    Perfectly. My wife and I cannot believe the quality of service we received from the first call the the last. The more most companies talk about good customer service the less they give in many cases, they don���t live up to the promise. Horizon exceeded the promise. I don���t know how they do it but they should patient it. Grateful and appreciative doesn���t express our appreciation. Mike, Mark and Joe get special mention for their attention to detail.     Couldn't have been happier with how this went with Focus. Dan was a straight-shooter, who gave an honest, fair, upfront quote on the system with no back-and-forth. This was in stark contrast to the method employed by a well-advertised competitor with a lot of orange trucks. The sales rep from them made my wife and I feel like we were back in that uncomfortably crappy time-share pitch down in Mexico that we were sucked into once. That guy basically quotes us ("to prepare me", prior to looking at my system) a ballpark price that was nearly DOUBLE what Focus' quote was. The install went quick, smooth, virtually no trace anyone was here, and so far, the system is working great. If/when my downstairs unit goes, Focus will definitely get my business again

    As a disclaimer upfront, I've used Horizon before for quick, unexpected repairs, and I can't complain about punctuality, and the techs largely seemed professional without a ton of upsell pressure. Now, my poor rating here has to do with their sales tactics. The person who came out to provide an estimate for replacement of my upstairs HVAC unit, in retrospect, could have been completely at home in the uncomfortably crappy time-share pitch that my wife and I got sucked into one time down in Mexico. The Horizon rep basically quotes us (shortly after arrival -- "to prepare me", prior to looking at my system) a ballpark price that was nearly DOUBLE what I ultimately ended up paying for a comparable system installed by a smaller, local company. Of course, as the sales pitch goes on, with the incentives and "great deals" piling on, that estimate falls, to a FEW thousand greater than the other company's. Then, the final squeeze comes, saying that if I signed right then and there, they could get down a bit further (to a price, again, that STILL remained higher than what I ultimately paid elsewhere). I find this kind of approach rather reprehensible. This sized company should be able to do better for their potential customers, from a volume pricing standpoint. I suppose they have a ton of overhead that factors in, not sure... The company I ultimately went with gave me a fair, honest price upfront, without ANY back and forth. Other than claiming a $500 Angies List promotion that company offered, I made no attempt to haggle down further, as their upfront quote (for comparable needs/system) was already the winner. Bottom Line: Don't go with Horizon until you've had some smaller reputable companies give you estimates first!

    I called FOCUS based on my prior experience with a new install. I have an older Mini split condenser with 2 inside units that were put in my another company. One of them started leaking and the normal checks and cleaning didn't help. Again, everybody I dealt with at FOCUS was friendly and informative from the office to the technician. This company has great customer service. Brett(?), the technician even took his shoes off when he entered my house because of the rain outside, and let me now all steps that were taken. The price was right with absolutely no upsell.

    From the start, this was the company to choose. I enjoyed prompt responses, a good quote and neat and polite staff. I needed another estimate to replace my existing mini split as I was adding additional rooms in my no basement/no attic/no ductwork house. I called Focus based mainly from Angies List reviews. Their office staff couldn't be more helpful and were aware of the rebates available for the equipment that would be installed. The installers were on time and polite. They kept me up to date during the entire installation process. Everything was very professional and neat. I would not hesitate to call them again for any of my Heating/Air Conditioning needs.

    This company is horrendous! They are clueless in their field. They charged a fortune for a new heating AC unit and didn't even install it properly. It broke down right after they left. They came back out and added refrigerant. Then it kept icing up. They couldn't even fix it and even Kevin Herb admitted that his guys did a shotty job. Nice friend I had to screw me over like that. That was the start of my problems that have been going on for three years now. I have had to hire 3 other companies and have spent a fortune to try and fix the mess K3 made. I've probably spent another $5,000 fixing a brand new Luxaire system. I would stay far far away from K3 and Kevin Herb. They're scam artists!!

    It was $25000. We did everything. They were excellent. It was a deal with New Jersey energy where we got a $10000 grant and they did the installation. The price was excellent. Their quality is an "A". They're unreal. It took about 3 days for the work to be completed. They wore booties in the house and everything. I told them they didn't have to but they insisted on it. They interacted well with me.

    Saki came out and was immediately respectful of our home, for example he put on shoe pads every time he entered the house. Once he examined and worked on both units, he agreed the older one was not performing as efficiently as it should. He determined both needed more refrigerant and that they should both be better. He made sure I was okay with the costs before he added what was needed (I later compared his price to the norm and he did charge us less than most estimates.) He also asked how we use the unit settings, telling me keeping it at 85 when not in use is fine but then don't turn it down to 76, take it down in stages to save the unit from undue stress. I was very happy with the work and we'll have him back to check on our heater in the late Fall.
