had failed. While he did not have the LG part, he popped a Whirlpool part in and soon enough the compressor was working. He put in a fair amount of time and it cost me less than $300 including the part. While i did have an Angies List coupon, i opted not to use it. Given the promptness of the arrival and the time and effort he put it, i felt the price was very fair and i didnt feel like a discount was called for. I get that may leave some folks scratching their heads but it made perfect sense to me.

I contacted this company because they were the only one in the area that had the anticipated replacement part in stock (after I did a little online research as to what likely was the cause of the oven failure) and were able to come the next day. Paul, the owner, gave me a three-hour appointment window for the next afternoon and called that morning to confirm the model number of my oven and that he did indeed have the part. Thirty minutes before they artived, Max called to say he was on his way and arrived at the early end of the original window.
Max and Denis removed the oven from the cabinet and tested all the wiring. They determined that the thermal fuse had indeed blown. They replaced the fuse and reinstalled the oven and tested it. It now works fine. They were very professional and expert and worked hard to manever the oven out of its cabinet in order to access the wiring. They gave my wife and I tips on how to prevent the failure from happening again.
i would definitely recommend Advanced Appliance Service for repair of major appliances.

I thought I would need  a new dishwasher but it turned out to be a minor hose repair.  He was so honest that he could have told me I needed to replace it, or move it out from the granite countertop but he was concerned that it would create a problem.  He fixed the problem and could have over charged me but was completely honest and showed me what he did. Great guy, great company.

The worst customer service I can think of. I setup up an appointment and stayed home so that i can be available for them. This guy calls me and basically refused to come and even see what is wrong with the appliance. The answer that i received from the gentlemen is that I should just call GE.

It went well. The repairman determined that a hose became unattached, causing water to leak on the floor. He re-attached the hose and checked all parts to see if there were any other issues. Fortunately, there were no other issues and the machine has been working fine ever since.

The repairman was on time, very professional and efficient.

Excellent vendor! Our LG box stopped cooling. All food was lost. We called Ron Wednesday evening when we came home from work and discovered the refrigerator had stopped cooling. He set up appointment for 10am next morning Ron arrived on time and went to work. He tested the relay and found it to be burned out. He replaced it and 20 minutes later the fridge was working again.

Would use again. Ron's the real deal :)

I was very unhappy with my initial contact with company and was not going to recommend them, but my contact with Mike the repairman was very satisfactory. I initially used their website 'schedule service' feature - but no one got back to me. So a couple of days later, I called. I spoke to a woman in the office, explained what the issue with the cooktop was,  offered to give the oven model #, was told it wasn't needed - that they had many parts in the truck, and scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday afternoon. I went home from work early and waited and no one showed up. When I called at the end of the three hour window, the same woman said that my appointment was scheduled for the next day. Because of work/school commitments, I had been very specific about needing a Tuesday appointment, so I know the problem was on Apex's end. She apologized and when she asked how I heard about Apex, I mentioned Angie's List. She then said to tell the tech and he would take $25 off service call for inconvenience (except Apex always offers $25 off for Angie's members).
She rescheduled for Saturday morning between 8-11. On Saturday at 7:15, I got a call saying tech would be there in 15. When I mentioned I was told 8-11, the caller said, no, Saturday appointments start at 7:30. The tech (Mike) was there at 7:30. Opened the stove top, said he had to order parts. When I told him I was an Angies list member, and explained about the missed appointment, etc, he said there would be no service charge. He also showed me how to open the cooktop and replace the element myself. He said it would save me the service call and part markup. I appreciate Mike's honesty and his advice on how to do the repair to save me a lot of money. Despite the issues with the office, I would recommend Apex again if Mike is any indication of the caliber of the people they send out to their customers. Mike also gave me his cell number in case I had questions about the appliance repair.

It was a Saturday so I was a little skeptical I would be able to get someone out to look at the dryer- but they work on weekends.
Any way the dryer drum was turning but there was a clunking noise and it wasn't running properly. The arrival time was between
1 pm and 4pm. I was a little disappointed about the times- Mike the appliance guy showed up at around 3:45. Anyway I showed
him where the dryer was he started to take it apart and check everything and turns out it needed to be cleaned. This was awesome
news for me since I had clothes already washed in the washer. It is really hard to trust people sometimes but I have no reserves
recommending Mike from Immediate Appliances Services.

I had trouble with my LG dryer. It would take 3 hours to dry one load of wash. The repair man Mike came to my house and asked me questions about the dryer. I told them that I had the dryer vent cleaned a week ago. He was determined to find out what the problem was. It just so happened that we had a new roof put on last November and when they came around the dryer vent on the roof, they put a dense screen up where it captured all my dryer lint and was clogging the vent.  Mike went into our attic where the dryer vent extended out to the roof and fixed the problem. Thanks Apex for a speedy and reliable service. I would recommend you to anyone I know that needs your service
