  I have used Prown's previously, with good results. This time we first went to the showroom and looked at a sample of the doors that we wanted, and got a rough price estimate with a detailed description of the features. We scheduled a measurement visit for a few days later; the sales agent arrived on time and checked the measurements of the old doors, which turned out to be slightly non-standard. He consulted with the installer by phone and they determined the size we would need, and he gave us a detailed quote; we gave a deposit. Some days later the installer visited to double-check the sizing. We expected to wait a few weeks for the doors to be ordered and delivered; we got an install date that was about 6 weeks after the initial measurements. The installers arrived on time and installed both doors, and removed the old units for disposal. The job was well finished, and everything was left neat; they made sure we understood all of the door locks etc. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and easy to deal with.

  They arrived when they said they would. It was a very cold day, but they were able to remove and install both items in less than 3 hours. Both gentlemen were professional and pleasant to deal with. They seemed to really appreciate our business. They took the old window and door away and did an above average, but not perfect job of cleaning up. A small amount of debris was left outside, but given the cold, I still give them a grade of A. We had been looking at replacing these for several years and when the deal came out on Angies List, we said no way we could pass it up. So glad we did it. The inside temps are already 6 degrees warmer than they usually are. A very good price and very good service. Hopefully the door and window will last a long time. They look to be well constructed and should probably outlast us.

  Phil was very responsive from my initial call and promptly visited the job site to review and discuss the work being requested.  Phil has a calm and easy-going demeanor, but his experience and confidence quickly became apparent during our discussion.  As we discussed the work, I liked that he explained some of the details of the work, such as the impact to the house siding from raising the Bilco door and sloping the patio away from the house for proper water run-off.  He freely offered his professional opinion when asked.  I felt that he really listened to my concerns and was focused on giving me what I wanted and resolving the drainage issue in my backyard, which was one of my biggest concerns.  Shortly thereafter, Phil provided a detailed, itemized quote via email in a timely manner, which I appreciated.   Phil was always easily accessible via email and cell phone.  The quote was reasonable and I did not feel "nickel and dimed" by him.
  After accepting the quote, Phil promptly scheduled the work.  His services are in demand so the work did not start until 6 weeks or so later.  However, once the work started, Phil's crew was dedicated to the job and reliably showed up on time everyday until the work was completed.  The work performed included (1) installing a 14' x 26' paver patio using Techo-Bloc pavers in a random pattern with a 5" dirtystone base and a steel retention edge, (2) installation of backdoor steps using bluestone treads and adjusting the height of the risers, (3) installation of quality aluminum handrails, (4) build up the foundation of the Bilco door with concrete block to raise it 6" to prevent water entering basement, and (5) installation of a custom fabricated, welded steel frame door with keyed door handle and dead bolt.
  Phil's crew was competent and responsible for doing most of the work, but Phil checked up on the work and progress on a daily basis.  He assisted his crew occasionally and performed some of the work himself.  His crew was professional and courteous and they took their time to make sure that they did the job right.  At the end of each day, Phil's crew cleaned up the work area.  I liked that Phil and his crew worked well together with no drama or surprises on the job.  Phil also took care of repairing my brick porch steps at no charge.  In the end, I was very satisfied with the workmanship and my backyard patio area looks great!

  The work done by Triumph was phenomenal.  We couldn't be more pleased!!!  We love our new deck and glider door, and look forward to now making better use of our back yard!
  Jim and his crew were very professional, prompt, and hard working.  They were very thorough, meticulous, and paid close attention to detail throughout the entire process.  We made our decision to hire Triumph based on some of the ideas and building advice Jim provided during a discussion concerning estimates for the work.  It was easy to see even at that stage that Jim takes great pride in his work and pays very close attention to the homeowner's ideas/needs.  
  Once we were on schedule and lined up to begin work, Jim and his crew arrived and put in a great effort to get the work done within the timeframe promised.  They showed up early in the morning and put in a solid day's work each day they were here.  I was quite impressed with their work ethic.  
  We had a few changes in scope along the way, which Jim took in stride and was able to accommodate.  He also offered some great ideas of his own with regard to suggesting some design aspects we hadn't quite thought of- which both made the process go more smoothly and turned out great results.  We never felt any pressure when he made these suggestions, which were inspired during the course of the work and stemmed from Jim's innate sense of trying to do a great job for the homeowner.  
  We had a few issues (no fault of Triumph's) with some of the building materials received.  Jim and his wife (who operate the business together) were able to take care of the issues promptly so they had minimal impact on the work in terms of results and schedule.    
  Jim and his crew were also very respectful of our home and took great care to minimize any mess that might result both inside and out.  For example, I was quite surprised to see that even after opening up an exterior wall-and all the way through to the point of finishing it off- there was a minimal amount of dust generated which needed to be cleaned-literally within feet of the wall worked on.  The same level of care was taken outside, where larger pieces of scrap materials were cleaned up and put aside to allow for use of our yard during the building process.  Once the work was completed, the crew again looked over our yard to make sure all items were picked up and discarded as need be.  
  I would use Triumph's services again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.  They are professional, customer-focused, are very pleasant to deal with, and exhibit a dedication to doing the job right that is hard to come by these days.

  They were very prompt and thorough. They explained everything they were going to do. They even repaired one of the windows that was upstairs that had rotted through because it was exposed. Then they installed all of the windows. They did a good job. They have been in business for years. They were reliable and I wanted to go with them because of their reputation. I think they did a good job all the way around. Whenever I had any questions, the owner would answer anything I asked about. They get personally involved with their work. They told me exactly how much time it would take and he was very accurate. They had a foreman on the job and he was checking out everything that had to be done. They are very good. Overall, it was really good.
