    Amazing work. My father was in the auto repair business and I know how hard it can be - these guys are the real deal - extremely professional! Work was done well, facility is clean and orderly, contact was always clear and professional - I can't complement them enough. Their place is 45 minutes away from me and I will make the trip every time. We used to get regular maintenance at the Toyota dealer - but after working with Franks for this headlight replacement - they will have our regular business. Good bye dealer!

    I need to write a review about what I experienced with Hudson Kia. The price of the car was almost too good to be true! As we all know - when it seems too good - there is a catch! I've been shopping for a car for the past 2 months. I've been to 7 dealerships. There is usually a dealer fee when buying a used car. BUT - never have I seen or experienced the fees that Hudson Kia has. I'm going to copy an email written to me by the sales manager: Fee totals will be the following: Your taxes Internet Fee - $295 Pre-delivery fee - $895 Documentation fee - $499.99 Plates and MV ���$ 310.00 Subtotal - $1999.99 + applicable sales tax If not financed through dealership additional $795 Total : $2794.99 + applicable sales tax This was his response after I asked about fees! $2,794.99 in FEES! So..............the dealership is making almost $3,000 in fees - besides the money they made from the poor person who traded their car in (which usually is around $2,000). Please people - go else where when looking for a used car!

    Fine. ?I like them. ?I was happy with everything. ?I've been satisfied with all the dealings with the dealership, that's where I bought the car. ? The service has very good. ?I like their reminders. I like that I can make an appointment online. They are very helpful when I'm there.

    They're excellent. Very good. It's very good. They were very nice. It's a little more expensive with the luxury. They have refrigerating for you, and everything is very fancy. It's super. On the responsiveness, they were excellent. I was rushing, and they did everything for me.

    I went a few times. I went by, and they had to change the oil. The first time I find them, I had a flat tire in the store next to them, I have a flat tire in the store next to them. Somebody sent me to them as an emergency and they take care of me on the spot. I don't use them a lot because I go to my usual person. I don't remember the cost. It was excellent, that's why I use them. The service is excellent.

    I use them every time. We have two cars from them that we lease. They're very good. They have A/C drinks, food, TV, music. They're very good. They have a car to take you home until the car is done. Everything is professional.They're very good. My favorite part about the company is I think the service is nice. It's very fancy. They're very polite, very nice, very clean. If you can not wait, they will take you home. They tell you exactly how long. If something comes up, they call you and they explain to you, very professional. On the price, I can't complain. On the quality, they're very good. I've used them for 20 years. All y cars are from them.

    They are very good, they take really good care of my car. They my car inside and out. They definitely do good work. You get what you pay for. They had everything to me on time. If I have to use them I would.The price was definitely a factor. 

    Their knowledge of the work that has to be done, it's second to none. The work they do is great. My biggest issue is their pricing, it's outrageous.

    They made the situation worst. They didn't reconnect all t he hoses to run the car. The car broke down on the turn pike. We had to pay for the towing, and they would not pay for the towing. On their own mistake and they admitted to their own mistake. Less than professional. I would give them a highly unprofessional. They corrected their error, they did do that. They need to check over their work. It was incompetency. They need to have more competent people. Their price was a B, it was actually quite a bit of work. It was a weekend when the car failed, and it was hard to get a hold of them.

    Great! I called and setup an appointment with Dave who was very helpful over the phone. He was also incredibly friendly in person, he did a great job of describing the work they planned to do, and answering my questions. They ended up rewiring my horn to a new button because the horn pad in the steering wheel shorted out. In addition, they replaced my two front speakers. They did all this work quickly and at a great price. I���d definitely go back for any future work, and I highly recommend them!

    We went to Metro Honda in Jersey City on 11/25/16 to see Mike Booker to purchase the Honda Civic Hatchback. Mike wasn't in and it's so hard to find  good Salesman that you can trust. I know because I have worked with Salesmen for the past 12 years.  I decided that I was going to see if the young gentlemen that held open the door for me was available and he was. I cannot say enough good things about Malcolm Gamble. He was with me every step of the way with a great attitude and when he wasn't sure of something he had the right person come over to assist us. After many hours back and forth Malcolm took me on a test drive in a Honda Civic EX-L, there were no incentives on the Hatchback & the down payment would be ridiculous. Once I slid into that car (which was like sliding into a pile of whip cream) I knew that car would be mine. I loved everything about it from the white color to how it felt driving it.  So many features that I was not use to driving a 2003 Hyundai Elantra.  I ended up leasing the car with Malcolm's help and took it home the same day with the payments that I was looking to not exceed each month.  Malcolm was so sweet that he even called me a couple days later to see if I was happy with the car. YES YES YES, I love it so much that if I could marry a car I would marry this one. Thank you so much Malcolm for all your help with everything and once my daughter is ready to drive we will be back to see you.  I highly recommend that if anyone is interested in purchasing a Honda that they go see Malcolm Gamble at Metro Honda in Jersey City.
