    Don was my tec. we had a 5min. conversation on problem he went to work , found problem approx. 45 min.- 1hour he was leaving. On a personal note I used appliance master in my home for repair on washer and drier .

    First Tom arrived on time. Tom identified the issue and explained the ignitor was burned out. Tom walked through each step of the process and explained what was required to fix the issue. We were lucky, Tom had the part on his truck and the stove was up and running quickly. This fix was critical to us closing on a home and allowed us to complete the final walkthrough. Thank you Tom for how professional you handled this situation. My buyer was extremely satisfied!

    Dan Marc Appliance
    Dan Marc was incompetent at even removing the oven from the wall. They claimed a carpenter was needed as it was catching on the wood paneling, and they left charging us ~$200 for the diagnostic visit. We contacted the home builder who confirmed there is nothing attached to the paneling and the oven should simply slide out. Dan Marc still would not come back to remove and assess the oven, stating someone else will have to pull it out of the wall. With my 74 year old father's help, we carefully pulled the oven out, simply adjusting side to side so it slid straight out. The issue was the Dan Marc people were pulling it out at an angle, which kept catching the oven side on the paneling. You would think a professional service repair team (note it was multiple people) would've known to extract the oven squarely. Rather it took my father and me 10min to figure it out and slide the oven out. When we called Dan Marc back, they said they wouldn't come out with the parts to do the repair, but would first charge us another ~$200 for another diagnostic visit, at which point we objected to another fee for incompetence and walked away from Dan Marc, even complaining to KitchenAid to remove them as a preferred supplier. The above was in addition to the dishwasher repair, which also didn't go well. Upon Dan Marc���s visit for the oven as discussed above, they charged another service fee (~$100) to literally walk across the kitchen (maybe 8 feet?) to look at the dishwasher. They then charged a 'repair' fee to fix the indicator panel that had slipped out of alignment. Don't believe any parts were needed, so the entire cost was to snap a plastic piece back in place. However, it wasn���t fixed as it only held in place for a few weeks before it slipped down again, another example of Dan Marc's incompetence at repairing appliances. Note, we didn't get our money back, and they didn't offer to come back and repair what they were incapable of repairing in the first place.

    Today our refrigerator was not functioning when we woke up. A call to Nick (and after several questions) he determined that the appliance was past its expiration date, would need a repair that was far too expensive and suggested we not have him come out. Honesty is his only policy. We just joined Angies List so we could write this review and share our experiences with others.

    Shopped around and bought a washer and dryer from Ihling's this week. We knew which models we wanted, and Heather, the office manager, provided quick and accurate quotes by email. Delivery and install was done yesterday by Rich. He hauled the old and new applicances up to my second floor, and was even able to get off the old hoses that were stuck - we thought we were going to need a plumber, so he saved us some cash. Neat and clean install, demonstrated the working items before he left. Will absolutely use his shop again the next time we need a new appliance or a repair. Price was fair, and they offered free delivery and install.

    Mr. Tozzi had gotten the machine's model number from me before he came, to be certain to have the correct parts and tools when he got here.  He arrived when he said he would, presented ID, worked quickly and effectively, cleaned up after himself (oil) as he went along, and billed exactly as he'd told me he would.  He also gave me some advice on what to look for when I do need to replace my 8+-yr-old washer/dryer.

    For the GL dryer the circuit board was removed and wires checked, its working fine now and I have a 30 day service fee warrant if the circuit board fails again and needs to be replaced. He is even going to get back to me on a circuit board price. On the GE refrig/freezer, its old and in garage and just wanted a diagnosis on repair. An animal nest was in the compressor area and was cleaned out, seems to be working again. BONUS!!! Nice, friendly, timely and honest. Thanks Service Tech

    I called twice. Once in the morning. Next late afternoon. Both times I was told Bill would get back to me. Never received a call back

    After writing this review, Bill did call me back. It took almost 36 hours. He apologized for not getting back to me sooner. By this point I had already contacted another service.
