    Its great. I love it there.They are fantastic. I had called them and asked about it. That is why its nice to go consistently to the same place. They know me. They know what to advise me and all. Its a little drive for me to go, but not that far. This last thing that happened was a little concerning to me, but over the years they had been good to me. It was ok. I have been using them for, the first car I bought from them they were in another location, but it was ten years ago. It was an 06.

    There is never ever an issue with them. I would tell anyone to buy an Infinity from them. Their sales people are just amazing and even if it is in the middle of the day and something goes wrong they will find a way to fix it. They will go out of their way.

    Went in because of gas spilling on the side of the vehicle and floor ft the gas station using the automatic filler.  Also, the leather surrounding the manual stick was coming off.  Paid 150 dollars for bringing the car in.  After their evaluation of the car was told Chrysler Jeep is aware of the gas spill problem and the tube connecting the tank to the side of the car needs to be replaced and the total job for this and the manual box repair would be around 400$.  Was told my differentials need changing and the catalytic converter needed to be changed because if its not cleaned this spillage problem would happen again and the replacement then would not be covered by Jeep I so went ahead with the whole package which brought the total up to 884$.  Always a bit apprehensive about these suggestions but want to keep my vehicle in the best shape possible.  Every time I take the car to the Dealer I have to shell out 1000$.   I have my own local mechanic who I can trust but figured this is a Jeep product maybe I should just take the product to Jeep Chrysler.  After all Sal was such a nice guy and   actually got upset at myself because I did not have them look at another problem I have with the Jeep, an also well documented problem with 2008 Jeep Wrangler is slippage out of first gear with an awful loud shooting noise.
    Was happy to pay the money as felt I was doing what was best for the vehicle. Asked Sal if he was sure this would fix the problem and if this has worked for other vehicles and he said sure.  Kept my mouth shut despite seeing on multiple sites both the tank and tube needs to be replaced.  That was Saturday.  Came home and did not use the vehicle much.  Went to put gas in the tank before work on Sunday and the vehicle would not accept gas.  Figured it might be the gas station so drove around to a total of 3 gas stations.  Got a bit upset but decided there must be a rationale explanation for this. So, went into the Paramus Jeep dealer 6:30am Monday morning where I saw Sal again.  He wasalso  very perplexed as I was and was very quick to let me know they have a contract with a certain rental car service.  Interesting I thought.  So I came into your dealership and my car was able to receive gas but was spilling gas on the floor and Jeep Chrysler fixed that by creating a situation that I can't put gas in my car.  And, now that my gas tank is almost empty and to accepting gas you want me to pay for car rental out of my pocket.  Interesting.  You won't believe but it gets better.
    So 61/2 hours later both Sal and the mechanic come to me telling me they've been on the phone back and forth with Chrysler trying to figure out the problem.  In this direct encounter with the mechanic he made a crass remark 'where did you get this car" and chuckled. Wow! What urked me the most was  I bought the car cash, wasn't cheap, certified pre-owned  with an extended premium warranty.  So Sal comes to me and tells me I need to pay another 864$ for them to install a gas tank that matches the tube they replaced.  No!  I'm not kidding this actually happened.  You see says Sal Jeep/Chrysler stop making the original tube because it was defective so now Chrysler Jeep of Paramus can't even replace that tube.  The tank has to be replaced I was told. I made the suggestion of getting a used tube from another vehicle/junkyard etc.  Not an option as per Sal.  The mechanic was also very verbal in how he screwed up my vehicle.  I was following protocol and he showed me the sheet.  Tubing first which is covered by  Jeep 20$ and if that doesn't work then tank, not covered by Jeep.  Sal was very quick to print out Jeeps waranty showing that the tank was not covered.  Seems like a scam to me either by Jeep/Chrysler itself or this dealership. So, I said just put my vehicle back together I will take it somewhere else to get it fixed.  Sal could not understand why I was upset and why I would want to take my vehicle somewhere else to get fixed. Well Sal the jest of it is that I paid 884 dollars so you can mess up my car and now you are asking me for another 864 dollars to fix it by replacing my tank for one that costs 150$.  And just as bad if not worse wasting over 16 hours of my time and insulting my intelligence.  Paranoid now they may do more harm to my vehicle I told them to go ahead and fix the vehicle. Prior to my leaving the premises this time, to  their credit, they did make sure the vehicle was accepting gas. 
    Their reviews were bad but I decided to go because they were so close and this was a recalled item. Do yourself a favor and stay very far from this place.   They are crooks and their mechanics are incompetent.  This was my fourth and last jeep product and the absolutely last time I give any Jeap/Chrylser dealership any more of my time.

