    Quality Auto Repair
    Incompetent,corrupt, and charge twice as much as they should. I took my truck to them on two different occasions and not only were the repairs not done properly, but they screwed something else up to keep me coming back every other month for expensive repeated repairs.I tried repeatedly to get them to make good on their botched jobs but they refused and wanted to charge me for additional diagnostics. I will be reporting them to AAA and Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY!

    The people in the service department were not always nice, because I often had to wait while my car was serviced. I currently drive a 2018 chevy equinox, but I get it serviced in Turnersville. I didn't go to Elkins when I was looking to buy another chevy because of the people who work there are not always nice.

    I was there last year.  I have to go in in a couple of weeks.  I had no issues with them other than they didn't have a part in stock.  Down here they don't seem to have the customer service like they do in Jersey.

    We had previously been told that we needed a new timing belt chamber, and went in telling them that we needed one. We also explained that the bolt was now broken on there and needed replacing as well, and that our tire seemed to have a leak. They were not great in their pricing, they went above and beyond for us, and were extremely honest. Whoever had been adjusting the timing belt previously, was not doing it right. So they adjusted the belt for free, and replaced the bolt. They easily could have taken us for a lot more money, and it is refreshing to know there are honest people in this world. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

    Everything worked out well.  Response time was quick and efficient.  Technician arrived at our house on time.  Performed services as described and was friendly to my wife.  We would use them again.

    Overall I was very disappointed. I had my van in the prior day for brakes and an oil change and spent approximately $400. That was the first time I had gone to this garage as they were recommended by a friend.
    I was called mid-day when my car was in their shop and they told me my and quot;radiator was shot and would need to be replaced for approx $350 since it was cracked on the seal on the top of the radiatorand quot;. I was surprised to hear that since I had a new radiator installed less than 2 months earlier. I told them not to do anything with the radiator since I had a full warranty on the radiator from the radiator shop where I had it installed and I would pick up the car after work. In the meantime I called the radiator shop that had installed the radiator and they told me to bring the car in and if the radiator was bad they would replace it free under warranty.
    I picked up the car with my wife and we drove it to the radiator repair shop for them to address the problem. The next day I received a call from the radiator repair shop that they had tested the radiator and it was able to hold full pressure. Also when I had dropped the car off the radiator cap was not on the radiator and the radiator was practically empty. They could see that the radiator had sprayed coolant all over under the hood. He was surprised that the car had not overheated on the way to his shop. I can tell you the car was not dropped off to Add and Frank's in this condition. The radiator shop did not have to replace the radiator and they refilled all of the coolant free of charge.
    The reason I waited this long to write my review is because I can say that I have driven this car in the summer heat for 2 1/2 months and the radiator has not lost any coolant. I don't know what the full story is here but it seems to me someone was trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Did my van really need brakes and rotors the day before?

    First Choice Collision Center Inc
    I had done research and found that First Choice Collision
    Center Inc did this work. I called for
    an estimate and I was informed that they do not. When n I said that spray in bed liners are
    listed in their ad did she put me on hold and when returning she stated that
    they do in fact do this work and I need to come in for an estimate.
    I came in that day, a Wednesday, near COB. Nick came out and looked at the truck to give
    me an estimate. I had some questions
    about the product they used and he did seem knowledgeable. I was told I would have the estimate via
    email by Thursday. Friday afternoon I
    sent an email to Nick with some follow-up questions, I did not receive the
    estimate yet. After about 4 phone calls
    over the next 3 weeks I received the estimate and the year of the truck was
    wrong and I was going to remove and install the cover, as I told Nick when I
    saw him, but this work was quoted on the estimate. I sent a reply email asking for a new
    estimate with those updates. I also
    explained that I travel a lot but I had a 3 day window in 2 weeks that if he
    could fit me in that would work for me.
    I never heard back, from him. I
    do not know the quality of workmanship because in my case the front office
    could not get an estimate correct and return it in a timely manner. The total cost of the job was to be roughly

My first experience with him was no pressure and he made sure that I got everything and more that I was entitled too. Jeff is far and above the best car salesman that I have ever done business with and Elkins is lucky to have him on thier team.
