Down Under Waterproofing & Foundation Repair
They have worked from our design plans on many projects over the past ten or so years.  Have never had a call back regarding work performed by them.  They are well versed in carbon fiber applications, utilizing quality materials.  They maintain an excellent rapport with the material manufacturer and are able to procure product when needed, on time.

    Quality 1st Basements
This job from start to finish was very professional. I had a problem with
old window wells that on heavy wind and rain would allow water to pool
up in the wells around the basement windows. Ken Peare - system design
specialist was sent out to my house, he understood my concerns and
recommended to replace all the window wells with their sealed system.
Something i never knew existed, its an enclosure with a clear lid that
is attached to the foundation of the house. These new wells completely
changed and updated the look of my house. Also the sealant they used
between them and the foundation is waterproof so any chance of water
getting through them and the new basement windows (which they also
installed)...is slim to none. The new wells have a clear lid which
allows a good amount of light to come in the basement as opposed to the
old metal and weed infested wells...Great Job!!!

    Select Basement Waterproofing Inc
Being a new homeowner, I didn't have much experience working with contractors.  Finding water in my basement was stressful enough but Select Basement and Waterproofing was fantastic!  They were prompt, professional and did a great job.  The estimate was honest and direct and the entire experience was great.  I couldn't recommend this company any higher.  The crew was polite, courteous and on-time.  That really says a lot about the way the company is operated.  When the building inspector had some concerns about why something was done a certain way, the OWNER called me personally to discuss it and take care of whatever the inspector wanted right away.  Thank you Jerome and the entire SBWP team.  You guys are great!

Healthy Way Waterproofing & Mold Remediation LLC
We contacted Healthy Way on 9/3 regarding the groundwater moisture and Brian came to the house on 9/6 to inspect the problem and prepare a proposal. sThe quoted cost was over $13K, but Healthy Way has a standing policy of offering a 10% discount to Angie?s List members so the price was reduced to $12,105 upon producing our Angie?s List member number. The price also included a transferrable service warranty for ?the entire period of time in which the customer holds title to the property against water penetration (water management).? After about a week we contacted Brian to accept the proposal and he returned on 9/17 to deliver the contract and collect a deposit of $4,000. About two days later we were contacted by Chester, Operations VP, to schedule the work which began on 9/24 and concluded on 9/25. The crew arrived as scheduled between 9:00am and 10:00am and quickly got to work preparing the area, covering all our belongings in the basement with heavy duty plastic to protect them from construction dust. The crew also set up negative-air machines in the basement and on the first floor of the house to scrub the air. Before the work began, the head of the crew reviewed the specifics of the contract with me and told me what they planned to accomplish that day. Chester, the Operations VP, came to the house to check the progress of the work and to ask if I had any questions or concerns. The crew leader checked in again with me at the end of the first day to let me know that they were done and what time they would return the next day. On second day they returned at the promised time, concluded the work, and cleaned up all the construction debris and removed the plastic. Chester was present for the final walk-through of the basement and collected the balance of the work fee. From start to finish all the Healthy Way employees were courteous, prompt and professional and we were very satisfied with the whole experience.

    Thompson's Basement Waterproofing
They arrived on time. Were very professional. Completed the work expeditiously. Few cracks formed. I told me they will come back and take a look and fill in if necessary in 1 mo. They seem to stand behind their work. So far so good. No complaints, only compliments.

    Thompson's Basement Waterproofing
We had a very big storm the other day and it seems that the work they did worked.  They came in, did what they had to do, and they were out.  Everything was sufficient and the pricing seemed to be reasonable.

    Water-Sheild Waterproofing
They oversold the job, did things which didn’t have to be done, and did horrible damage to our basement.  They made 35 holes in the walls which they were supposed to fill with pins and rebar.  They charged us $250 for each hole and when our engineer uncovered them the holes were empty.  They told us they had been in business for 30 years but when we investigated their licensing we saw that it was only about 2 months old.  I would not recommend this company and hope that this serves as a warning to as many people as possible.

    Quality 1st Basements
I'm a stickler for detail and knowing what's going to happen, and the guy handling our work order (I can't remember his name right now) went over everything with me, at least twice. The workmen first made certain our existing sump position was correct (I've seen homes where it wasn't in the low spot of the basement), dug out our old perimeter drain and sump. Then then dug out a bit more, both depth and width, and retrenched with coarse gravel, their "gutter-like" system. Outside, they dug out our half-barrel window wells and installed drains and their window "pods" (for lack of a better term), then replaced the earth and landscaping that was disturbed. Back inside they then installed the Clean-Space wall covering on the walls all the way around, extending down the walls into the drain perimeter. They rechecked the pitch of the perimeter drain, then closed up and cemented the stuff into place, skimming perfectly with our basement floor. The sump hole was expanded, and the new sump basin, dual pump assembly, plumbing, and electronics put into position, connected, and tested.
