    Well we had 5 different men here for 5 weeks and several new parts that I paid for a total of $376.00. I wrote to the CEO and the VP both, in Sears Headquarters and heard nothing. The only person I dealt with was from Texas and he basically did nothing. SEARS IS GOING DOWN THE TUBES !!!!

    After a complete inspection, the observation was made that there was too much soap left in the unit.  An inexpensive quarterly maintenance suggestion was made (run the washer with cups of white vinegar), and that should likely solve the issue.  If not, I should reach out and he would return.  There was no obvious evidence of a faulty gasket, so he was HONEST and did not want to charge me for parts that may not be needed.

    Todd was very professional and thorough.  I will recommend him to any/all that need a major appliance serviced.

    Called Jesus about the problem and came the next day. He ordered the part and installed it the following day. He was polite and professional. He came highly recommended from a family member which is usually the best recommendation. (Sorry Angie) I can highly recommend Accu-Tec to anyone.

    everything went extreamly well from start to finish. original problem was that power was intermittently out going high to low then going out completly then comming back. owner came over and immediatly found the problem. he found the right parts which was not easy as the system was very old. he did the job quickly and very professionally. i was 100 % satisfied withe the professionalism and the quality of work. ill definitly use this company for all my future electrical work.

    I tried to use CAP for 2 tmes and and i ended up not using their services because it would cost me more than if I do it on my own. The first time my $1500 refrigerator stopped working. I called their approved service providers and I was told that it couldn't be fixed. CAP offered $400.to buy a new one. I ended up calling a service on my own who fixed it for $250. The second time my central AC needed repair. Once again their providers told me it couldn't be fixed. CAP again offered to pay a ridiculous amount to buy a new one. Again on my own I got it fixed fir $500.. Both times I got nothing from CAP because I didn't replace the items. I am going to save the $60 plus I pay per month and hire my own service providers.

    Overall it was good. It was a mixed job. The first person that came out told me that my appliance couldn't be fixed and I would need to buy a new one. I called them and asked to have a second person come out and this guy came out and fixed it in about 10 minutes. Overall, I think that I was satisfied with the service they provided. I think that I would recommend them. I would probably use them again. The second technician that came out was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing.

    It was the second time he was here and he is extremely helpful. He identifies and solves the problem very quickly. He had a reasonable rate. The first time he was here he realized that certain parts and services would be covered by an extended warranty. He had me get the booklet to see if it was covered. It covered in full about $800 with warranty. I was really happy that he was able to come out right away instead of waiting for the service provider that I bought the machines from. It just was so much of a better alternative. I believe he can do the service alot less and prompter service (depending on the warranty).

    Rich came and told me what was needed to get my oven working again.  I told him I wanted to
    buy the part on line.  He said that was fine but reminded me he could not
    warranty that part since it wasn't bought through him; it was the normal question
    about whether I buy it myself but am on my on (like with a mechanic, too), or whether
    I pay quite a bit more, but then he will come back and change it out if it experiences problems.
    I decided to buy it myself and take my chances. 
    He came in the time window agreed upon, had it done in ten minutes, and showed that
    the top and bottom ovens worked fine.  He also gave advice on another appliances.
    He was professional and was pleasant to work with.

    My experience was that Bill knew what he was doing. There was another part of the refrigerator that needed replacement and I chose not to put anymore money into it. I was very pleased with Bill's honesty and integrity.
