    Creative remodeling & design
I recently hired Creative Remodeling to remodel my upstairs bathroom. Joe and his guys were great to work with and did an amazing job! Joe's design expertise really helped us get the best use out of the space, and his crew worked tirelessly (even through the holidays). They were responsive, punctual, and very hard working. Even after some problems were discovered during the demo (poor piping, leaking roof etc), Joe and his guys stayed on track and got the job done on time and on budget. The bathroom looks great and I would definitely hire them for future projects and recommend them to others. Overall great experience with Creative Remodeling.

    Cintex Enterprises LLC
We had a great experience working with Cintex on our recent kitchen and bath remodeling project. The husband/wife duo really made it a full service operation. Cyndi was a big help shopping and picking out all the material, hardware and fixtures. She was very knowledgeable about all the products we shopped for, and she also helped us stay within budget. On the construction side, Vince does high quality work and works fast while paying attention to detail at the same time. The project was done on time, within budget and exceeded our expectations. It was great to work with professionals who work hard and show attention to detail while being responsive and trustworthy at the same time. All in all it was a great experience and we would use them again and recommend to others.

    Tom Michalik Builders LLC
Working with Tom and his guys was a great experience. They were at our home by 8 a.m. every weekday of the project. They were thoughtful, responsive and did great work from designing a banquette bench to installing a wood floor. Tom made sure every detail was addressed. We were happy with the vendors and subcontractors Tom chose. He gave us detailed updates on project finances. We love our new space.

Excellent. I started the process by calling the office and was given a date of 10 days away for someone to come out and look at the work that needed to be done. The owner came out on August 3rd and said that he would send a quote later that day. A few hours later, i received an e-mail with the job detail and the price. I then called the office that afternoon to approve the job and get a date for the work to start. I was given the date of Aug 28th and 29th. It would be a 2 day process which i knew going into the job. I agreed to this date. Aug 16th, i got a call saying that they could do the job tomorrow, if i wanted to do that quick. I agreed, and John came on time the next day. He explain everything fully before he started and answered all the questions that I had. John done a great job, he vented the bathroom out, a little smelly, but not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I had been told that it may smell a bit. John left his fan in the window over night which helped with the slight odor. Next day John came and finished off. WOW, what a difference. My bathroom looks amazing. The tub was like new, and the walls, what a difference. No more pink tile. I just wish I had done it years ago knowing now how good it looks. Very professional, I would highly recommend Miracle methods to my friends. It was a friend of mine that told me about the company as she had her bathroom done by them early this year.

    Thoralf Metal & Wood
Excellent...Thoralf was always punctual, professional and a true craftsman whether it was in leveling the floor of an old mudroom, framing out new closets, building a deck and stairs, installing windows or what I considered to be the nicest renovation of the entire project...a beautiful, removable, 2-piece wrought iron railing. Thoralf took two completely different, old and rusted railing sections...cut it all apart and put it back together. The results are rock solid, ingenious, beautiful, and artistic. The problem he overcame was with building a two-landing staircase railing so that it could be removed and replace allowing furniture to be brought upstairs. Only 4 bolts and a creative coupling of the two pieces holds the railing firmly in place. A fantastic solution to a difficult problem. Overall Thoralf impressed me with his creativity and welding skills and I learned a lot about metal work during the railing project from him. His creation is the first thing you see when you open the front door and that railing makes a fantastic first impression, and definitively helped sell the house. I highly recommend him for any renovation or repair...a good, honest, friendly guy who you can trust !

