DI booked Exceptional because of the excellent review they received moving the baby grand. I had two moves in one. I needed a piano moved from home to home and my own personal move from condo to condo. I explained I had a 2 bedroom condo with furniture and a LOT of boxes and that my move was from a condo with 1 flight of stairs to 2 flights of stairs. I was given a wonderful estimate of $1345. The truck showed up with 3 men and a 20ft uhaul truck. They arrived at approximately 11am, had to make 2 trips, and the move ended at 1:30 in the morning!! The final cost was $2440. After negotiating, I got him down to 2200. I eventually decided this was a strategy to get lots more money when people are vulnerable. Be warned.

FNothing good to say. Horrible service, horrible communication, damaged my stuff and took forever. During a pandemic, Patriot arrived with two movers and two guys they literally found on the street and paid to help for the day. Their packing was poor and several of our things were broken. Took 46 days to deliver our stuff and their communication was horrible (“truck should be going out this week, tomorrow” etc only it never did) while we were waiting endlessly with no furniture. When they arrived with our stuff at our new home, there was ONE mover from the company and he had hired three guys off Craigslist to help him. Ended up with gouges in our floor and out of our drywall. If I wanted a bunch people off Craigslist to move my stuff, I would have rented a U-Haul and saved myself $10k. We were sent to a separate company to file a claim and 6 months later we are still waiting. Worst experience with a moving company ever.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

AI hired Moving APT solely because of their reputation in the market. They were fabulous as expected. It was so easy getting a quote from Mark. The movers arrived early on the moving day and packed everything in no time. They were so fast while loading the van as well. The crew was in absolute harmony and their system seemed almost rehearsed. They delivered all my valuables on time and in good condition. I had to do nothing and I was so happy about that.
