    Dr. Ronak and his staff are INCOMPETENT CHEATS IN THE WAITING: I visited in Dec 2018 for an annual check up covered by my insurance. I let the staff know on call, in reception during visit, and the doc that its only meant to be a annual physical. Despite intimations, the doc reported my visit into a consultation visit - I WAS CHARGED FOR AN ANNUAL PHYSICAL VISIT AND ALL MY TESTS WERE MISREPORTED WITH INCORRECT CODES. Based on what I have seen in reviews - this is a cheating practice Dr. Ronak and his staff engage in. (I also saw a similar review by another customer Vishnu indicating an exactly similar experience). I called the receptionist informing of the issue. Rather than resolving, I was asked to meet the staff in person. I obliged. With no intention to resolve, i was then asked to come again and meet the Dr. Ronak. It was extremely painful but I still again obliged. Dr. Ronak informed that his job is to register visits based on requirement and not based on customer ask and hence he changed my visit to consultation. Upon checking why wasnt I informed at the time of the visit, he started skirting the issue stating its a standard practice at his clinic. For my tests, he indicated he would correct the test code to Annual Physical within a month. Its been 5 months and I still am waiting for a correction. The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE, NON-COMPASSIONATE AND EVER PLEASING TO DOC. Its my sincere advise to anyone who is looking for a good doc, to never even consider this clinic and Dr. Ronak Chinai in any capacity. Such people are a disgrace to a respectable profession.

    i am reporting this facility- they are just DRUG PUSHERS they care not for you- in fact if your insurance hasn't paid your bill yet they will embarrass you in front of the entire office and will not let you see the doctor, i have 3 friends who have experienced terrible , TERRIBLE service from the FRONT DESK STAFF, when i tried to inform the doctor he did not care. i saw him for 5 min before he prescribed me medicine!!! this doctor is a quack and his staff is the worst i have ever encountered in life. true form of the medical industry

    Contrary to what their description said in Angie's listing, they did not offer emergency service. The receptionist was unsympathetic. "Sorry, we do not take emergency cases. The next available appointment is this Thursday (today was Tuesday)." I asked if there was a dentist she knew that offered emergency service. She recommended the dentist down the street, not making an effort to find out what their hours were. Disappointment, I left.

    My Eye Doctor is Dr. Pruzon. My insurance covered everything. They help with giving us a lot of eye test to make sure there are no surrounding problems. Dr. Pruzon has a good patient doctor manner. She is very warm and welcoming. The office is very professional, as well as the staff. Dr. Pruzon is straight to the point, but always wishes us well. She helps accommodate us without us having to have surgery on our eyes. Our eyes are not to the point that she would like them to be yet, but she is trying the best she can to help us.

    Dr Karen Thornton and her Staff refused give me an appointment for follow up care for my emergency surgery.  They said it would cost me $550.- out of pocket cost JUST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!  THis was a basic no frills request to check my injury/stitches after ten days. They were really rude and would not consider an appointment for me even though I had a referral from the emergency room doctor naming Dr Karen Thornton and referring me to her.
           In the past my experiences with this physician and her office Staff were such that the office would never return phone calls when messages Were left on their answering service.  The office staff would never call back if they told me they would call back. The doctor would not call me if the staff told me she would. 
          The office was often quite busy and understaffed. The staff was usually too preoccupied and overburdened to give good service, at times too overburdened to give ANY service.  Often, the only way to get an appointment was to call the doctor directly on her  " emergency " number.  The office was often SO busy it seemed impossible to get any level of care that could be deemed more personal than "VERY DISTRACTED"  Bedside manner was non-existent to mildly annoyed.
        The office is completely covered with posters signed by the casts of Broadway musicals.  Dr Thornton seems pre-occupied by meeting celebrities and Broadway stars.  Having seen her fawn over a minor actor who had a head cold I realized her demeanor toward celebrity patients seems much more attentive than her level of care for the rest of her patients.
      This office is like a patient factory, " Get 'em in, Get em out, get Their money"  If you want a  physician who is caring, thorough and professional, I recommend you look elsewhere!

    I tried to use their new website to find a provider. There are different ways to find a provider, and none of the plans they list are named the same way as the name of my plan.  There is the normal listing, and then the "Multiplan" listing. The "Multiplan" listing instructs you to select the Logo on your card. No matter what method I used when I tried to contact the  providers on their list often the numbers were wrong, or out of service. When I was able to reach a provider, every single one told me they did not take my insurance. Many had never heard of AmeriHealth. And when I mentioned PHCS, they said they do not take PHCS. 
    I then tried to contact AmeriHealth to get a provider. It was a nightmare. I spent  over three hours, and I never got one. You have to jump through their voice mail system to prove who you are before you can reach a person. After reaching a person who have to prove who you are again because, I was told, that information does not come up on their system.  I had to call four times. After reaching a person and explaining everything all over again,  I was put on hold while they searched. And every time I would be disconnected.  I called four times. The last time I asked the agent if they would call me back if we were disconnected. They promised they would and we stated the number to call.  I was disconnected. It is now 30 hours later and she never called back. I should point out that I am paying full price for my policy. I am not getting a subsidy from healthcare.gov.  My policy, for an individual, is $1,300 a month.  The policy has an $8000 deductible for out of pocket for out of network providers. That's why it is important for me to find one that is in network.
    I have not yet found a provider. I have decided to go out of network and pay for the procedure myself. I have no choice. My recommendation is that no one should use this Insurance Company.

    I have been working with Arthur for several months now.  He is very skilled and not only deals with the issue at hand but diligently tracks
    down its source and helps heal it.

    He has openly shared about breaking his neck many years ago and of the pain he endured to recover. It is evident that this transformative event is the source of his desire to help people, for his great compassion and his continued diligence to further develop his skills.

    As a woman, I have come across some male massage therapists that I was uneasy with.  I find thatArthur is utterly professional both with woman and heard the same from the men I have met as his office.  He returns calls promptly and is on time for his clients.  As a former Shiatsu practitioner myself I really value his work and ethics.

    I happen to live Downstate and know his skills would garner much higher rates than he requests.  His first floor office is just steps away from Woodstock's Green.  

    Woodstock is very lucky to have him

    It's the best cleaning we ever had. They were lovely, the place was impeccable. They were very good at what they do. They honestly were great so we recommended them. I came back because of their confidence. I've been through a lot of dentists several years and they were very thorough and very gentle and efficient. The office was also lovely that there are artworks everywhere. My husband dealt with the billing and he didn't complain so I think it was fine.
