  • I cannot more highly recommend Dr. Cernadas. I have been seeing her for years, and I typically go to her East Brunswick office. She has been my OB for the birth of my child, and she has been my Gyn, including a surgery I needed to remove a fairly large fibroid in my uterus. She has excellent bedside manners and always puts you at ease.

  • The visit went well. It was my first visit, and I saw Dr. Sarika Sanghvi. She asked a lot of thorough questions, to get an understanding of my medical history. And any needed prescriptions would be sent directly to my pharmacy. They would call it in for me, and I would get a call from my pharmacy to come and pick it up. I found the office to be very professional and thorough and organized. The wait was not very long before I saw Dr. Sanghvi.

  • He comes across as very caring.
He is ill informed about some medical care, about side effects including death, of at least one medication. His reaction to my complaint of leg pain was to suggest this medication. Later when I asked for a referral, he referred me to the wrong kind of orthopedic specialist.
When I walked in the office to get a copy for myself of tests done by another doctor, which I had handed him and he kept, he asked that I not walk in the office without calling. His office is next to the only grocery store in the area where everyone shops.
He has no one, no staff doing billing. He said they are too expensive. His front desk staff are nasty much of the time. I was asked for a payment of $60, $20 for this current copay, as she estimated, and $40 for the prior 2 appointments. I have Medicare and a separate Medigap plan. I have now learned that It takes them 3 months to inform me and the doctor what they will pay and to say what my copay may be if the doctor bills me.
I asked Dr Sherrow's front desk staff why I had not been asked for the copay at prior visits. She said I had been, but I had refused to pay. This was not true.
I asked to see some evidence that I owed $60. She printed out and gave to me the form my medigap insurance company had sent the doctor that listed a good number of the names of other patients with additional info, and my $20 for my first appointment. She said that was why I owed $60. I asked twice to see what Medicare had paid. She said twice that she didn't have time to find it.
I paid, charged $60 by charge, for which they are not set up. Getting no receipt, I asked for a detailed receipt. I got a handwritten generic receipt. I had to sign a blank iPad.
At home I had in my mail, the Medigap Insurance Company statement for two appointments. DR Sherrow had overcharged me.
I called, left a message and asked to pick up the overcharge. I received a nasty message, and to come on Tuesday. I did and got angrily criticized for wanting my money, and was told twice I was free to go to another doctor. She showed me a hand written ledger where they supposedly listed overcharges, which she said would be returned at your next appointment. Apparently the doctor checks the insurance payments and puts a note, if a correction is needed, in a box for the staff and they write it in the ledger. I did not come back. Most patients are old. Do they all come back and get their refunds?

  • My appointment went well,  but my big complaint with the office is that it's very hard to get appointments in a reasonable amount of time and when you have a question the staff never returns my call. I usually have to call 3 times to get an answer.  I think Dr.  Stroh is very good but because he is so busy he could use more staff.

  • He is knowledgeable and caring. The office leaves a little bit to be desired but that is really not important. The staff is extremely friendly and very nice. Punctuality with doctors is always an issue but he tries.

  • MY concern is with the office staff. I previously had an HMO Medicare Advantage plan where I paid monthly; I walked in the door; They handled all medical needs. At the Princeton M0nroe office, Front office staff and phone calls were difficult. They were unfriendly, unhelpful, unwilling to answer questions. Return phone calls were promised, but I was not called, Other staff who overheard these front office verbal exchanges had to step in to accept my payment, to say yes they could help, etc.

  • This occurred about 2 years ago;however, I have been for follow-up visits and everything remains the same. I agree with all of the previous reviewers comments, but would like to give specific mention to the provider that treated me. His name is John (I believe) Coppola. John was knowledgable, patient-oriented and genuinely concerned about my needs.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him without qualifications.

  • This was the first time Dr. Goldberg saved my life. The second time was when he diagnosed a ruptured appendix -- after resident doctors in Princeton ER let me lie there for hours. It was only by chance that one of my kids spotted Dr. Goldberg and asked him to take a look at me.

  • The whole practice is very good. It is one side in and someone in and if I have a problem someone in the office will see me. I have seen other physicians in this practice as well. They are really good.

  • I had to go to the local hospital's ER for difficulty breathing due to seasonal allergy. Needed follow up and had no local doctor so chose Dr Pachence because of her top notch education credentials, experience and hospital associations. I have not been ill since and so can't claim extensive experience with her, but I can say that I was extremely impressed with my visit. Dr Pachence spent a great deal of time (over an hour!) with me, taking a very thorough history and giving a very thorough analysis. We discussed ALL of my health issues, from sleep to diet and nutrition, not just my allergy problem. She order appropriate tests but did not seem to be pushing anything that was unnecessary. I found her to also be quite friendly, but without wasting my time. In all, I feel that I have found a first class doctor and have no hesitation recommending her.
