    Insurance paid for it. There's nothing about it that astounded me, but overall they were good. I'm not actually the one who dealt with them, so I just spoke with my husband who did, and he would give them an "A" across the board. It took about a week for the work to be completed. My husband said that the workers were courteous. They went over what they did with us. I believe they showed a print out about what they did. They car was actually pretty clean when they were done. I actually wondered if they hadn't cleaned it out.

    My car door got dented at my parking structure, so I went to East Coast Collision to get an estimate for the repair. I got the estimate from a courteous employee before work (they have early morning hours, which is helpful to working professionals), and got the job done a week later all in one day. I have no reservations giving ECC a solid recommendation for good work at a fair price.

    My insurance company suggested Sernios. They accommodated my schedule needs repairing the vehicle while I was on a trip and did not need the car. The office staff was very professional interfacing with my insurance company. The adjuster examined the car and mutually with repair staff arranged the repairs. All I had to do was drop off the car and pick it up when I returned from my trip. It was great to pick up a like new car with no added surprise charges from original fee quoted.

    A shop very close charged me $930 while A&L charged me $550.  No tricks or funny play when my wife went to pick up the car.  The job that was done was perfect.  A&L was recommended by a few acquaintances, so they have a good reputation.

    We had car sent there by Geico insurance to get fixed after a fender bender.  About 2 weeks after we got the car back, my wife took it to the Honda dealership for a regular 60 thousand mile service.  shortly after it started leaking transmission fluid.  We contact the Honada dealership and the gave us the run around and said it must have been something the auto body place did.  We took it back to Class A autobody.... Turns out it was not the autobody's fault.  Either The dealership accidentaly dammaged the tube, missed the leak, or it may have just happened coincidentally to us as bad luck.  Regardless of how it happened, the manager Jim fixed it for us.  Knowing we where getting the run around from Honda and us being his recent customers, he took the car and had his shop find the problem and fix it.  Not only did he not charge us for the replacing the tube, he had to order the tube on a Friday and it wouldn't be in till Monday.  So Jim had the shop pay for a rental for us for the weekend so we wouldn't be left on foot.  I will definitely be returning to Class A Autobody in the future.

    Completely happy with the service an quality of work. The father and son are involved in the business at all levels and the stand behind their work. I had an issue with the steering alignment (off a bit after repair) and they took it back and fix it without even hinting about cost or charge.

    The total cost was about $8000, I had to pay $1000, and the rest was covered by insurance.  I was pleased with their service.  They were very professional.  They were very caring.  The quality of the work was great.

    Just great, he was able to do a free estimate right away and take my car right away. Got a few calls one for an alignment and one for an oil change, the price was right so I agreed to both. When picking up, a great surprise, even with the extras, it was $40 less than the estimate - can't beat that. He showed me the old parts, the shop was spotless, I'm just happy with all.
