  • We have a prepaid plan. My wife was there and she said they were giving her a hard time and I had to call and speak to the manager. He was on time. They are the most convenient location but we will probably change. Whoever the person in charge of service was being very rude to my wife and questioning her ability to understand things about the prepaid service plan. We had all the papers and he is still trying to tell her she does not understand and she has to pay for all the services. I called Honda and they said all the services performed were covered. When I called the manager, yes he did apologized but called me back 2 days later. If they represent Honda they better know what they are doing.

  • got to the shop and within 5 minutes my car was being worked on, it took at most 20 minutes and it was ready, the price was average to other shop in the area but the service was exceptional, I am going back to replace both my rear tires this week end.

  • I like them very much.  My first impression was good.  Bodyworks By Tiffany is reliable, he's personable, and he sticks to his own time table.  When he says it's supposed to be done, it'll be done.  He goes out of this way to accommodate you.

  • This business is within walking distance of my house. They tried to get me to have other work done. The vehicle was not ready when they said it would be. The claimed that a lug nut was broken when AAA put the doughnut on and charged additionally to replace it. But the icing on the cake was when I went to pick up the car it was raining and they had left my car out in the rain with the driver's window open. My seat was soaked. They were not concerned with my complaint.

  • Princeton Audi.  I was actually there about two months ago.  I think I spent probably $100.  Overall the experience was good.  I have a service contract with them. They did a good car repair.  I would say use them.

  • They were very helpful and took time with me. The guys are great and I love them. They are terrific. They didn't charge me anything this time. He looked everywhere to find me a rim but he couldn't find one. They told me to get a rim from the dealer and to come back. They are family run and I just adore them. You can't beat their prices.

  • I picked this place for the price, coupon, the detail with which the services were explained on the website, and my initial call to the shop and discussion with the owner. I got nervous and almost backed out when upon my second call (before I took the car in) they told me it would be ready in a couple hours. I knew from talking to other detailers that it would take longer than that, and the car was REAL dirty. I called back and they reassured me that they would take whatever time was necessary to get it clean. When I got there Zach was friendly and greeted me. I left the car at about 10:30am. It did take all day Saturday after all. I picked it up the next day on Sunday. I checked it over and found a bunch of stuff they missed. Including the glove compartment (which I'd emptied previous to drop off), the plexiglass at the speedometer and other gauges, the pockets of the front seats, the rear seat armrest, etc. I had my mom with me in another car to pick up her car (it was her Christmas present) and had to wait for about 40 minutes for the touchups. Zach explained that it was real busy on Saturday and they weren't able to get to everything. The quality guy finally came out and saw a bunch of other stuff that was missed (like the dirt in the speakers, which I saw too, but didn't want to feel like I was being too nit picky). He was very polite, nice, and friendly and fixed these items himself, including items I hadn't mentioned. The quality guy said that he would have checked over the car Saturday except he was at a wake (understandable). For some reason, he hadn't checked it out that next day Sunday either.
The pluses were that they seemed to do a good job shampooing the rubber floor mats, the carpetted floor mats, and the carpet beneath. My mom said the leather felt soft.
I would give this place a B+. If you go, I suggest a) going on a less busy day and b) insisting to talk to their quality guy before the car is picked up so that you don't have to do his job when you get there.

  • Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was very pleased at how quickly they took care of my car. I would definitely recommend this family owned business to everyone. The price was excellent and the work done perfect.

  • They did the job, but I felt that they were trying to get more money out of me. I had just had breaks done a few months prior, but they said I needed new brakes. I did not like that they were trying to get more money out of me.

  • Extremely efficient, friendly, service-oriented...excellent job.  Frank's  took my car in as soon as I could get it there.  They referred me to nearby temporary car rental while my car was being repaired...totally painless and quick experience.  Highly recommend.
