Alex is great at what he does. My credit was suffering, after a bunch of counseling and help, he helped me manage it. He was very professional and took care of me well. Overall, he did an amazing job.

They were pretty good. I took pictures of the truck in case anything went wrong. It was a tight squeeze. It was a possible concern in case something went wrong and got damaged, that at least I had evidence. They ended up not damaging anything. They were able to put it down gentle so that there were no depressions in the driveway. It was an asphalt driveway, and it could damage if it came down crooked. They brought the storage unit and it was there a few days to get loaded. They came and picked it up, and it took a few days to get to Denver. Once it got to Denver, she was delayed a couple of days for her to get people to empty the pod so that the pod could get taken away.

We were satisfied with their service. The only trouble was that a new driver came and he didn't know how to pick up the pod that we had filled. A veteran came back with him and was able to explain things and took care of it without any problems.

They gave us warning when they were coming. They brought locks with it along with instructions on how to lock it up. They gave us tips on how to pack things. There was a guide sheet on making sure we packed heavy stuff in the front and they advised us on how to tie up the furniture. We tied everything in so it wouldn't shift around when the pod was being moved. The pod was kept horizontal and was moved very delicately. They had some kind of a frame that could slide over the pod, then they have chains that could hook onto bars on the side of the pod. The frame had a motor on it that allows them to move the pod back and forth to get wider and narrower. It gets around the pod, and then they can raise it up to goes onto the back of the truck. Then they can pull up the wheels that are on poles so it sits on the back of the truck and they can anchor the pod to the truck. It seems to be a safe, careful way of doing it. They had all kinds of controls on this movable unit that sits on the back of the truck. That's how they were able to handle it, and the wheels come down and they can actually raise up the unit to get the original pod off the back of the truck. They just reversed the procedure when they picked up the pod and took it away even though it was loaded with furniture.

They were prompt. They did what they said they were going to do. They were careful managing the pod down a narrow driveway. They were competent and they are widespread. If you are doing a far moving type thing, you wouldn't have to have the pod move past a bunch of third parties. If anything goes wrong, you will have one point of reference, both on the sending side and receiving side. They have been in business for 30-40 years so they seem to know what they are doing. The price was not outlandish. The pod was clean and not damaged. The pod looked relatively new. It was delivered clean on the inside. They came and delivered it within an hour of what they said, even though there was snow all around. She was able to call them on the other side and they were able to hold off for a couple of days on the delivery of the pod and drop it off on the newly agreed date.

They did bring somebody at first that didn't know how to use the apparatus. He had to put a call into the office. There was a delay for the other fellow to get there, but they didn't charge anything extra and they were incredibly apologetic.

It went well. I supplied Danielle with all my background info etc. and her first draft itself was 95% there. She made minor revisions as suggested by me. She did a very good job highlighting my key skills and a great summary. Recommend using her services.

They are very great. I would use them again as they do messenger service also. As I said because they were messenger so we made them out regular messenger company. Their price was less then some of the other messenger services. They are very fast. We have also used them for our movers when we moved in May and they were very good and they very accommodating.

