I called Affordable on a 92 degree summer day to ask them if they can come out to my house and see why my AC was freezing up. They showed up and told us that our AC needed 2 lbs. of Freon. While they were filling the Freon we walked away and when we came back it was up to 4 lbs. He issued us a bill for $500.00. We questionned why was he charging so much, he then lowered it to $400.00. They came out to my house on a service call for my central air conditioning. They told us it needed 2lbs of Freon. They wound up putting 4lbs of Freon in.