    LLB Flooring Inc
The work was scheduled fast and the workers were very professional, hard working and respectful. The floor replacement was the easier of the two. LLB had the wood available to match the existing floors in the place. So we didn't have to do much and the price included everything. The work was done professionally and very efficiently within a few days and the floors are beautiful! Bekar even answered some text questions on cleaners for the wood the first time I mopped those floors. The kitchen was a far more complicated job. The old tile had to be removed and the cabinetry couldn't be removed. We had to pick out our own tile and grout, which we did from the Tile Shop, with some guidance from Bekar as to the size, the type of tile (porcelain) and what to avoid. The floor underneath, which was over a crawl space, was very uneven and had nails sticking up. At first the floor looked beautiful but a few days after the work was done, we found some areas of grout that needed some touch ups and we decided we needed a different transition piece between the wood floor and the kitchen tile, as the tile was a bit higher and we were worried people could trip walking into the kitchen on the piece put there. I contacted LLB and Alex, the guy who had worked on the kitchen, came back to give me options for the transition piece. As I wanted time to consider the best option, he did some work on the grout and scheduled a different morning to come back to work on the transition piece. He even came up with a solution to a floor trim being on different levels. And he also fixed some other spots of the grout which had settled in a funny way and needed a bit of work. I judge a company not only by how well they do the job the first time but whether they are willing to come back to fix issues, big and small. This tells me how much they value customer satisfaction and in this case LLB came through.

    Need A Handyman Service, LLC
Bill showed up on time, tore down the tiling and replaced it with sheetrock. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and left me voicemails when I was unable to answer my phone. He was also able to respond via text message. He also installed 2 cat doors for us. His estimate was very accurate to his end cost.

    Cosello Construction Inc
Paul and Omar were not just workers, they cared about our vision for the bathroom. Tiles were done with great effort in bathroom. Andrew Cosello was in and out during process, and there were some glitches in communication, as we brought in an interior decorator adviser after hiring Cosello. But they worked out those glitches always with our goals in mind, and handled all the curveballs well. bottom line is the work was meticulously and conscientiously done and we are enjoying it all right now. so yeah, I would recommend them highly.

    The Neighborhood Handyman
Steve Crass, The Neighborhood Handyman, located in the South Jersey area, is amazing! His wife
Rose works in the office for him, and she is amazing too. We found out my
elderly and disabled dad was going to be released from a rehabilitation
facility, with very little notice. We learned that he would need important
changes made to his home in order to live there again. Steve and Rose answered
my desperate phone call while they were on vacation! They squeezed my project
into their schedule with very little notice. They accomplished the remodeling
we needed before Dad came home! All this happened in like a week. During the
work, Steve was in communication with us, and helped us make decisions about
the project. The project included carpentry, plumbing, tiling, etc. The quality
of the work is excellent, as we knew it would be from a past project with Steve
a few years ago. I cannot say enough about how helpful it is to have this kind
of caring and support when you are in a time of need. There are so many details
to take care of when bringing a disabled person back into the home - health
care services to implement, etc. Knowing that we had Steve and Rose involved
made the whole this so much easier. Thank you Steve and Rose!

    Verified Construction

My husband and I are extremely happy with how our new kitchen came out. For years we put up with our out-dated kitchen,

but we were finally ready for an update. After looking online and watching various HGTV shows we had a good idea of what

we were looking for. We called a few companies for estimates, but we immediately felt comfortable with the sales person

from verified construction. He spent hours going over some options and talked about their companies step-by-step process

for remodeling a kitchen. Without much hesitation, my husband and I agreed that they were the best option. Being a stay

at home mother, my biggest concern was the construction process itself, but that actually was one of the easiest parts of

the whole project. The project manager Michael, had great control over all of his workers. They were extremely tidy with

their work and you couldn't tell we were in the midst of a major remodeling project. The first couple days were spent

tearing down our old kitchen, then they began installing the tile. The project manager suggested laying the tile in a

staggered pattern (my husband and I had never seen this before) and it really set off the flooring. Next the cabinetry,

plumbing and electrical work went in place. We upgraded to cabinets with soft-close drawers (which I love!). Finally the

appliances, granite, and fixtures went in. From start to finish it took 12 days to complete our kitchen, which is exactly

what the project manager estimated when we started. We've been very fortunate with the contractors we've found, and this

team is no exception. They really blew us away with the quality of the finished project, their customer support, and their

friendly staff. A big thanks to everyone involved in our project.
