AGaudioso ContractingI first worked with Gaudioso Contracting 4 years ago for a gut renovation in my small apartment. The business owner and particularly the office project manager Allison was highly proficient and organized throughout the process management. All interim billing and communications were handled very professionally. I recently worked with the team again on a flooding damage on my flooring. Allison listened attentively about the issues I experienced and quickly turned around a plan for the recovery work. Luis and his team who worked onsite for the repair was strict about the Covid safety compliance and they were wearing masks for the whole project and kept the work site clean and tidy. They were careful and showed great responsibility in putting the floor back efficiently, and also helped me fix a couple of other wear and tear in the apartment. I appreciate all their help especially during this tough year when home means a lot more than during the usual times. Thank you!- Xiao C.

AETC Home ImprovementEddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level.- Joann L.

ASpectrum Painting & Paper Hanging LLCSpectrum has an incredible team. We hired them for two really tough epoxy flooring jobs. 1. The garage floor was badly damaged and full of divots. Spectrum repaired and sanded it before laying epoxy. It looks beautiful. 2. The laundry/utility room floor had asbestos tile. The crew removed a refrigerator, washer, and dryer to do the work and put them back in their correct places upon completion of the job. They even got the epoxy floor to completely surround the hvac system and water heater. This was a big, messy project and spectrum did such a great job keeping things clean and getting it done quickly. I wish we had done it sooner!- Arielle B.

ARussell is a true craftsman. The flooring in this room was severely buckled. He meticulously cut some original flooring and added a new piece (or maybe more but his work was so good I cannot tell). He did a beautiful job. He was prompt, professional and he did not over charge. I will absolutely use his services in the future and I highly recommend him!

AExcellent work! Steve is a stickler for perfection and won't leave the job until all the details meet his high standards. I own a old house so the floors were far from level, however Steve navigated through this perfectly and the floors look great. I would recemmned to family and friends and plan on using SCL Flooring again.

AI called PEC floors, based on their positive reviews on multiple "review" websites. I needed them tio do an epoxy/flake floor topping on my Brooklyn basement floor which was just old raw concrete. Their communication, Jonathan especially, was excellent, throughout the job. Even when unexpected problems in timing occurred, there was excellent communication from Shay. The issue was resolved and work was completed as originally scheduled. Their price was what I considered fair and the work was done on time, on budget and in a professional manner. The basement looks great. The color flake we chose was called "Cabin Fever", 2020 appropriate, LOL. Pics included. Thank you PEC.

AThis was an amazing experience! We had no idea where to start. We wanted to replace a decades-old linoleum flooring in our business. The guys had to scrape up the old flooring, then level the floor because it was incredibly uneven. The new tile they've put down is amazing. Every joint is tight. The floor has a light spring to it - very good for those of us constantly on our feet. The work was immaculate - nothing to clean up. The job could not be more perfect. Pete and his guys are really the best. Pete's a straight shooter - you know exactly what you're going to get. He delivers on his promises. It's an unbelievably beautiful job. Highest recommendation!