Hi everyone, Before you read this review, just know, I am a normal reasonable guy just like you. I am a software engineer in Jersey City. Following my encounter with Mike and his crew I severed ties with angies list and cancelled my membership. In fact I changed my whole approach on hiring self employed service providers, and only work with contractors and companies. Mike Velope was almost 2 times more expensive than all other offers I had received. I hired him because he exuded confidence to deliver, and had an A+ rating. He was a celebrated and well reviewed electrician. I didn't care bout money, I wanted tob pay a lot to get a decent outcome that would last for years. Mike wasn't able to deliver on what he had promised in writing. He had seen! my apartment weeks before rhe project, and claimed he had worked in that building. He charged 145$ for 20 min for his assement. Thus I was shocked when Mike changed the agreement we had obtained months before, on the day of the job: claiming all of a sudden that one of the walls was concrete hence he couldn't move an electrical box to that wall as he had promised in writing. Begging him to try and use another wall, that wasn't concrete didn't help. He right there and then made up another argument that there isn't enough wire for him to move the box. His attitude was humiliating, and extremely impatient and agressive. He didn't care what the outcome will be. I agreed to his new change. Luckily had to drop that portion of the 8,150$ job, since the building management reqiured permits for a new electric box and rewiring. Obtaining permits takes beyond 2 months, as mike said, I therefore asked to split the contract. I wanted to pay only for what will be done during that week. And not 2 months in advance. He was angry. So I simply spoke with him kindly on the phone next morning, asking to meet him, at the expense of my day of work, which I will miss just to meet him at my apartment. Shockingly I found he had no intent to even show up, but just to send his 2 employees. He did not intend to show up after the first day, and said he isn't going to drive all the way to my place. He had no time to see me, since he was 'loosing money'. He urged me to read his new contract/invioce that he just mafe up that morning, and which did not have any itemized prices! The new invoice just had an overall blownup price of over 4,600 $ for all items. Without describing the cost per item. The rewiring and adding of a new electric box had to be delayed. It was the heart of the job, but in the new invoice was all of a sudden reduced to merly 2,700$. The new invoice also included moving the electric box. Which he said was impossible. Mr. Velope got tired of me after 15 minutes over the phone. He said he is dropping the project. Mr. Velope simply damaged!!! my property took the deposit money of 1145$ , left me without bathroom and holeway lighting. His two workers left wholes in my cielings and walls. Mike didn't finish the job. In many of his F reviewed projects, he seems to not finish his job. When I read the F reviews I ignored them on that argument: he didn't finish so it doesn't count. But for the portion of the job that was finished, Mike used cheap and ugly light switches, without asking me what I wanted. Mike's team placed crooked outlets over the old ones. Mike's team replaced an old switch that isn't even connected the anything!!! without even testing or noticing that, and! charged me for it. Mike can't work with plaster walls! Not at all! Or should I say, his employees (If I could send pictures of the terrible way they handled the ceilings). They cut random holes in the bath room, found a water pipe, and then just cut another whole next to it... I thoght I will pay extra for quality reliable work, and peace of mind. As the building super told me, Mike's crew left at 3 PM, the first day accomplising nothing but putting wired messy wholes everywhere. The created wholes in my closet too, wich made all my clothes dirty, and some had to be dry cleaned. Please understand, If the service provider has no time to consult you, or care for your input, move on. Maybe he could use a secretary to save him time, and comunicate to clients, since he considers himself 'a company'. Bottom line: Mike overcharges for poor work, of his employees without overseeing it. His product leve is not customized to the client at all! It's the most basic tear of product. Mike is rude and aggressive, when a controversy rises. Please do not pay his high deposit. Pay him per item, after you see results, or better yet, don't hire him.

The program was progressive and educative, even for me. The program has enriched my son's learning experience with stronger thinking skills and beginner's spelling. I as a parent was encouraged to participate in the learning sessions. I am looking forward to the next step in the program.

Because the first time after I paid I tried to reach out to the lady but it took her a long time to get back to me. I called your services and reported her she finally got back to me. Her price is too much.

I already trusted this company after work they did to restore my house's sewer line only a few weeks earlier. After calling the company, repairmen were on site in less than two hours, allowing me to guide the repairs before I had to go to work. The repairmen were somewhat taken aback by the antiquated plumbing of the house but nonetheless recommended a thorough replacement of the pipes rather than piecemeal repairs of just the frozen sections.
Over eight hours, two repairmen worked tirelessly to replace the pipes, cutting away drywall where necessary and even bringing space heaters to keep the frigid basement warm to prevent further damage. They remained in contact with me after I had to leave for a busy shift at my restaurant job. They methodically tested the new piping for functionality before restoring water to the house and followed up the next day to ensure that there were no more leaks.
Advanced Professional's management allowed me to delay full payment for the job until my homeowner's insurance claim was processed and they have talked several times to the adjuster on my behalf.
This is my second job with Advanced Professional and I am already contracting them for new work!

From scheduling to job completion, Advanced Professional was easy to work with. The plumber showed up on schedule and dressed cleanly with a workshirt on emblazoned with their company logo. He quickly assessed how he would complete the job and went to work. He got it done in under an hour and left my place tidy.

When I bought the bike I wanted to buy a different bike, but they talked me into a different bike that they were recommending highly. I trusted them because they were professionals. They advertised that they will give you a free tune up every year if you purchase a bike from them. He looked it over and then he said that he would recommend a $75 tune up. He did not honor the free tune up. He wanted me to buy two new tires and I have only had the bike for two years and barely use it. By the time I was done it was like $400. They are bringing people in for a free tune up and they don't actual honor the deal.
