AAlfa Home ImprovementOverall I was pleased with the work. I needed a studio painted. I also needed for the hardwood floor that was badly stained to be refinished and polished. I also needed blinds in very long windows installed. All of these were done extreme well. In addition, I needed for one large room to be divided so that clients could have a private dressing area. AAlan HolsteinAlan is an exceptional handyman. He takes time before the actual project to discuss the concept, the structure, and the function of what is to be built or repaired. We compiled a list together by phone and via email during my move to a new apartment, and he remained flexible and patient over the course of the month, as my timeline fluctuated because of extenuating circumstances. Once Alan arrived, he got to work. He came prepared and was thoughtful, efficient, and professional. AI thank my lucky stars every time it rains that I found Joe Percario General Contractors. I was a fairly new homeowner with limited knowledge about construction and craftsmanship when my cement slab cracked and flooded the basement. I don't know what I would have done without the levelheaded, fair and informatively honest Dominic Percario. AThis is our second time using Carl Wise and crew. The Job went great ! Carl and his team showed up promptly . Replaced old vinyl siding with new Boral siding . We added a tricky element with some copper detail. The crew were pleasant just to be around, great atmosphere everyone working in concert . Shouts of numbers going back and forth of lengths to be cut. Nice comradery, just pleasant working atmosphere which happens when things are done right . We will continue to call on Carl.
