  • I go to them. They say they will get the work done in a certain amount of time and they do. There is something that keeps popping up on my dashboard. They could make that go away. When it pops up there is nothing wrong, but I have to keep taking it back to make sure it is okay.

  • My engine seized up, and so I  brought in vehicle for service. They said it would be cheaper to replace the engine than repair it, so they searched the salvage yards, found one, and gave me a price. The price they gave me I was told, "included tax". I said go ahead and do the work. I also asked for the clutch and AC compressor to be repaired/replaced. I was given price for everything which again, "included tax". When I picked up the car, sales tax was added to the price I was given (unfortunately all quotes were verbal, and I trusted someone I shouldn't have). Furthermore, I received no type of mileage certification from the salvage yard, or car fax report, or serial # of the new engine, which now makes me wonder if it was ever replaced at all, or if they repaired my old one and charged me for a new one. Also, one of the mounting bolts was left off, and after a few months of excessive vibration I brought the car somewhere else to have it repaired. The engine came with a 12 mo or 12,000 mile warranty, yet at the time the engine was installed they charged me to replace the timing belt. Shouldn't that be covered under the engine warranty? Unfortunately I was so freaked out about the entire situation at the time that I did not question any of this til much later, but I would not trust this garage any farther than I could throw it!

  • First Choice is a great company to work with. They are very professional, they keep you in the loop regarding what is going on with your car and the timeframe which it should be complete. The finished product is great. Great place to deal with.

  • I made an appointment on Wednesday and got scheduled for Sat 9am. They started on my car as soon as I got there. They checked it over and asked if I was having any problems, but no hard sell. Was finished quickly and price was as advertised and fair. I've been going to Kresson Auto for years now and have never had anything but good experiences there.

  • They are wonderful. We've dealt with them for about 30 years. They always treated us like we're family. They've been very good to us. They've rescued us many times when the cars are broken down. They've always been honest and reliable. Prices are good. I've never had a complaint about them. I've recommended them to lots of people.

  • They are great. In fact, my car is back over there again. When it was in there the first time the service was excellent. I must say they pick you up, and drop you off to be curtseying door to door service. However, they cannot find anything wrong. Whenever they get it, it will turn over but they do not drive it like I do. They are outstanding. They did not charge me anything for the labor.

  • Imagine Audio recently installed a backup camera on my car.  The process went smoothly from start to finish.  There was no pressure, no hard-sell and they were friendly and professional throughout.
Not only did they do a great job on the installation they even matched the price of the camera to that of another authorized Alpine dealer.  Imagine Audio is a Flagship Alpine dealer and as such was able to double the manufacturer's warranty from 1year to 2.
While I was there I also had them hard-wire my GPS so that the cord wouldn't drag across my dashboard.  They did a wonderful job and it looks great.
I plan on going back soon for some speakers and have every reason to believe that they'll do just as well, especially if they continue their willingness to match the prices of other authorized dealers.
    Very highly recommended.

  • It'd been almost 10 years since the last time I purchased a car. When the time came to purchase a new one I did my homework and decided to buy a new 2013 Toyota Camry LE. Like most people, I was excited about the prospect of owning a new car but wasn't looking forward to the process of actually buying it.
I utilized a service called TrueCar which got me quotes for a number of local dealers, including Holman Toyota. Holman had the 2nd best price for the car I wanted with the best price being at a dealer about 90 minutes away. Holman was not willing to match the other dealer's price but they were willing to split the difference with me, which I felt was fair.
The overall process took about 4 hours but that was as much my fault as theirs. I spent a lot of time reviewing the paperwork and crunching (and re-crunching) the numbers. They, in turn, took a bit longer to prepare the car and complete the transaction than I would have liked. In all fairness, though, they did have to get the car ready at a moment's notice (the one I wanted had arrived at the dealership only a few hours before I arrived to make the deal.)
I dealt with Salesperson Joe Morin and New Car Manager James Ellis, both of whom were professional, courteous, fair, patient and just plain NICE to deal with. Not at all what you might expect given the horror stories we've all heard about car dealers.
I ended up getting a terrific car for a very good price (considerably less than what other finalized sales were in the area for the same car, which I found out through Consumer Reports.) My price of $21,171 included a $500 manufacturer's rebate, a $100 AAA discount and 0% financing for 60 months. Perhaps my only complaint was the amount they gave me on my trade-in, which I felt was a bit low even considering the miles and condition of my car but worth accepting in order to avoid the hassle of having to sell it myself.
Part of the TrueCar program is accepting a car that is already in the dealer's inventory. If they have to go elsewhere to secure it then there's an additional charge. Even then Holman came through. They didn't have the color I wanted when I first approached them but they had one that was en route and reserved it for me without asking for anything in return like a deposit or even a promise to buy.
The buying experience at Holman was superlative and I only hope that my dealings with their service department will be the same.
    Highly recommended.

  • On Friday am, My Jeep would not stay started. I called Mike: It was the first time I ever contacted him. He told me different options what it may be. I had Jeep towed to Mike's shop. He was short help but still took time to check and fix my Jeep. I had it by 3:30 pm that day!

  • Our usual mechanic told us that our vehicle needed transmission work, but Mike advised us that the problem was a simple issue and not the transmission, which potentially saved us thousands of dollars. We have a friend who has been going to Mike's (Harry's) for 15 years and has been highly recommending them to us; they advised us that Mike is very honest and knowledgeable. We agree.
Mike took the time to explain everything in layman's terms. Since our vehicle needed an oil and transmission fluid change, we had the work done there. Also, our newly replaced brakes were squealing very loudly and Mike advised that the brakes had not been cleaned or lubricated when they were replaced. The prior mechanic had merely stated that we needed transmission work and ignored the brake issue. Rather than go back and perhaps have the work again done improperly, we had Mike's shop do the job. The brakes no longer squeal.
The job was completed in less than 24 hours. We will be using Mike's shop from now on; we much prefer their shop because they have friendly, honest and knowledgeable mechanics.
