  • They are really good. The owner is really special, and he devotes personal care and attention to everything. I haven't had to do anything urgent with them, so I don't know how their responsiveness is, but I think they would still be good. Whenever I go and talk to him, he is always great to sit down and talk to. Their prices are very fair. I would rate them highly.

  • The exterior wash went okay. It didn't entirely rinse off the soap though so i ended up with some streaks. The car is black so i know it's more noticeable than with other colors. It wasn't great but not horrible. Then they worked on the interior. I specifically asked for extra vacuuming. I have a dog. There were 4 of them working on the car at the same time. I watched as they vacuumed the front seats and floors. Even took out the floor mats and rinsed them off. But i did not see the the two guys working the back seats even use the vacuum. They worked for no more than 5 min. Then they called me over and indicated they were finished. I got in the car and looked in the back seat. It did not look like it was touched at all with a vacuum. I don't expect every single hair to get picked up, but it really didn't look any different than when i brought it in, later inspection even showed there was still sand on the floor mats. Sand is EASILY picked up with a vacuum. I immediately asked if they had vacuumed the back and i got a quick "yes", and then sighs of annoyance. I rarely question work done, or send food back, etc. But this was so disappointing i had to ask. And the response i got was terrible. I just left. I hate confronting people. I'll just warn others what to expect here.

  • He is great. My car is a Volvo and he did not really have the technical equipment to evaluate it, so he made a referral to another mechanic that does have it. It was a really good referral and they were able to fix it. I trust him and just drive my car there and tell him to do what he has to do and he does it.

  • We are not so happy with them. We spent way too much the last time we used them, it was well over $300 for a tire that needed to be replaced anyway. A repair should never have been done and should have been replaced the first time when we took it to a tire specialist. They gave us an accurate estimation, but did not do what they were supposed to do which was to replace the tire and also because they over charged for a repair.

  • The dealership charges about $300 for the same service Lee Myles performs for $100. Jim and his guys are no nonsense and they tell you how it is. They keep my car going without trying to con me into all sorts of unnecessary, overpriced services.

  • We have leased several Volvos from this dealership in the past. This last experience was most unsatisfactory. We had problems with the car we were leasing that were left unresolved and we were dramatically overcharged for services.

  • Bob is honest, reliable, and an accurate technician. He always figures out the problem and gives good recommendations about what to do with it. His shop is clean and he is easy to work with. He is very responsive to your needs. The problem is usually solved within a few days. His prices are very reasonable. I've never been disappointed.