    Mr. Kevin Lee made sure my mom received the exact car in the color and options she wanted at a reasonable price. Actually my mother needed the vehicle immediately and they did not have the color she wanted. Mr. Lee and Mr. Winograd made sure that the car was at their dealership the next day earlier than expected and at a fair price!
    We have purchased other cars from other dealers in NJ and FL. This is the first time a dealership took the time to listen to our needs and respond in a low pressure and efficient manner. We cannot thank Mr. Lee, Mr. Winograd and the entire Parkway Toyota team enough for making this purchase a pleasant one!
    We had a fellow named Edgar that took us for a test drive and was very courteous and congenial. The finance professional Peter was thorough and exacting.
    Thank you Parkway Toyota for a job well done and making my mom so happy! This is proof that when mom's happy, everyone is happy. You all did an EXCELLENT job.
    Many, many thanks especially to our sales professional Mr. Kevin Lee who went above and beyond to make this a great experience! We are very thankful that Mr. Lee personally came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly for mom... we cannot thank you enough for this exceptional car purchase.

    He is excellent. I have sent many people to them and everyone is very satisfied with them. I would recommend them very highly and they are extremely honest. They do their work fast and they explain everything to you. If you do not need a certain item, they will say you do not need it. They will not sell you stuff just because they can.

    I wrote a review in 1/2012 about strut work Almar did on my car more than a year earlier.  I had given Almar a C rating because it seemed they did not get rid of the intermittent issue I experienced which they had diagnosed as the car needing new struts.  To make a long story short, in response to the C-rating, Almar sent me a letter inviting me back so they could take a 3rd look at the "problem".  They guarantee their workmanship and, as I said before, they are very friendly.  They inspected the work they did more than a year earlier and took the car for a spin, but could not detect an issue. Later in the day I took the car for a spin with one of their workmen and I could not detect the sound that I thought indicated a problem.  As I said before, the issue was intermittent and those are the hardest things to repair.  My point here is that Almar stands behind its work so if you are not satisfied do not give up on them as I had done previously.  I will go back to them if I have another issue.

    Almar diagnosed a noise in the front of the car as needing strut replacement. So I had the front struts replaced, but within maybe two weeks the problem was back.  I went back to Almar and they were very professional in addressing the problem: they said that they had accidentally left a part out of the assembly (I think the bearings) and they would put the A-team on it right away (as if it was the fault of the B-team).  They quickly repaired the problem, but within a few months the problem was back. Either the problem was misdiagnosed or they just couldn't get it right. They are very nice people and maybe for easier problems they are fine.

    I have used H&Z Auto Body twice in the past twelve months for collision repair following two parking lot fender benders.  The first incident involved replacement of a rear bumper and tail light; the second, replacement of two doors. In both cases their service was fast and courteous, and their workmanship, as close to perfection as it gets.  They are true professionals.

    They specialize in all cars that are in the dealership, but I think they have a special one for Honda and Volkswagen. I will go to them in the future but if there is another place that I can go to, I would probably want to try that.

    It's a very positive experience. I feel like they don't gouge you on prices. If I go in they tell me what they're going to do and how much it's going to cost. I find them to be very upfront and don't make you wait a long time for an appointment. They're very good.
