AAlfa Home ImprovementOverall I was pleased with the work. I needed a studio painted. I also needed for the hardwood floor that was badly stained to be refinished and polished. I also needed blinds in very long windows installed. All of these were done extreme well. In addition, I needed for one large room to be divided so that clients could have a private dressing area. This was done extremely well ensuring a safe and secure division in the room. Well done. Thank you.- Maria B.

AAlan HolsteinAlan is an exceptional handyman. He takes time before the actual project to discuss the concept, the structure, and the function of what is to be built or repaired. We compiled a list together by phone and via email during my move to a new apartment, and he remained flexible and patient over the course of the month, as my timeline fluctuated because of extenuating circumstances. Once Alan arrived, he got to work. He came prepared and was thoughtful, efficient, and professional. Family owned company doing business for over 20 years. We specialize in Hunter Douglas window treatments, Mohawk and Mannington flooring, Sunair Awnings, and many custom treatments using your fabric or ours.

AWe made initial choices in the showroom and Paul was very helpful in explaining the many options. We made final selections in our home with the sample fabrics he brought and, again, Paul gave us good advice. The shades arrived in the time promised and Paul and his colleague installed them well, including in the difficult skylight. When one of the shades proved to have a manufacturer’s defect, it was reordered and replaced quickly. We were very pleased with the service and the result. I can’t comment on the price as we did not comparison shop. Paul went above and beyond by coming up with an innovative, low cost solution to a problem we had with existing shades that provided insufficient light blocking — his solution did not make any money for him, but made us very happy. We found him to be thoroughly helpful and professional and we would be happy to work with him again.

Glenn provided exceptional care and made us feel like our satisfaction was the top priority. Our carpet arrived with a defect, at no fault of Valley, and he went to great lengths to make sure the situation was rectified quickly and effectively, and that in the end, we were very happy. If you are looking for old school customer service, I highly recommend Valley. We love our new carpet, and will undoubtly use Valley next time. A+
