    From my point of view, it went extremely well. From Tim's POV, not so much. I have an "insurance policy" that covers ruined tires. Tim spent a great deal of time on the phone with these people, going up the chain of command when I was refused coverage until they acquiesced. Keeping in mind that I am not a regular customer of Friendly, I am amazed at how far Tim went above and beyond to replace my damaged tire. He is truly one in a million.

    I responded to a coupon for an oil change and made an appointment.  start to finish was almost two hours.  unfortunately two hours for an oil change is commonplace at Muller.
    while I was there they informed me that the throttle needed "service", the cabin filter was dirty, and there was a nail in the right front tire.  the throttle service is not a Toyota recommended service.  The cabin filter was replaced less than 10K miles ago.  I carefully checked the tire after I got home and there was no nail (only a tiny staple easily removed by finger).
    I understand that Muller needs to pay for their extravagant repair facility, but it's their fault that they built a building that's not economically viable (and provides horrible access to Rte 31).  In any case they shouldn't come up with fraudulent reasons to have
    customers pay for unnecessary work.

    Installed 4 new tires. One was messed up by their machine so they ordered a new one at new cost. Seemed like good guys. Wish they had a better waiting area, not sure I'd tough it out there in the winter.

    We've been going to Station Auto for probably 15 years and it's time we finally wrote a review. We've lived numerous places and have had many cars. We feel so lucky to have found this garage. Eric and his guys do such a good job, and are as honest as can be. They're straight-forward about any problem they find, and give options for you to consider. If a refurbished part will do, they'll say so. If not, recommendations will be made. Don't expect a "showroom" waiting area or snacks but there're chairs and it's within a short walking distance to a library and shops. This is a family run, small operation that will do anything they can to help. We've been driven home when they could, and haven't been charged when the problem was a loose bolt. We feel so lucky to have this place to trust for all these years.

    Had no time for me. The cost estimate prohibitively expensive and time line quoted for doing the work was 2 months away - they were making it clear they did not want to work. I got the work done at a different provider in less than half the price and within a week. Will not use nor recommend

    They have been very good.  They have also been efficient and the price is always right.  I did not experience a lot of waiting.  You can make an appointment or just walk in.  It’s hard to find an auto mechanic that you can trust.  They always give me a good analysis of what the problem is.  I have always found them to be very honest.

    I never liked taking my cars to a dealer before Clinton Honda, having experienced shoddy work, high prices and long waits. Clinton Honda is very professional and perform quality work in a reasonable time. I've had them repair my Honda as well as basic maintenance and thought the price was reasonable. Really like the express service for oil changes and other minor maintenance. They provide a lot of valuable information for the cost of an oil change. Waiting room has WIFI, TV, coffee/juice. Recently my son took his Camry to a dealer in another city. They charged $25 more for an oil change, and told him the tire rotation (which wasn't even needed) was and quot;freeand quot;. They supposedly did a specific mileage inspection but there was absolutely no information or print out provided. Thank goodness, he checked with me before letting them do brake work. I only wish Clinton Honda worked on other brands and I would definitely take our Toyotas there.

    From previous visit they said I would need new tires..... they were spot on for replacement on next visit. Tom ,the manager is a great communicator of their process and continually exceeds this customer expectations.

    Completely checks out all fluids and equipment on every visit and provides an up to date assessment of care and estimate of needs , costs and timing of repairs.

    It is a pleasure to work with this location

    Took a little longer than expected but that was because the part he received was incorrect and had to be reordered. Very labor intensive and he provided an accurate estimate which he met even though he probably put time than expected in the repair. He did offer his loaner car since the repair took longer which was appreciated. Have used Pete and his crew, and they are extremely honest, can diagnois the problem quickly and find low cost work around solutions when available. My mechanic of choice!!

    They are not the cheapest. Price wise, they probably be right in the middle of the pack. When I get mechanics, I don't tend to shop for price, I shop for a combination of thoroughness and not screwing up. They are easy to work with. They have all the standard features like WIFI and waiting room and stuff. I like their thoroughness, courtesy and not doing unnecessary work but very solid on keeping the cars and telling me that I am going to need in the future.
