  • Working with Arthur was a great experience! My wife and I had some big projects that we needed to get done to our home, and we couldn’t thank Arthur and his crew enough for the assistance and work they provided in making our goals a reality that we are truly happy with! We had a smaller, outdated bathroom that we completely gutted and remodeled, updating all fixtures and installing new tile throughout, which came out beautifully (we get lots of compliments on it!) We also had two load bearing walls removed (first floor), one was to make two adjoining rooms into one larger one and the other was to remove a wall/pantry that was separating the kitchen with the formal dining room. What a difference! The first floor flows much more freely and has great natural light throughout the day now, makes the house feel much more open and inviting. We also had hardwood flooring installed throughout (upstairs and downstairs, approx 2500sf), had trim installed around all downstairs windows and ones in the foyer, a new sliding patio door installed (He will also be installing a new front door for us, custom ordered), and new stonework and mantle for our fireplace. Arthur is great to work with, easy going, no pressure, has great attention for details, and always has good suggestions/ideas for whatever you need to get done. Also has a great sense of humor! He and his crew (especially Brian) are great guys, and Arthur had a great group of subcontractors and suppliers that he works with on a regular basis, which makes projects go much smoother. He and his crew also work cleanly (as much as possible) and organized, which was really appreciated during a lengthy project. We highly recommend Arthur, and we will definitely be calling on his services again (we have two more bathrooms that we are going to completely remodel also). Give him a call for a consultation on whatever you need done, you won’t be disappointed!

  • At first the work proceeded well. We ran into a problem with the bathroom cabinets which were damaged. It took more than 8 weeks to get the issue resolved. Alfano was nasty to me when I asked him for an update telling me "why don't you call up the manufacturer". The work was eventually completed. About a year later, floor tiles in the shower around the drain came loose. I had to hire another tile guy to lay down a SECOND layer of tile, because the original layer was not cement down properly costing me and additional $400. I discovered a very disturbing problem a few months later. I trusted Alfano to do the work while my wife and I were at work, so I provided them with a key to our house. About six months after the work was completed, I opened a guitar case for a VERY expensive guitar I owned and found it to be missing. A then looked for a very expensive bass guitar I ket in my garage and noticed it was missing. A later found $2000 in cash missing from a unlocked safe. Alfano and his crew were the only ones I ever left in my hose unmonitored. I'm convinced one or their workman took these items.

  • A couple years ago Ron installed tile at our home in our kitchen and three bathrooms.  He and his coworker did excellent work and we have been very pleased with the results.  Recently we had an unexpected issue with some of the tiles and I asked Ron if he would come back to take a look at it.  Since he does great work he is always in high demand but he worked with me to make time to come out to our home.  We are outside his normal coverage area so it is appreciated that he was able to find the time to come over. Ron and his assistant looked over the situation and provided a relatively easy and common sense solution that seems likely to manage the issue more than other options would have.  As in the past, Ron's professionalism and knowledge of the job is second to none.  I was pleased to give him a great review before and I'm glad to have the opportunity to do so again.  Ron went out of his way today to help us out and it is very much appreciated.  If you're looking for someone to do quality floor and tile work and you don't give Ron Grover the opportunity to do the job than you are doing yourself a disservice.  If I have any jobs in the future that could use his expertise, he will be the first person I call.  Once again, I highly recommend Ron Grover of Advanced Flooring and Tile of Ewing, NJ.

  • Telly & his team did an amazing job remodeling our master bathroom! We picked out our own fixtures, tiles, faucets, tub, etc. & he was very patient with us when we ran into problems with our choices. He helped us remedy the situation quickly & without too much added cost. I am admittedly very picky & he worked very well with me, always professional & accommodating! We had problems in our bathroom like our water froze in the cold weather & in general the hot water would take a very long time to turn on & our floors felt like ice, the bathroom is located above our garage. He found simple & affordable ways to resolve these problems as well! This past winter we did not have any freezing & the water gets warm almost immediately. His team is very professional, very careful to minimize the mess of construction & clean up after themselves every day. I have two young toddlers & they were even sensitive to their nap times even though I did not ask that of them at all! Telly & his team are honest, trustworthy, hard-working, very responsive, fair in price & do a great job. I am so happy & more than satisfied with the work that was done! I will definitely be using them again & again for future house projects & have recommended them to family & friends!
Of note, they also did some work in my kitchen remodeling our island. I actually drew a sketch of what I wanted & Telly & his team made it happen. Again, a great job for which I am so grateful!

  • The installer came and measured and recommended where the glass should go. He said that it would take 10 days to assemble and would be ready to install after that. All the work was completed as promised and would highly recommend this company. From the time we selected what we wanted at the store to the completion of the work, I was very happy.

  • Starting with Brittany Gethard who designed our kitchen, to the installation crew who put everything together, we could not have been happier with the staff at Design Line Kitchens. Their knowledge and professionalism is evident at every phase of the process. They were always punctual, courteous and took extra measures to keep the unavoidable mess with this type of renovation to a minimum. The owner of Design Line Steve Egan, was in constant communication with us about the project and how it was progressing. A special acknowledgement to Melissa Fogel who was always there to answer all of our questions and offer advice.

Now to the kitchen itself, it came out better then we expected. The cabinets were all designed and manufactured by Design Line and the workmanship and quality are quite apparent. Everything came together as promised and right on schedule. A few minor issues that we did bring to their attention were immediately rectified to our complete satisfaction.

It was a pleasure working with everyone at Design Line Kitchens and we are extremely happy with our new kitchen. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their kitchen.

  • There were minor issues with the first installation. Dennis (Owner)  came to the house, inspected the problem and replaced it. I am very happy with the results and would purchase from Set-in-Stone in the future.

  • Meticulous Tile was terrific.  They were on time, professional, extremely neat and did beautiful work.  The price they quoted us was reasonable and for all of the effort and detail they put into our bathroom, it was completely worth it.  They removed an entire bathroom from floor to ceiling and installed tile work on the floor and walls, a new tub, a new vanity, lighting fixtures and painted.
Everything was done which such detail and they were extremely neat.  No mess was left behind.
We were very happy and hope to use them again in the future!

  • We wanted to renovate our Master Bath - removing the current shower and jacuzzi tub; replacing them with a spa quality steam shower.  The room is large by bathroom standards, and the plan was not to replace the tub. So we wanted a design that looked modern, and felt like a spa, but that did not look like something was "missing" without a tub.  The focal point is the steam shower and we needed help pulling the design together so the room looked and felt the way we imaged it.  Arthur Hubert helped with the design, making suggestions when cost and construction issues were a decision point in the process.  We chose a difficult tile for the room that was chore to work with but he and his sub contractors worked with it and the final result is absolutely beautiful!   We also had a special request to save the original mirror in the bathroom because I could not find a new one that was as large and worked as well as the current one did.  His demolition team did a great job of taking down the mirror and getting it back up in 1 piece when the project was finished   We are very pleased with the work Hubert Construction did and plan to use him again when we remodel the other full bath in our home.

  • I was very satisfied with the work. Douglas replied with both email and phone promptly. He started the job and worked continuously until completed including Saturdays. Cleanup was done daily. His workmen worked hard and long. the entire job took about 9 days. This was a very messy job, and one I had avoided for many years because I knew the condition of the basement was awful. Now that I've painted the basement, I have a very attractive, usable basement. I wish I had done this many years ago. The new bathroom floor is also great. The repaired front walkway and new trim on the aluminum siding gives the whole front of the house a fresh look.
