    Our 10-year old Miele was intermittently stopping mid-cycle with an error message. Jeremy of Appliance Master diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor and told us that, with a new sensor, the dishwasher might well last some years longer. We opted for the repair. When the new part arrived, Jeremy installed the new sensor and the dishwasher is working fine.

    I have used Appliance Master for all my repairs in the past on my appliances and the sales girls scheduling appointments have always been pleasant and accommodating. The technicians have been nothing but punctual and so nice every single time. They also provide fast service and repair even when they have to order a part not in stock. The prices have always been fair and the job has always been done and completed in my opinion at a level 10

    Tozzi replaced belts and said this might not fix the problem. It didn't. He advised that correcting the problem has now become an expensive and time-consuming situation, so he advised we buy a new washer. We did.

    I have been happy with everything. I just wasn't happy with the one company they sent to me. If you call them, they send someone out immediately. They have two packages you can get. Anytime somebody comes out, you have an deductible. I took the higher deductible. The deductible is $125. The refrigerator went down. I called the guy came out and fixed it. I have had them out twice for the clothes washer and clothes dryer. They couldn't fix my stove, and they bought me a new one. I am stunned that it actually works. Its a good thing. If you pay to have someone come out to fix your washer, you would probably pay $125. This includes the parts. Everything. Its amazing. We will keep it. It covers the electrical and plumbing. The whole house. I was more worried about my appliances, but it covers everything.

    Apex Appliance Repair & Air Duct Cleaning
    Technician spent 3 minutes examining my washer and determined that the rubber gasket was torn as well as the drum was worn and needed replacing- in his opinion it would have been too costly to repair and recommended replacing the unit.. he took my prepaid $60.00 Angie's List Special Coupon fee and departed... After he left, not wanting to spend 700.00 for a new washer - I repaired the tear myself with gorilla tape- The washer is still performing perfectly. I still haven't seen any issues with the drum which the technician said was going to fail on me at any moment... I don't understand how someone can recommend such a poor choice for a consumer. I'm sure the gasket being replaced would have given me much longer with this appliance, but he never offered that solution. I was very disappointed with the service this repair man gave.

    Mr. Tozzi was knowledgeable, reliable and very helpful. He asked for all the information about the appliance and the problem before he even came out (which was just one day after we contacted him) and was ready to work once he got here. His response time, punctuality, professionalism and quality were top notch. He was truly a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use him again.

    I would normally use Tozzi, but Tozzi is out of town and left a message saying to call Charlie. I did that.
    I left a voice mail on Charlie's line. He called back the same day. During that call, Charlie asked what symptoms I observed and what make of dryer I had, and I told him my Whirlpool dryer did not heat up. I also added that it was a gas-fired dryer and offered the model number, but he said that wasn't needed. We set a day for his visit but Charlie didn't set a time. He said he'd call me on the day of service to tell me the time. 
    On the day of service, Charlie did call and set a time. He arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problem correctly by listening to the dryer. He had the necessary parts with him because of the initial phone conversation. He repaired and tested the dryer in less than an hour. 
    After the repair, Charlie gave me some thoughts on choosing a good washer and dryer when the day came to need them, but he also advised to keep repairing the units I had until they were no longer viable. He outlined the relative merits of various brands and models. I was grateful for the insights he offered.

    Temp Control was excellent.  My issue required a fair bit of troubleshooting due to significant rodent damage in my air conditioner.  The tech onsite and the owner stayed in constant contact with me as they were working through the issues.  I would not hesitate to call them again for any HVAC issues.
