    Had thorough hearing test along with time with the doctor who checked to be sure there was no disease or physical problem with my ears. Conclusion is that my hearing loss is and quot;normaland quot; for someone of my age (76) and that hearing aids would probably alleviate much of the problem.

    I was able to fill out all the new patient papers ahead of time (they e-mailed me a pack) and bring them with, which saved lots of time. The wait once I got there was not too bad at all, maybe 15-20 min tops, before I was called into an exam room. I waited another few minutes before a nurse came in and took my vitals and more information (which I had mostly put on the various forms). Another 10-15 +/- and the Doc came in. He was friendly and to the point. He did not order unneeded tests, and the ones he did order he got pre-approval from my insurance before he scheduled them. Once he got results back he added a medication, and removed one I'd been taking (prescribed by my Primary) saying it was not necessary. So far I'm happy but too soon to know results. I see him again in a couple weeks.

    The appointment was at a very convenient time for me which is a huge plus. Dr Rowen can accommodate most anyone's schedule. From start to finish Dr Rowen was extremely gentle and comforting. Her initial foot massage really puts you at ease - it's a great way to start treatment. Dr Rowen is very knowledgeable and explains in detail what she is doing. Excellent experience all the way around.

    I have a history of side effects to some medications.  Rosemary suggests treatment for the individual not a one size fits all approach.  Their office hours are great, weekends and evening hours.  If you call with a question usually get an answer the same day.  Only problem..since the PA only works weekends; had a problem getting prescription renewed on a day she wasn't working.  I don't if this is still the situation but the automated call from the drug store is not answered until the PA comes in.

    The staff is kind and friendly. The doctor takes her time; I don't feel like I am in a cattle herd and she is very personable. She listens to me and is very attentive. I have gone to her for about seven years. She is overall a great person and a wonderful doctor.

    I have been going to him for 25 years. He is nice and caring. His staff also takes good care of me. I have never had a problem with him and whatever he treats me for, usually clears up. The only complaint I have with him is that I have to wait a while in his office. It is very easy to set up appointments with him. I can call him in the morning and get an appointment in the afternoon or the next day.
