    Karen Thornton MD
Dr Karen Thornton and her Staff refused give me an appointment for follow up care for my emergency surgery.  They said it would cost me $550.- out of pocket cost JUST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!  THis was a basic no frills request to check my injury/stitches after ten days. They were really rude and would not consider an appointment for me even though I had a referral from the emergency room doctor naming Dr Karen Thornton and referring me to her.
In the past my experiences with this physician and her office Staff were such that the office would never return phone calls when messages Were left on their answering service.  The office staff would never call back if they told me they would call back. The doctor would not call me if the staff told me she would.
The office was often quite busy and understaffed. The staff was usually too preoccupied and overburdened to give good service, at times too overburdened to give ANY service.  Often, the only way to get an appointment was to call the doctor directly on her  " emergency " number.  The office was often SO busy it seemed impossible to get any level of care that could be deemed more personal than "VERY DISTRACTED"  Bedside manner was non-existent to mildly annoyed.
The office is completely covered with posters signed by the casts of Broadway musicals.  Dr Thornton seems pre-occupied by meeting celebrities and Broadway stars.  Having seen her fawn over a minor actor who had a head cold I realized her demeanor toward celebrity patients seems much more attentive than her level of care for the rest of her patients.
This office is like a patient factory, " Get 'em in, Get em out, get Their money"  If you want a  physician who is caring, thorough and professional, I recommend you look elsewhere!

    Chiara, Dr. Bianca A.
I saw Dr. Bianca A. Chiara in October and I am scheduled to see her in April. I like that she gives me information of things that I am not aware of and she's also been very helpful in helping me manage my diabetes.

This was not a satisfying or comforting medical experience.  The environment was not soothing at all, as there were tvs in every room with Fox News on, and when I turned the one in my own exam room off, they actually came in twice and turned it back on.
Everyone was friendly, but they were not helpful medically.  I sought out this doctor as an osteopathic doctor, so I had an expectation that he would follow a more holistic and integrative approach to treatment.  Instead, he gave me coupons for whatever drug companies had most recently visited, giving me a medicine that actually had nothing to do with what I was complaining of, in hopes that it would slightly lessen the symptoms.  The visit with the doctor was so brief and served essentially for him to give me a whole lot of referrals--again for services I did not need--eg, a chest x-ray when I was not complaining of anything whatsoever related to my chest, respiratory system, etc.
The interaction felt rushed, uninformative, and not helpful.  I ended up seeking other medical counsel.

    Schehr-Kimble, Dr. Danielle J.
I really do like her.  She did a good general overall assessment that worked out.  She is very friendly and approachable.  She is very personable as a doctor.  She asked really good questions.  We talked about what I should be thinking about at my age and what things to follow up on.  I transitioned from another doctor and it was really seamless.  I just like her.  I think she is very friendly and approachable and you can talk to her.  She is very helpful as well.  I had to go back for a referral for a mammogram and then for somebody else to do my blood work.  Every time I called the office, she was either right there or they would get back to me right away.  As far as the availability, I have never had to wait for more than 2 days.  It was really fast.  If she is not there, she has other colleagues.  I actually saw her because one of her colleagues wasn't available and then I stuck with her.  The office environment is good.  I really liked her feedback.  I stumbled upon her, but I think I was very lucky.  Billing and administration is very prompt.  I had an issue with insurance and they took care of it.  I think she is a GP because she did everything for me.

It's the worst doctor?s office.  It's a doctor?s office one would never want to go to.  I walked out without seeing the doctor as I could not.  It was like they were playing games three times in a row.  I said forget it and I just walked out.  A lot of people have had the same or similar experience.  A week earlier I had an 11:15 appointment and I called up and confirmed it.  I told them that I would be there at that time.  They knew my name and they knew that I had called.  When I went they said that my appointment was for 11 and that the doctor would not see me because I was late.  I asked the doctor about it and she was as rude as she could be.  She said she would not see me when I was only 15 minutes late.  I did not know that I had reached late.  That left me a message telling me about my appointment time and they sent me home.  My next appointment was at four o'clock and I called them again to confirm it.  I walked in the door and they told me that I was late.  I told them that I had just confirmed it.  My mother-in-law was also with me, and she knew that I had called.  I told the doctor about this.  I asked her why they made appointments if they could not keep them.  I asked why they could not call me and reschedule them.  The doctor said I take up too many appointments and that I should be following her rules only.  She said I would have to do all of that if I wanted to be her patient.  For her it?s her way or the highway.  It just threw me over the edge.  They are not that easy to get an appointment with.  They are not very punctual either.

Dr. Boylan gave me an initial, thorough physical and then followed up with tests &/or recommendations to specialists for my many ailments- high blood pressure, hypothyroid, anemia, headaches, insomnia, and emotional difficulties. He is very frank about the manner of anyone to whom he refers a patient ("so-and-so is excellent but can come across as abrupt..." that sort of thing). He has helped me clear up many difficulties I was having that my former Primary Care Provider just kind of shrugged of &/or ignored.
