    We were very happy with the service from Apex Appliance Repair when we used them in October 2016 for a refrigerator problem so we called upon them again on May 7 at appx 7:30 am for a different refrigerator problem. Having not heard back from them we called a second and then a third time. It was our understanding from their website that they were available 24 hours-7 days. We did not receive a return call until mid day the following day May 8 (a day and a half later). Our refrigerator was leaking water and we saw this as an emergency. Failing to receive a timely return call from Apex we sought after another company to help.

    It went very well.  They called 30 minutes before arriving and they were right on time. They explained everything they were doing from entering my home to exiting it.  They wore covers over there shoes when entering the home so they didn't track any dirt inside the house. They were very polite and friendly. My wife and myself felt very comfortable with the guys inside our home. Very professional!

    I called Sears Appliance Repair Service in the evening on 1/29/15. They said the earliest appointment they had was Tues. 2/3/15. I needed someone sooner. The person on the phone said he had to check with another department. When he came back on the line he told me that a repairman would be there either tomorrow or the next day. I called them on 1/30/15 to see if they could narrow down the time, and was told the repairman would be there on Tues. 2/3/15. I told them that was not what I was promised. I asked to speak to a manager. She told me she would check, and confirmed that the appointment was scheduled for Tues. 2/3/15. I said I was very upset that they didn't deliver what was promised, and didn't have the decency to call and let me know, so I wouldn't be wasting my time waiting for two days for no reason.  I told her that I would never do business with Sears again and would register a complaint.

    A few days ago, my Kenmore refrigerator started acting up. The freezer side was icing up and the fridge side was getting warm. After a quick Google, I found Immediate Appliance and, after reading some reviews, gave them a call. Instead of getting some automated system, I got a friendly, warm human being on the phone (can you believe it?) who was empathetic to my issue and quick to set me up with same-day service. I was given a short window between 9-12 after booking at about 8:45 a.m.
    Well, at 9 a.m. I received a courteous call from the office girl saying that my technician was on his way over. At 9:15, only 30 minutes from when I found Immediate Appliance online, a friendly tech named Jay was at my doorstep. He was wearing a company uniform and driving a branded company truck which was also very reassuring (it's scary sometimes having an unmarked white van arrive at the house when you don't know who might be coming into your home, so this was a nice touch I think).
    Jay quietly (and cleanly) assessed my fridge and told me I needed a few new parts installed to fix the problem my fridge was having. After quoting me a reasonable price (along with a $30 discount for being a first-time customer), he was able to get my fridge up and running within the hour using parts he had directly on his truck. We didn't have to order or wait for anything!
    Since then my fridge has been behaving much better and my food is nice and cold and fresh. I didn't even lose any food since Immediate Appliance - true to their name - was so quick to respond! I will absolutely be using them in the future. Quick, courteous, reasonable, and friendly, I highly recommend this local company. Very pleased.

    The gentleman came without any deterrents on the day scheduled two weeks prior. They called me prior to when he was leaving to drive to my house. Everything they did was very professional. He came and put in the parts and checked to see if I had additional problems before he did it. He finished and ran the cycles to make sure they were working. I waited 3 days to let it cool adequately and it is working fine.
    I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and the accuracy with which this man handled my problem. He was courteous and efficient.
    I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and I would certainly use them again for any other repairs that I may need.

    He was prompt, courteous and was very helpful. I thought I might need to buy a new one, since it is old, but he found a very simple solution and said if it needed further repair he would put the amount towards the next service. So far I haven't had any problems...I would definitely call him again for any other problems. I called other appliance repair centers and they just told me up front, without looking at it, to just buy a new one! I guess they didn't want to be bothered...

    Personally, I am not crazy about Sears. I found that they are just too big for themselves. Their customer service stinks. When calling about my problem, I kept getting passed around. I kept having to repeat the problem overtime because not one person I was passed along to had any knowledge of what was going on. Anyhow, they said the problem was Maytag. They did order me a new clock and when the order came in, it was a black clock. My stove is white. Then they said it only comes in black. If I had used that clock, it would have looked like an Oreo cookie. I do have a contract with them so this only cost me a co pay of $20. The clock was a $400 part. If something breaks, they will come out and fix it under this contract. We did just go back there to have a look around because we are in the market for a new freezer. I have yet decided if this is where we are going to buy it.

    Dover diagnosed the problem right away, had the parts needed on his truck, educated me on the problem, fixed the oven/broiler in record time and charged very reasonably. Love this company !!!
