  Flood insurance was an unexpected hurdle in the settlement on my home. Explained to Mark that I needed the elevation survey quickly so that I would not loose my locked in %rate. He scheduled me within a few days. The appointment was at 8:30 am and Joe was there on the dot. He got the inside work finished first so I could get to work on time. I received the completed certificate on line 3 days!!

  Needed a survey done to submit with a construction permit application on a shore house. I called these guys on a Monday, they came out Thursday,  and I had a PDF of the survey in my inbox on Friday. Very professional, very easy to deal with. I didn't have to be at the property and was able to coordinate everything from home. They weren't the cheapest quote I got, but they weren't much more and their speed and professionalism made it well worth it.

  We needed a survey done for an addition to our house so we called Conover Jackson surveyors.  The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and took my information. She said I would receive a call back for scheduling asap. I received a call the next day and we were set for our survey approximately a week later. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so our survey had to be moved back a bit. Conover Jackson kept us in the loop the whole time and rescheduled with us. The survey was successfully completed as promised and we received multiple printed copies of the survey in the mail just two days later. We were impressed with the quality and detail of the survey . We had a survey done about 15 years ago from another surveyor and it didn't come anywhere near as detailed as Conover Jacksons survey. Our architect has since reviewed the survey and has also commented on the quality and detail of the work. He even ask for contact info so that he can recommend Conover Jackson Surveyors to other clients. The price of the survey was on the middle- higher side of others but well worth the peace of mind knowing it was done professionally and accurately. Thank you Conover Jackson for making this phase of our addition easy and painless.
