  • Service provided by Sam, the owner, was very prompt and professional. He was able to make the repair by creatively improvising a fix using part of the broken dial and a few materials which he provided. This avoided a much more costly total replacement. His price was extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again. Highly recommended.

  • I called Steve for the first time in October of 2015. It was a Sunday and I didn't expect a callback until the next day. Steve not only called back but he came out that day and had the dryer fixed in less than half an hour. Had a different
     problem with the dryer in December 2015, and he was just as prompt and efficient as the first time. He had the dryer up and running again in less than half an hour.

  • We started this process towards the end of October.  We were told it was the control board and they had to order the part, which would take about 5 days.  When they came back the technician said they had ordered the wrong part and had to reorder.  They finally completed the repair last week.  I believe that they should have put a "rush" order on the order for the second part since they made the error but they obviously did not.   The service person was nice, professional and clean.  I would probably use them again since it was hard to find a repair service for Bosch.

  • I called on July 2nd and was told there were appointments available on July 3rd, so I schedule an appointment in the 8:00 AM to noon window.  When they hadn't arrived by noon, I called Sears.   I was told that my appointment was for July 6th.  I would not have scheduled it for that day because I was not going to be home.  I was told that they would try to get a technician out today and I would get a call back in an hour.  After waiting 2 hours, I called back and was told that there were no opening for today. So I cancelled.  They kept trying to get me to keep the July 6th appointment or reschedule.  I refused and had to get very stern in the end to get the appointment cancelled.  
    I will not use them again. They are a bunch of dummies who can't even schedule an appointment properly, so how can I trust them to repair my dishwasher.

  • It was a pleasure doing business with Steve. He responded quickly to our inquiry, arrived when promised, was very pleasant and professional. He had to order a new icemaker as well as parts for the microwave, but it wasn't long before he had the parts and completed the repairs. Thanks to the great job he did, our 15 year old refrigerator and microwave are good as new. We wouldn't hesitate to call Steve again if the need arises.

  • Michael Campesi, owner of M.C. Appliance, has been out to my place before. He does washers, dryers, dishwashers, stove, refrigerator....but this time he took the washing machine apart and showed me that the main bearing was shot. I know and trust him because he has kept some of my aging appliances (including this washing machine) running way beyond their natural life - so when he says I need to buy a new washer, I know he isn't kidding. He only charged me $40 for the house call.

  • I described the problem with the dishwasher - could be electrical, could be plumbing, could be both or neither, plus a little carpentry once the dishwasher was working - and they sent Greg, someone who can "think outside the box" which is clearly what was needed in this case.  The dishwasher is working, I also have a new ceiling fan, replaced an aged-out smoke alarm, installed a new dishwasher, and got a new light fixture over the kitchen sink.  All in a day's work.

  • We had a malfunction in our GE gas oven, it was leaking carbon monoxide ( tested by the gas company technician). We called GE and made an appointment, we had to wait a week for it. The day of the appointment GE called to cancel the appointment as they don't have a CO meter! and they need to order it and ship it from Georgia to New Jersey, and it would take another week. This would be after Christmas, meaning our Christmas day celebration was ruined. We called around and no one even wanted to consider looking at the oven when we told them what the problem was. When I talked to Ron, he said he would contact Dan in the area to see if he can help. Dan came the next day, on a Saturday morning, took a look and found the problem with the igniter. Went to his truck, got a genuine GE part and replaced it and voila! We don't have to cancel our Christmas dinner after all, thanks to them! Thank you Ron and Dan, you saved the day.

  • I called three companies and AA was the only one to return my call promptly. They stated that charges for the service call cannot be credited toward labor if work was done due to Better Business Bureau regulations. I scheduled to have work done the following Monday morning. The technician was prompt and knew exactly was was wrong and how to fix it. There were two broken components in my fridge so I chose to purchase a new one instead of repairing it. I would choose them again.
