ATri-State Window Factory CorpI've used tri-state in my Home for years. We've replaced every window, and had new sliding doors installed. Most recently we had a new storm door put on the back of the house and replaced our last "old window." Andreas and team were fantastic (as they have always been!) the measurements were completed at the time they indicated (and the gentleman wore mask and gloves without question) and the day of installation was seamless and clean. AMagnolia Home Remodeling GroupWe worked with Chris from Magnolia on a second floor remodel and were extremely happy with the process and results. The reno included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, wood floor and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Chris is a great guy, very easy to work with it, trustworthy, and responsive. He hires skilled subcontractors and kept the reno moving at a good pace. There were no surprises with either the budget or scope of work. Magnolia made our dreams come true with this reno and we would definitely recommend them for your job.- Beth H.

AFlying Colors Roofing and PaintersThis is the third time I have hired Flying Colors ... their work is impeccable. My most recent project involved interior painting although one of my prior projects was for exterior stain and painting. The job could not have gone better. Steve showed up on time to inspect my house and followed up with a clearly written quote. He had a large backlog of work and couldn't start the job for a few weeks which was not a problem for us. He did start the job when promised and was always easy to reach. His painting team (led by Alex) always arrived on time and were extremely careful with every aspect of the job - prep, painting, and clean up. Their attention to detail was incredible - my walls and trim looks like brand new. I don't know of a better painting contractor than Flying Colors.- James F.

The owner and his subcontractors were professional, and top notch in terms of skill and quality, but most importantly efficiency. They completed a 2.5 story full siding job with window wraps and underlaying insulation for the most competitive price, and in the 4 day window (one day off for rain). AWow! Hired to install interior railings in a bilevel and couldn’t be happier. Anthony and crew at the lumberyard walked me through materials options on site. Anthony then came to my house to give an estimate, and scheduled the date for installation. For the installation, Hans arrived as scheduled and did beautiful work on a wood handrail leading to the lower level, and a wood railing/iron balusters/wood newel post to the upper level. I have a closet protruding over the stairs presenting some difficult angles, but everything is installed very securely and without looking at all awkward— it looks amazing. Easy to schedule, great communication, professional from start to finish, reasonable price. Highly recommended!

AI thank my lucky stars every time it rains that I found Joe Percario General Contractors. I was a fairly new homeowner with limited knowledge about construction and craftsmanship when my cement slab cracked and flooded the basement. I don't know what I would have done without the levelheaded, fair and informatively honest Dominic Percario. He gave me my options and then broke them down in layman terms so I could make the decision that was best for my home and my budget. The team's work was efficient, clean and well executed.

ABryan and his men did great work. Bryan had the correct saw on hand, took down the regulation post which was set in concrete - carefully disposing of the backboard and hardware. They cleared the hole in the ground and leveled the surrounding surface. All I had to do was fill it with top soil.
